After encountering the Hidden Village, Takuya was trying to find Vermilion City again, but she ended up lost again.

Takuya sighs and was checking to see any Pokémon were around to catch, but she only saw Spearow. 'I could catch one,' she thought, 'but I'm worried if they will attack us if I catch one of there flocks.'

"Just were are we?!" Yami shouted.

Takuya had a good look at the map, finding where she is, "Well we seem to be in the middle of nowhere Yami," she said, "and if I'm reading the map correctly... Route 24 will take us to Vermilion City and we seem to be on the right path for it."

Yami perked up on that, "Really then lets go I'm hungry." He said.

Just then she saw a dark shadow on a rock and screeched.

"What is that?" Takuya asked.

"Rio?" Koyuki blinked.

"Hey Yuki, Yami can you take a look please?" Takuya asked and with that they both jumped off her shoulder and hopped on to the rock to have a look.

A bipedal, reptilian Pokémon with an orange body, though its underside and soles are cream-colored. It has two small fangs visible in its upper and lower jaws and blue eyes. Its arms and legs are short with four fingers and three clawed toes. A fire burns at the tip of this Pokémon's slender tail and has blazed flame on it and it was laying on the top of a flat surface rock, but a problem was the flame on its tail is smaller that the original flame.

"That's a Charmander." Takuya said and checked it up.

🔹Charmander, the Lizard Pokémon.
The fire on the tip of its tail is a measure of its life. If healthy, its tail burns intensely. If not, its tail burns lightly.

"That's odd, the flame on it's tail is smaller than usual." Takuya stated.

"Rio?" Koyuki said and walked up to it. "Rio, Rio, Rio?"

"Char, Char, Char, Char." It spoke.

"Charmander is saying that its waiting for its trainer to come back." Yami translated.

"So it belongs to someone after all." Takuya nodded, "Then we better leave and let its trainer take care of it."

So they set off and left Charmander alone.

"Charr." Charmander looked up into the sky, which was beginning to darken.

While they walked alone the path, Yami saw the building they were searching for.

"Look the Pokémon Centre is just ahead." Yami said.

"Then that means Route 24 isn't far." Takuya said happily.

Then suddently  a heavy rain fall begun to pour down.

"Rio!" Koyuki blinked as the rain wet her fur.

"Wahhh!! Let's hurry!" Takuya said running to the Pokémon Centre building.

They rushed into the Pokémon building before they got soaking wet.

There was a nice blazing fire in the Pokémon Centre.

Takuya was sitting next to the fire for a while to keep warm and then she had some nice hot soup, Seraphina was beside her.

Koyuki was wondering, "Rio! Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio." ('Mother' I'm wondering if the tranier of the Charmander has pick him up yet.)

"I'm sure that the trainer has pick him up by now." Yami voice out assuring Koyuki.

"But surely Charmander wouldn't wait around this long and in this weather, would it?" Takuya asked.

"No I don't think so kit," Seraphina spoke up, "I'm sure that his trainer has picked him up now."

'Why do I have a feeling that Charmander is still out there waiting for its trainer.' Takuya thought and began to worried for the fire lizard Pokémon.

"AHAHAHAHA!!" Laughter interrupted Takuya's thoughts.

Takuya blinked and turned to the source of the loud laughter, "Huh?"

A blue haired boy with blue hair and a sunglasses perched into of his head, that nearly looked like a cowboy was sitting with a group of six other boys.

They were admiring the blue haired boy's Pokémon.

"Wow, you're the man Damian." A boy with dark brown hair said.

"Hey didn't you have a Charmander too?" A boy with spikey hair asked.

Takuya, Yami and Koyuki perked up on that, 'Charmander.'

"Yeah I had one," Damian replied with a cheap attitude, "but that thing was so weak it couldn't even weak a simple Bug Type Pokémon."

Takuya looked crossly at Damian, "I don't like his attitude." She said.

Seraphina agreed with her kit and adopted kit who was angry at the moment.

"All Pokémon start off weak when captured, that's why if a Pokémon trainer works hard, Pokémon can be strong." Takuya stated.

"So what did you do to it?" The spike haired boy asked.

"I left it in a big rock in the woods." Damian replied with a laugh.

Takuya gasped, "What?"

"I lied to it saying I would come back for it later," Damian said with a smirked, "it's probably still waiting for me on that rock."

Both Damian and the six boys laughed.

Seraphina growled along with Yami who was disguised as a Growlithe.

"I can't believe that guy," Yami said with angry face, "treating his own Pokémon like that."

Takuya slammed her fist onto the table, she got up from the table and stomped to where Damian was sitting, she tapped Damian on the shoulder and punched him... Yes punch him not slapping him, she gave Damian a nose bleed.

"Hey what was that for?" Damian asked with blood pouring down his nose.

"You know why!" Takuya growled at him, "You lied to your Pokémon and just left it in this rain. You're a Pokémon trainer and yet you treat your own Pokémon like garbage! You type of trainers disgust me!"

"What I do to my own Pokémon is none of your business?!" Damian shouted in anger.

"Yes it is," Takuya said, "especially since I'm going to get that Charmander." She turned to her ninetails fox, "Sera, can you tell Nurse Joy what happen?"

Seraphina nodded, "Of course kit, now go and save that Charmander."

Takuya nodded and she grabbed a rain coat, umbrella and quickly ran outside.

"Yami, Koyuki stay here and keep an eye out for Aurora when she gets back."

Yami and Koyuki nodded.

Meanwhile Charmander was still waiting for Damian, even while it was pouring with rain, it was holding a big leaf like an umbrella and was hoping the rain wouldn't put out its flame.

Just then it heard a rustle in the grass.

A flock of Spearow had been staring at it and was just about to scratch it with its claws, when they heard a voice; "Ciro, quick attack!"

"Pidge-otto!" He cried out attacking the wild Spearow.

It was Takuya, she had arrived just in time.

Ciro continued charged into Spearow, frightening it away.

Takuya held the umbrella out to Charmander, "Charmander," she said in worries, "I know I'm not your trainer. But I'm getting you out of this rain now."

Charmander hesitated for a moment, "Char..." It agreed.

Takuya picked up Charmander, held the umbrella over both of them and ran as fast as she could straight back to the Pokémon Centre.

Nurse Joy was waiting for Takuya, along with her three Pokémon.

Nurse Joy found it surprising when a Ninetails that spoke to her and show her what happened, she was also surprised seeing a pure white Riolu.

Nurse Joy thoughts where broken, when she heard a burst in through the door.

"I'm... b-back with... Charmander." Takuya panted.

Nurse Joy ran over to her, "I'll take Charmander while you rest." She said, taking Charmander from Takuya's arms.

Takuya took off her raincoat and sat down by the fire, she told her Pokémon what happened.

"Rio, Rio." Koyuki said.

"It's a good thing you got there in time Aura." Yami said.

"Indeed or those Spearow would have caused bigger damage to Charmander." Seraphina agreed.

Takuya looked around, not seeing the annoying blue-haired kid, "What happened with Damian?" She asked suddenly.

"That brat left some time ago," Seraphina snarled, "but don't worry Nurse Joy contacted Officer Jenny and reported him."

"Really that's good to know," Takuya said in relief, "I bet he treats his other Pokémon badly too."

All through the night Charmander rested in the operation room and Takuya slept on the couches near the fire.

When morning came Takuya rushed over to the operating room to see if Charmander is okay.

"There is no need to worry," Nurse Joy said with a smile, "Charmander has recovered and its flame is burning nicely."

"That's good to know," Takuya said, happy that Charmander has recovered, "but what about Damian? What if Charmander goes back to it?"

"That is something for Charmander to decide." Nurse Joy said.

While Charmander was still recovering Takuya decided to set off.

"I'm still wondering what Charmander will do," Yami said, "I mean Damian treated him badly."

"That is true Yami, but Charmander is still loyal to Damian, that's why it's wondering." Takuya said.

Just then Takuya felt the ground underneath her sink a bit, "Something feels weird here." She said and then she fell into a hole, "Ouch, what happened here?"

Team Rocket appeared before them and said their motto.

Seraphina growled at them.

"Your three again! What do you want this time?!" Takuya shouted at them.

"What else." Jessie said with a smirk, "As always we want your Pokémon."

"No way in Arceus name you are, just forget it!"

Team Rocket pulled out a sort of vacuum machine.

"This will suck up her Pokéballs, Pichu, Ninetails and white Riolu too." James said.

But before they could do anything a growl stopped them, it was Charmander.

"What do you want?" Meowth asked.

"Charr, Charmander, Charr!" Charmander spoke.

"It says leave those people alone." Meowth translated.

"Yeah right," James said, "now go away. Shoo, shoo." He waved his hand off.

Team Rocket were about to get back to their business, but Charmander blew flamethrower at them and Team Rocket got burned to a crisp.

Charmander was about to blow another flamethrower, but Team Rocket ran away before it could.

Takuya got out of the hole and thanked Charmander, "Well I'm glad to see that you have recovered," She smiled, "you are a really powerful Pokémon."

"I agree with that." A voice said and it was Damian.

"What are you doing here?" Takuya asked, not happy to see him one bit.

"I'm here to collect Charmander." Damian said.

"What?! You are a disgraceful Trainer that, you abandoned Charmander." Seraphina growled trying her best not to attack him.

"Yeah I did," Damian replied ignoring his shock to a Ninetails that spoke, "but since I did, it showed me that it had gotten strong."

"Woah, hang on a minute! You don't deserve to have Charmander back. And since I'm pretty sure that you don't treat any Pokémon with care, you don't deserve to have any Pokémon." Takuya said.

"I agree with that." A female voice said.

It was Office Jenny; she quickly grabbed both Damian's hand and handcuffed them together, holding tightly so he doesn't escape.

"I got Nurse Joy's phone call last night all about you Damian, I have heard from other Nurse Joys and my cousins all about you. There were reports about you abusing Pokémon and this report is the last straw. Not only are you going to prison, you are also banned from becoming a Pokémon trainer young man." Officer Jenny stated.

Officer Jenny took all of Damian's 13 PokéBalls off him and gave them all to Takuya who was shocked seeing how many Pokémon he had on him, though she has more than him but still she got permission at least.

"Please take them and Charmander to Nurse Joy for me please kids." Officer Jenny said to them and then she took Damian away.

"Finally." Yami sighs.

Seraphina huffed.

Takuya nodded, "Good riddance."

"Rio." Koyuki agreed.

At the Pokémon Centre Nurse Joy released all of Damian's Pokémon from their Pokéballs that made Yami and Koyuki jaw dropped at the sight, while Takuya and Seraphina stared at them in shock.

Damian had captured a Raichu, Growlithe, Persian, Shiny Vulpix, Shiny Lapras, Fearow, Shiny Seel, Vilepume, Starmie, Victreebel, Meowth, Happiny and Shiny Lapras.

"It seems that all of these Pokémon are okay." Nurse Joy said. "Though the Shiny Vulpix, Happiny and Shiny Lapras are just babies that hatched about two months ago."

Seraphina immediately took the litte Vulpix and baby her, Vulpix smiled and returned the snuggled, being with Damian so long, he abused all of them.

"I'm relieved that none of them have been terribly abused." Takuya said in relief.

"Question is what to do with them?" Nurse Joy said.

"Aura why don't you take them?" Yami suggested.

Takuya blinked, "Huh?"

"Rio, Rio, Riolu, Rio." Koyuki said.

"Yuki is right, there trained Pokémon." Yami translated.

"Um, okay." Takuya agreed, "Nurse Joy."

"Yes." Nurse Joy said.

"If you don't mind. I like to take them all." Takuya offered.

Nurse Joy smiled, "I don't mind at all Takuya and I know that you'll take excellent care of them all." She said.

Takuya smiled, "Well," she turned to all previously's Damian Pokémon, "welcome to the family everyone and if you don't mind, Persian, Vileplume, Victreebel, Starmie, Meowth and Happiny I was hoping if you like to stay with my mum. She would love to have you all keep her company."

They nodded with a call and smile.

"Great! I'll just tell Professor Oak." Takuya said and returned all the Pokémon expect for Charmander and her owns.

"Kit, this little kit is staying with us for awhile." Seraphina said, snuggling the little baby fox.

"Vulpix!" She smiled.

"Yeah, we got another younger sibling." Yami cheered.

"Rio." Koyuki smiled happy to have another sibling.

"Charmander." He smiled and nodded agreeing to go with her as well.
