In the cave
Michael's POV:

I was reading a book out of the hundreds and hundreds of books I have. It was called "The Inheritance Cycle, Eragon", apparently the first book out of 4. The Inheritance Cycle is a good fricking series, just really big books. "Michael~", I hear a woman's soft voice say. I look around and ready stance with the Art of War. "Michael~", the woman's soft voice says again. "Who are you?!", I say with a raspy throat, not having talked in a while, nor had water. How long have I been here? "Michael~ Time to get out..", the woman's soft voice says. "What?", I say confused. "Let's go Michael, they need you.", the woman's soft voice says. They need me? "Who needs me?", I say confused. I then see black and hear nothing.

I wake up to see desert, just desert. Where did that lady go? I stand up and look around. "Follow the prints.", the woman's soft voice says. I look down to see small claw prints, like a owl, I can't really do anything so I follow.
It has been about 5 minutes? I was scared the claw prints would be blown away, but there wasn't any wind..
I think about 15 minutes passed by when I saw buildings in the distance. I tense up but continued walking.

Time to switch POV's eh? Let's go back, before Michael saw le buildings.

At camp
Ritchie's POV:

I was laying in bed, crying and thinking. How could I have left Michael? I left him to die, and never confessed. I continued crying until I heard a knock. "Papa bear? Can I come in?", I hear a muffled Austin say. I sniffle a bit and say "Sure". He's walked in on me crying before, nothing new. Austin walks into the cabin and looks down. I stare at him and open my arms. He chokes out a sob and immediately starts to hug back. We both just sob, wishing for Michael, Mama bear to come back.

In le desert
Michael's POV:

I was so close to the buildings now, they looked like.. cabins? I kept my focus on the prints, only to suddenly be pinned and hear a growl. I focus my vision to see a monster. And a few others.. I kick the monster off of me and start to fight. Again. I ain't good at fighting scenes. Therefore. Lil' time skip. I was breathing heavily as I finished off the last monster. I had a few minor wounds but 2 major wounds. A broken rib and a deep gash on my right leg. I continue following the prints, limping.

I look at the entrance of camp. Am I really here? Am I dreaming? Am I dead, and just a spirit now? "They need you, go.", the woman's soft voice says. I take a deep breath and walk in. I look around to see a pretty empty camp. Jakey and Bryan at the dock, talking. Kayla and Mario looking solemn under a tree, like they lost someone.
Jakey looks up at me and his eyes widen. He yells, but I don't hear it. I can't even feel my legs. Hm. Guess that fight really tired me out. I see him and Bryan running to me, then see black.

I wake up to feel warmth. I open my eyes to see Ritchie and Austin gently cuddling me. I tried to lightly laugh, but instead cough. I wake up the other 2 and they immediately start getting water and patting my back. I drink the water Austin brings, and smile at them. "Hey guys", I say, my throat slightly raspy. They immediately hug me again, avoiding my wounds, and I hug back. "Mama bear!", Austin says happily. "Hey cub, how are you?", I say giggling. His eyes light up, "Cub! You accept being Mama bear!", he says happily. I lightly laugh and look over to the quiet Ritchie. "And you Papa bear?", I say. He looks up with tears in his eyes and says, "Don't leave me again.". I smile softly at him and say, " I won't, how long have I been gone?". "7 months", they both say, "Wow", I say shocked. I was gone for that long? "Oh!! I need to grab Bri!", Austin says and immediately runs out. Both Ritchie and I then look at each other. "You know. I never got to tell you.", Ritchie says looking nervous. "Hmmm?", I say back interested. "Well, before you left me. I had been meaning to tell you this. I walked out before I could though in the cave.", he says, getting closer and closer while talking. I blush when I realise how close he is, our noses almost touching. He then closes his eyes, and closes the space between us. I basically melt into the kiss, wrapping my arms around his neck. After a minute or so, we were stopped by squealing, only to see almost the whole camp. Some squealing and some giggling. I so beat a tomato or cherry if we were to see who was redder. My face or the tomato or cherry. I snuggle my face into Ritchie's chest, hiding my face. He laughs, blushing, but not as bad as me. I soon calm down, tell the story, and listen to what happened while I was gone. I swear, I was sure I saw a lady past everyone, smiling softly at me. She nods and I nod back, understanding who it was. "Thank you, Mother.", I say softly. She then fades away.
