With the Boulder Badge in Takuya's possession, Takuya was excited to get her second badge.

Right now Takuya is having a bit of trouble... With the map.

"Where are we headed?" Yami asked.

"Cerulean City." Takuya replied looking at the map. "I don't get it! I can read Professor Oak's advance diagrams in books but I can't read a simple map!" She cried out in frustration.

One of Takuya's Pokéball popped opened up, relieving her nine-tailed fox with an amused face.

Seraphina sighs, "Like me see Aura."

"Here." Takuya placed the map on the ground, "Good thing that I bought another map."

"Um, well it says that we have to pass through a mountain called Mt.Moon to get to the next city." Seraphina read from the map.

"Mt.Moon?" Tsuki said.

"Ooh, I heard of that place." Takuya spoke up, "People say that a long time ago a meteor crash landed there in the mountains."

"Really?" Yami asked.

"Don't know but the meteor is called the Moon stone."

"Moon stone?!" Tsuki exclaimed.

"Yeah, its that evolution stone we need for you to evolve into a Delcatty." Takuya explained, "It can also make a Clefairy evolve into a Clefable and Jigglypuff into a Wigglytuff."

"We got to see this." Tsuki said excitedly.

"AHHHHH!!!" A scream was heard in the distance.

"What was that?" Yami asked looking around from the top Takuya's head.

"Don't know but it sounds like someone is in trouble." Takuya answered, "Lets go."

Takuya and Seraphina ran to the source of the scream, a man who looked like a scientist was being attacked by a bunch of what look like a blue, bat-like Pokémon. While it lacks eyes, it has pointed ears with purple insides and a mouth with four pointed teeth. There are two pointed teeth on both the upper and lower jaws, and a male will have larger pointed teeth than the female. It has purple wing membranes support by two, elongated fingers, and two long, thin, tails.

Takuya looked up the bat-like Pokémon:
🔹Zubat, the Bat Pokémon.
It checks its surrounding and location using reflections of ultrasonic waves from its mouth.

"Ouch." Seeing the man being attacked by Zubats, "We better help him." Takuya said, "Tsuki, Yami use thunder shock."

Tsuki and Yami both launched a electric attack and all the electricity made the wild Zubats leave in a real hurry.

"Oh, thank you very so much!" The man thanked, who was dressed like a scientist lab coat, "Those Zubats were crazy." He sighs and than smiled, "I'm Seimour a Scientist and Researcher."

"I'm Takuya, a Pokémon trainer and this is my friends and family." She introduced, "Tsuki, Yami and Seraphina."

"Meh!" "Pi."

"Hello there." She bowed.

Seimour was shocked by the telepathy of Ninetails but he greeted back with a bow back.

"What happen and why did those wild Zubat attack you?" Takuya asked.

"Well you see it's because of this." Seimour said pointing at the cave.

Inside the cave there were lots of bright lights hanging on the walls of the rock.

"These lights are the cause of the reason."

"It doesn't really surprise me, Zubat are Pokémon that hate lots of light." Seraphina said looking around.

"That's right and thats not all, its didn't just cause trouble for the Zubat but to all other wild Pokémon that live here in the cave as well." Seimour explained, "Paras are planting their mushrooms everywhere and are drying up the Sandshrew."

Takuya looked at the Sandshrew and it doesn't look so good at all, one Sandshrew was so thirsty that it was panting like crazy.

Takuya felt really bad for it, so she took out her water canteen, "Here you go little guy, drink this." She said holding out her canteen towards Sanshrew.

The wild Sandshrew looked at Takuya for a few second then it accepted the water.

Seraphina smiled, its natural that Takuya is always kind and helps any Pokémon if possible, get like that island.

"Your a nice girl." Seimour smiled, "The reason I'm here is to protect Mt.Moon from trouble makers."

"What are the trouble makers doing here in the first place?" Takuya asked.

"Its because of the Moon stone." Seimour answered, "Since the meteor is millions of year old and is said to process special powers, they want to make it from themselves."

"Thats horrible." Takuya frowns.

Suddenly Tsuki saw a bipedal, pink Pokémon with a chubby, vaguely star-shaped body. A small, pointed tooth protrudes from the upper left corner of its mouth. It has wrinkles beside its black, oval eyes, dark pink, oval markings on its cheeks, two small wings, and large, pointed ears with brown tips. A tuft of fur curls over its forehead, much like its large, upward-curling tail. Each stocky arm has two small claws and a thumb on each hand, and each of its feet has a single toenail.

"Look its a Clefairy." Tsuki spoke up startling Seimour.

Takuya checked her Pokédex:
🔹Clefairy, the Fairy Pokémon.
The evolve form of Cleffa. This impish Pokémon is friendly and peaceful. It is believed to live inside Mt. Moon, although very few have ever been seen by humans.

"Cute." Takuya smiled and notice that Clefairy was holding something. "Isn't that the Moon stone that its holding?" She pointed to the small grey stone in the fairy Pokémon hands.

Semiuor gapsed, "Your right. I know if we follow that Clefairy it might lead us to the Meteorite."

Takuya though that it was a great idea and they all went to follow the Celfairy, the Sandshrew decide to follow too, it didn't want to leave Takuya.

When Semiour and Takuya were following the Clefairy, they notice more and more bright lights.

"Oh Arecus, these lights must be all over Mt.Moon." Takuya said.

"Man, whoever is doing this is causing lots of trouble." Yami spoke up.

"Did I hear the word trouble?" A woman voice spoke out and Takuya knew that she heard that voice before.

"If you want trouble well give it to you." A man's voice spoke out.

Seraphina growled remembering those voices.

"Prepare for trouble," The reddish and pinkish hair woman said.

"And make it double," The blue haired man continued.

"To protect the world from devastation,"

"To unite all people within our nation,"

"To denounce the evils of truth and love,"

"To extend our to the stars above,"

"Jessie,"

"James,"

"Team Rocket blasting of the speed of light,"

"Surrender now and prepare to fight,"

"Meowth that's right." Meowth said landing in front is Jessie and James.

Clefairy hid behind Takuya in fright off the three strangers that appeared out off nowhere.

"Ah! I remember you three." Takuya said, "You are Team Rocket that we meet back at Viridian City."

"We haven't forgotten about you twerp." Jessie said, "But we have no time for you."

"That's right." Meowth said. "We're here for the Moon stone."

"So you three are the ones who put up all these lights?" Semiuor asked.

"Of course," James said, "we need lights to find the Moonstone."

"You crooks!" Seimour shouted, "The lights are confusing all the Pokémon."

"What a shame." Jessie said with a smirk, "That's too bad."

"Well if you want rocks, then just take these and get lost!" Seraphina growled at them.

"Get lost? How rude!" Jessie shouted, "You twerp need to be taught some manners."

Jessie and James both release Ekans and Koffing from their PokéBalls.

"Here we go again. If its a battle you want I'll give one." Takuya said as she got a Pokéball ready, "Niran, Nova show them your strength!" She released her playful monkey and butterfly Pokémon.

"Monferno!"

"Freeee!"

Takuya quickly told Seimour, Seraphina and take her kits with her to escape and protect Clefairy, she also told Sandshrew to do the same.

Takuya's Pokémon and Semiour nodded, they ran off with Sandshrew and Clefairy.

"Alright Koffing use smog attack!" James shouted. Koffing started to release gas from its mouth.

"Nova use gust to blow that smog back." Takuya said. Nova flapped her wings creating a gust, turning the smog back to Team Rocket side.

"Evans use bite on that monkey." Jessie said.

"Hey, nobody is biting anyone. Niran dodge it and use fire punch." Takuya said. Niran jumped to dodge the snake bite and her fist had blazing flames, she punched Ekans back hitting Koffing in the process.

"Free, Free!" Nova said.

Takuya smirked, "I like what your thinking, Nova use supersonic."

Ekans and Koffing became confused because of Butterfree attack and they began to fight each other, Team Rocket was not happy with this.

"Monferno!"

"Your right lets end this. Ran use fire spin, Nova use whirlwind to boost up to fire spin." Niran use fire spin, while Nova flapped her wings creating a whirlwind of wind turing the fire spin into a fire tornado, it blew Team Rocket and their Pokémon away.

"TEAM ROCKET IS BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" Jessie and James shouted.

Takuya was about to celebrate when she realise something was missing, "Hey, where was Meowth?" She asked.

"Monferno?"

"Free?"

Takuya looked at her Pokémon and quickly returned them, "I better find Semiour right away." She ran off in the direction where her Pokémon when with the scientist.

Meanwhile Semiour and Takuya's Pokémon were chasing Clafairy who was jumping like mental.

"It would be nice if that Clefairy slow down." Yami wined from his mother back. "We can't kept up."

"What are you saying your on mother's back." Tsuki stated.

Just than Meowth popped out in front of Clefairy.

"There you are." Meowth said evilly, "Now be a nice fairy and hand over the Moon stone."

"Clefairy." Clefairy quiver in fear.

"Leave that Clefairy alone!" Seimour shouted.

"Not a chance!" Meowth said as he took out his claw, "Face my fury swipes!"

"Not so fast." Tsuki tackled Meowth away from Clefairy. "You aren't touching that Clefairy Meowth." She snarled.

"Tsuki deal with Meowth." Seraphina said and went over to the Clefairy who was still shivering.

"Go sis!" Yami cheered.

One of Tsuki paw glowed and launched a barrage of leaves towards Meowth who still trying to recover from the tackle attack, the attack blew Meowth away before he could do anything.

"Hey! Is everyone okay?" Takuya asked, who just arrived and witness what happened to Meowth.

"Aura where fine." Seraphina replied.

Takuya smiled, Tsuki jumped into her arms with Sandshrew following, it was happy to see her again.

"I'm glad that everyone is alright." Takuya said.

Clefairy watched Sanshrew bond with Takuya in interest.

When sunset came, Takuya's released all her Pokémon to gave them some Pokémon food.

Semiour was amazed by the rare Pokémon Takuya had on her and he was fascinated by the rare colour Milotic and Sylveon.

"Takuya, do you make you own Pokémon food?" Seimour asked.

"Yeah, I do. I only buy the ingredients I need to make the Pokémon food." Takuya replied, handing some Pokémon food to the two Gyarados and Milotic.

"Amazing." Seimour said and took a piece of Pokémon food, he ate it. "It's quite tasty."

Takuya sweat dropped, how he ate the Pokémon food and took a few more.

Sandshrew and Clefairy were speaking to each other in PokéLanguage.

Sandshrew decide that he'll go with Takuya, Clefairy stared at Takuya and she decide she'll go too.

Takuya took out her Pokédex to scan Sandshrew:
🔹Sandshrew, the Mouse Pokémon.
It dislikes water, they live in deep burrows arid areas. It can roll itself instantly into a ball.

Just then Clefairy got up, it began to call out to everyone and begun hopping into the cave.

"Clefairy said for use to follow her." Seraphina translated.

"Lets." Takuya said and returned all her Pokémon expect for Tsuki and Yami.

Takuya and Semiour began to follow Clefairy and Sandshrew into the cave.

Clefairy led them to a crater of the cave.

Sunset had become night time and a full moon was out, in the middle of the crater was a giant rock with lots of Clefairy around it.

"It's the Moon stone," Seimour said in awe, "and all the Clefairy have gathered around."

Just then the Clefairy put its Moon stone with the other small Moon stones.

Once that piece was with the others, both the big and small Moon stones begun to glow and the Clefairy began to dance around the Moon stone in circle.

Sandshrew began to talk.

"I see," Takuya said, "Sandshrew just said that Clefairy pray to the Moonstone, so that some of them will evolve into a Clefable."

"So the Moonstone is an giant Evolutionary Stone." Seimour said in amazement, "What a wonderful sight. I have always wanted to see this."

Just then an explosion came out from under the ground.

"What just happened?" Seimour shouted.

"Ahahahah!" Laughter was then heard.

"Oh no, not them again." Luna groaned.

"They never give up." Tsuki groaned as well.

"Thank you for helping us find the Moon stone." Jessie chuckled, "Now we will take it for ourselves."

"You can do that!" Seimour shouted.

"We can and we will." James said with a smirk.

More explosions set off making smoke everywhere and when the smoke clear the Moon stone was gone.

"Oh no," Seimour said in sadness, "we must get the Moon stone back." He said in determination.

Takuya saw the Clefairy's and Sandshrew follow Team Rocket underground, she notice that Seimour followed.

Takuya sighs, "Well... I'll go air." She released her dragon Pokémon and hopped onto the back of him, taking flight.

Team Rocket was sliding down the mountain on a sledge, with the giant Moon stone tied to it.

They beloeved they had succeeded, when suddenly a blast of hyper beam attack hit the ground making it stop them.

"Where did that hyper beam come from?" Jessie asked.

"Hold it right there Team Rocket!" Takuya shouted from the top of Hunter, "You're not taking the Moon stone anywhere!"

Team Rocket was angry and was about to call out their Pokémon when Clefairy turned up.

Clefairy was not happy that Team Rocket, they all lifted their arm up and waved them, "Clefairy, Clefairy, Clefairy...." They continued to wave their arms left and right.

"What's going on?" James asked looking at the Clefairy.

"Their moving their arms." Jessie said.

"This way, that way." Meowth said.

Then Team Rocket and their Pokémon soon moved their heads following the Clefairy hands.

"That's the attack called the Metronome," Seimour explained moving his head left and right following the Clefairy attack, "it makes Clefairy do an attack, but you can never tell what attack they will do."

"Metronome? That's a risky move." Takuya said as her head is following the fairy Pokémon movement as well.

The Clefairys continued to wave their arms, "Clefairy, Clefairy, Clefairy, Clefairy... Clefairy!" A bright light erupted from beneath Team Rocket.

The metronome became a hyper beam attack and sent Team Rocket blasting off again.

Everyone was happy that the Moon stone was safe at last.

Just then chips from the giant Moon stone, which broke off during the attack, came falling out of the sky and landed on some of the Clefairy, the Clefairy, who the moonstone touched and began glowing and turned into a tall, pink Pokémon with a vaguely star-shaped body. It has long, pointed ears with dark brown tips and black, oval eyes with wrinkles on either side. A curled lock of fur hangs over its forehead, much like its large, upward-curling tail. It has dark pink, three-pointed wings on its back. Its hands have three fingers each, and its feet have two clawed toes and dark pink soles. It has a long, tightly curled tail.

"Clefable!" "Clefable." "Clefable."

"Wow." Takuya said in awe seeing the Clefairy evolve and she notice that a stone touched Tsuki evolving her into a quadruped, feline Pokémon with a mostly tan body. It has a pointed, whisker-like protrusion on each cheek. Its purple ears have three tufts of fur at the tips, and there is a purple ruff-like collar with pin-like extensions around its neck. It has slim legs with tiny, digitless paws. It also possesses a purple, flower-like tuft of hair on the end of its thin tail.

"Alright, I finally evolved." Tsuki cheered.

"Congrats Tsuki you evolved into a Delcatty." Takuya smiled.

"Congrats sis." Yami said.

Takuya checked them on her Pokédex:
🔹Clefable, the Fairy Pokémon.
The evolved form of Clefairy. These unique creatures are among the rarest Pokémon in the world.

🔹Delcatty, the Prim Pokémon.
The evolved form of Skitty. Delcatty lives its life at its own pace, happy most of the time and rarely confronting other Pokémon. Even when disturbed, Delcatty will move to another spot rather than fight.

Type: Normal

New Moves Learnt: *Zen Headbutt, Hyper Beam, Rock Smash and *Mud Bomb.

Ability: Cute-Charm and Normalize

Hidden Ability: Wonder-Skin

"Amazing." Takuya smiled seeing the Clefables.

When next morning came Takuya decided it was now time to leave and Seimour had decided to stay at Mt. Moon to study the moon stone a bit more.

"After last night," Seimour said, "I feel like there is more I need to know."

Takuya understood that and bid farewell to him and to the Clefairy and Clefable.

Takuya just finished explaining her exploration at Mt.Moon to Professor Oak, Flint and Volkner, they were glad, Professor Oak thanked Takuya greatly for the information at Mt.Moon.

Just as they were about to leave Sandshrew and a Clefable walked up to Takuya.

Takuya blinked, "What's wrong you two?" She asked them and they nuzzled her legs.

"They want to come with us Aura." Yami said.

"Really?" Takuya asked, "You two want to come with me?"

Sandshrew and Clefable nodded.

Takuya smiled took out two Pokéballs and tapped them on Sandshrew and Clefable, three seconds later they were caught. "Wow I have two new Pokémon."

Takuya checked her Pokédex for more information on them.

🔹 Sandshrew, the Mouse Pokémon.

Type: Ground

Gender: Male

Known Moves: Scratch, Rapid Spin, Defense Curl, Sand attack, Rollout, Swift, Fury Cutter, Sand Tomb and Magnitude.

*Egg Moves: Counter, Metal Claw, Night Slash and Rock Climb which as yet to be unlocked.

Ability: Sand-Veil

Hidden Ability: Sand Rush

🔹 Clefable, the Fairy Pokémon.

Type: Fairy

Gender: Female

Known Moves: Pound, Growl, Encore, Magical Leaf, Sweet Kiss, Copycat, Sing, Double Slap, Wish, Metronome and Wake Up Slap.

*Egg Moves: Misty Terrain and Heal Pulse which as yet been unlocked.

Ability: Cute Charm and Magic Guard.

"Wow, those are pretty impressive moves that they know." Takuya said as she close her Pokédex and walked off.

Clefairy is named Pari.

Sandshrew is named Tarrin.

Takuya was now walking along a path, when they saw a sign.

It read:

Cerulean City.

"I can get my second badge there." Takuya said.

Then she noticed that something else was on the sign:

Gary was here! Takuya is a loser!!

"Remind me why can't I shock that guy?" Yami asked really annoyed at that quote.

"Because I won't allow you too." Takuya replied bluntly.

"But he's a jerk."

"I know but still no."

"But he might grow smart after that shock."

"No." Takuya sighs, "We'll get to battle them him at the Indigo League Yami."

Yami pouted and nodded.

Takuya walked along the path to Cerulean City where her next badge is.
