~Elizabeth's Pov~ 

"Older brother you cannot be serious about this" Zeldris' voice echoed around the room. He moved through the crowd and even ended up walking over towards both myself and Meliodas. He looked extremely upset with this. I felt Meliodas' protective grip only get tighter. It got me to notice the smirk growing on his face while looking at his youngest brother. "Didn't you hear they have some unknown power growing little brother?" Meliodas then asked getting Zeldris to freeze up where he stood. 

He looked at his oldest brother carefully in the eyes before fear started to grow on his face. Soon Meliodas' middle brother Estarossa came forward. A large smirk on his face. "I personally agree with this attack and offer to lead it myself big brother. Unknown power coming from the Human Clan of all places just spells excitement" Estarossa spoke getting Zeldris to glare at him. Muttering that he was 'insane' in a harsh tone. People at the doors started to whisper and mumble. Meliodas then gave out a loud chuckle. 

"We could crush the Human Clan after this. Well, parts. I do know Merlin here wants at least one kingdom to be spared which I will gladly do if she can ensure the channels to talk to them are open like I want the Giant and Fairy Clan's to be" Meliodas then added getting Lady Merlin to look at him in more shock. Ban and Escanor were asking Gowther what was happening in front of them. Miss Diane just stood there confused as I was. Though I would be lying if I said I wasn't excited for whatever Meliodas was planning. 

Zeldris was looking at his older brothers with concerned. "On top. I would prefer my child being born in a world without war or at least grow up in a place that wouldn't be on high alert of attacks" Meliodas then spoke getting Ban, Escanor and Gowther to look at me in some horror. Lady Merlin didn't tell them a thing? Even after all this time? I couldn't help but be in some shock. Zeldris only sigh and shook his head, muttering to himself. Estarossa only gave out a chuckle of his own. "Murdering most of the Human Clan sounds fun" he spoke.

The crowd watching started to agree with the middle prince. "I said parts, little brother. Most would be pushing it. Merlin is annoying to keep as an enemy" Meliodas corrected his brother shocking him. Estarossa only raised an eyebrow looking at Meliodas in more confusion than anything else. Zeldris was only muttering yet again. Lady Merlin was the first out of anyone in the room to calm down from everything being said and talked about at once. "Since I cannot go myself. My two brothers will lead the attack" Meliodas looked at Lady Merlin. 

She only nodded before letting out a sigh of relief. Ban and Escanor were still in shock to move or say a word. Miss Diane had hope growing in her eyes while Meliodas then looked at his younger brothers again. "The two of you aren't weak to fail this task...correct?" Meliodas then asked getting both his younger brothers to freeze in place. Both were looking at him in confusion and shock from his sudden question. Both looked somewhat insulted by it. I was able to notice why Meliodas asked it. 

The motivation in their eyes grew within seconds after he asked. "How dead do you want the Kingdom we first attack older brother?" Zeldris then asked getting Meliodas' smirk to only grow. Meliodas lifted his hand getting a note to appear before handing it to his two younger brothers. Both were confused but started to read. Their eyes only widened with excitement but also fear. "I don't want failure from either of you" Meliodas then spoke getting both to nod right away. The people at the door were whispering once again. 

"Now then. I suggest you lot leaving us before I start getting annoyed you are disrupting my mate's meal" Meliodas spoke in a harsh tone, losing his smirk. I could swear that every demon at the doorway and any in the room went pure pale, before running fast as possible to leave. Miss Diane started mumbling under her breath but had an impressed look on her face. "I see everyone is still scared shitless of you. First Prince" Lady Merlin stated but then leaned back in her chair. Raising an eyebrow at him. 

It was easy to see something was on her mind. "Just speak your mind, Merlin. Even if you like it or not you were once part of our clan" Meliodas spoke, his tone making it sound more like an order. Before she could speak he then whispered to me to make sure I eat as much as I need. Lady Merlin gave out her own 'hmm'. Gowther looked at her carefully. He seemed to be picking something up just by looking at Lady Merlin. "Will you be open to explaining why the fear of you is much greater than normal, First Prince?" Lady Merlin asked.

Meliodas lost all emotion on his face, pulling me to be closer to him. Miss Diane and Ban were both confused by the question. Escanor and Gowther seemed to be thinking carefully about the people who were just in the room. "Not in front of Elizabeth" Meliodas only replied in a strict tone. Lady Merlin had some worry grow on her face closing her eyes. Miss Diane gave out an 'eh'. She looked very lost now. Gowther only looked at her. "Worrying or upsetting a woman pregnant can cause miscarriages. The first trimester is the most deadly and likely time a woman will suffer from them" Gowther then explained. 

Miss Diane started nodding, understanding what he was explaining. "Wait how the fuck do you know that?" Ban asked looking at Gowther. Gowther replied with 'books' before pushing his glasses up his nose. Ban started throwing random questions getting Gowther to answer each one without needing to think about it. "Knowing you, you've upset someone in a high place within the clan again" Lady Merlin only spoke with a sigh. Escanor looked at her confused and worried. Meliodas only repeat the statement 'not in front of Elizabeth' but in a much harsher tone.

I only just started eating again, not really having much left on my plate. "My brothers aren't the type to help you with the rescue part of the plan Merlin. So I would suggest getting ready to act fast. Knowing Estarossa he may end up killing the Fairy King while trying to murder every human who confronts him" Meliodas then spoke getting the whole group of people to freeze in place. All had worried looks on their faces. Lady Merlin took a deep breath before standing up. It was easy to see she agreed with Meliodas' statement. 

"Thank you. First Prince" she spoke before, making everyone freeze up and almost pass out from shock, she actually bowed down in reply to Meliodas.
