~Elizabeth's Pov~ 

Hawk, Meliodas and I myself spent the rest of the day talking. Meliodas kept giving Hawk questions about his past. Hawk seemed to remember being taken from his mother and dragged all the way to this castle but that was all he could remember. Meliodas informed me he was going to talk to Zeldris about what happened. That was when I learnt that Cusack was the father figure for Zeldris, the man who raised him. Much like how Meliodas had Chandler, Zeldris had Cusack. It made much sense. 

Meliodas had let me eat dinner in our room but wouldn't leave my side. Chandler and some others had tried getting him to return to the meeting with his father but he wouldn't leave. They were too scared to force him. When it became night, Meliodas let Hawk leave the room before changing into his normal nightwear, shitless with baggy bottoms. I was still sitting in the bed, still feeling sick and tired like this morning. "Meliodas" I spoke as he got onto the bed. He gave off an 'mmm' in reply while pulling me close to him. 

"Wasn't talking to your father important?" I soon asked, hoping he would answer honestly. Meliodas moved my hair before kissing my neck. My body was more sensitive than normal, making me moan slightly. I felt Meliodas smirk before moving his head up, his breath soon on my ear. "No. It wasn't... you're the only thing important to me" he whispered in his husky voice. My face burst into a light shade of red. I soon heard Meliodas chuckle as he moved back to my neck kissing and doing his teasful nibbling up and down it. 

I was holding back a moan, biting my bottom lip. It wasn't long until I felt Meliodas' hand on my leg, going underneath my nightgown before he started to slowly move his hand up my leg. His other arm was keeping me close to him. Meliodas soon pulled his head from my neck, moving it closer to my face. "I love you, Elizabeth" Meliodas whispered to me. I turned my head to look at him fully. A smile growing on my heated face. I moved my head back, getting it to lean on his shoulder. 

"I love you too, Melioads" I replied getting him to smile and kiss my forehead and then pulled me into a deep and passionate kiss. I moved a hand onto his other shoulder. The kiss would've turned into something more if it wasn't for the door bursting open. Meliodas and I pulled away fast to see Hawk rushing in the room in fear. "They're still after me!" he cried loudly before going under the bed. Meliodas turned his head to look through the doorway. I looked at Meliodas to see him using his darkness to close the door.

I soon turned around in his arms, my head going onto his shoulder, both my hands on his chest. My smile growing as I closed my eyes. I heard Meliodas chuckle feeling one of his hands on my back and the other was on the back of my head, holding me close to him. It was only seconds later until I had fallen asleep. When I had woken back up, I noticed I was laying on top of Meliodas who still looked peacefully asleep. I didn't move as I felt extremely comfortable. I couldn't help but feel this way. 

I could tell, being pregnant...was making me a lot more sensitive to things. It was making me act in different ways that I wasn't used too. It was making me confused and even could be making me a target for Estarossa, but...but this child would be worth it. I knew it would. This child was the product of me and Meliodas being together, falling in love with each other and would bring us closer. I admit Meliodas was much more protective, it was easy to figure out that was the reason why everyone was in more fear of him than before. 

Upsetting, worrying or talking to me even, it could've upset Meliodas and set off his protective trait. I didn't mind it much. I highly enjoyed it most times. Knowing I was truly loved and cared for. To know that someone worries and really does care for my safety. My eyes slowly closed. I felt better than yesterday. I was VERY thankful for that. Yes, I did still fell slightly sick but not like before at all. I did have that strange metallic taste in my mouth yet again. The tiredness was gone and with the sickness not as bad, it made this morning feeling very nice indeed. 

I couldn't help but enjoy myself. "Morning Elizabeth" I heard Hawk whisper making me move my head slightly to see him on what looked like a bed made of pillows and sheets at the side of the room. I was yet again confused. The bed wasn't there yesterday. "Meliodas made this for me. I was very shocked to find out he was a nice guy, ya know, with him being a Crowned Prince and all" Hawk whispered getting me to smile brightly. Meliodas made him a bed? I wasn't sure if Meliodas was alright with me wanting Hawk around much. 

I still wasn't quite sure. I couldn't help but smile brightly at the idea Meliodas went his way to make Hawk a bed because I wanted Hawk around. I couldn't help but feel lucky to have been chosen, to have been chosen to be with Meliodas. There are so many people in the world. I couldn't help but be thankful that I was the one Meliodas chose. "He is a great guy isn't he?" I replied getting Hawk to nod and agree with me. Hawk was so nice and kind. It made me wonder why Zeldris and Estarossa wanted him. 

"I'm so thankful I'm not rushing to the bathroom to throw up right now" I then whispered getting Hawk to laugh slightly. I felt Meliodas hold me tighter to him, his head moving to the side. I couldn't lie, Meliodas did look cute when he was sound asleep.
