-Elizabeth's Pov- 

By the time I was waking up again it was in a bedroom. The room only had basic things inside. The bed, which is kingsized, a dress of draws, bedsides, wardrobe and two doors. I was guessing one was out of here and the other a bathroom. I was in my nightgown still from when Meliodas showed up. I looked around to see he wasn't in the room. The burning and pain were gone but I wasn't sure for how long. I was trying to figure out what I was doing. I was just letting him take me but yet I questioned why wouldn't I.

My family didn't really care about me. The only friend I had was basically Miss Diane and possibly Lady Merlin. One of the doors opened as Meliodas came into the room with a bag in his hands. "Good your awake" he spoke moving to the dresser on the other side of the room from the bed. He placed the bag on the dresser before walking over to me, a smirk starting to grow on his face. "Where are we?" I soon asked my voice still stuck in a quiet tone. He sat next to me on the bed, as he moved one of his hands into my hair.

"Mountain town Ballater Inn" Meliodas answered as I nodded. From what I learnt at the library back home was that Ballater was a very rich town that allowed any race in. Many people came here on trips due to the hot spas, casinos, taverns and much more. "Still no fear in your eyes at all huh?" Meliodas asked shocking me as he moved his hand that held my hair close to his face. He sniffed the strands of hair as my face burnt up. "Most are normally in utter fear of demons" Meliodas soon spoke.

"W-well there is a war" I whispered in reply getting him to chuckle. He moved his head closer to mine. I felt my face burn up even more as my body felt different. It felt strange and weird. Meliodas' smirk grew ever so slightly. "You truly are much more beautiful than I first thought. MY dear Elizabeth" Meliodas spoke as the hand that held my hair moved, letting my hair fall back into place as the hand went onto my cheek. My face felt on fire. Meliodas only chuckled again. "I hate the fact I have to wait until I can have you" Meliodas whispered. 

He moved his head into my neck as I felt his breath on it. My whole body felt a shiver go down it. I wasn't used to normal interactions with people let alone something like this. "By tomorrow, we will be home and I won't have to hold myself back anymore" I heard him mumble as I felt him plant a kiss on the bend between my neck and shoulder. I gasped slightly from shock as my body felt even warmer than my face. As Meliodas pulled his face back I heard him chuckle. "Very good. Seems like you are completely innocent and new to this type of thing" Meliodas whispered.

He pulled his head up as he had a huge smirk on his face. I was confused on what he was on about. "I wonder, what you taste like" he whispered moving his head closer to mind as there was a knock at the door getting him to stop just as our top lips brushed each other. He looked annoyed as he pulled his head back, moving to the door. I felt my heart racing like crazy as I was frozen in place. I felt my heart skip a beat as Meliodas opened the door. "What is it?" I soon heard him ask harshly at the door. 

"Forgot to give you this boss, that all!" I heard a scared male voice answer, not very long afterwards Meliodas closed the door. He moved back into the room more as I heard my stomach growl slightly. Meliodas only chuckled getting walking to the bag he placed on the dresser. "Here change to this, then we can go eat" Meliodas spoke walking over passing me back bag as he moved his head close to mine once more. "I'll wait outside the room" he whispered before leaving. I believe I nearly passed out from my blood boiling.

Once Meliodas had left the room I looked into the bag to see some clothes. I calmed myself down slightly before getting up and changing. I ended up changing into a dark maroon tie over a white collared sleeveless dress that exposed my back, along with black leggings and cloth shoes adorned with a ribbon. I was shocked at how well it all fitted. Then I remembered something Meliodas told me in my mind before we met. "I know everything about you Elizabeth...once we meet you will soon know about me too...won't be very long now".

Knew everything about me? I turned my head to the door walking toward it. I had never been outside the castle before let alone kidnapped by someone. I wasn't sure what to really do or say. I opened the door to see Meliodas waiting. He was leaning on a small fence on the other side of the walkway. He stood up straight walking over to me. "It will be fine, don't worry. I know you've never been outside before, just stay by my side no matter what alright?" Meliodas spoke offering me his hand. His voice as always was soft and calming. 

I some reason felt safe more than anything around him. I took his hand as he pulled me close to him and used the black mist that comes off his vest to close the door. "Remember, you are not to leave my side" he whispered as I only nodded in reply. He held my hand as he lead me away from the inn we were staying out. I was looking around in much wondering and delight. I knew I must have looked like an utter idiot as we walked around. While we were walking around, I ended up hugging Meliodas's arm as he showed me around. 

He didn't mind as he was informing me of things here and there. He was telling me basically everything I needed to know about things. He warned me about what happens to girls when they are alone at night in certain areas and what to look out for when came to creeps. Well as Meliodas put it 'bastards'. Meliodas soon took me to a restaurant. It was just as big as the castle I lived in. The place had a Roman theme. The place had many white and decorative things. Meliodas took me inside to see it was very full. 

I kept close and hugged his arm tighter as we were greeted by a waiter who seemed to recognize Meliodas. "Of course we have a table for you Prince Meliodas. This way" the waiter spoke in a loud and proud voice. It was a male waiter. It was easy to tell who worked here or not due to the uniforms. They were all Roman themed like the place. Our waiter had no top on but had white robe going across his chest. A leaf crown even. He took us up the stairs and into what he informed us was the VIP area.  

He then took us to a table that was very far away from other tables and next to a window. He planted what I saw were menus on the table for us as I Meliodas made me take my seat first. He pushed it in for me before going to his own seat. "I shall be back in a bit, My Prince" the waiter spoke before leaving. The place was extremely lively. It was very different to what I was used to. Meliodas told me to pick anything off the menu that I wanted as he picked up his. I only nodded slowly as I took my menu, looking through it all. 

I was shocked by how many different foods were on it. Meliodas soon chuckled as I looked up at him. He was smiling at me. I felt my face burn up slightly. "You truly never have been out of that prison of a castle huh?" Meliodas asked as I rubbed the back of my neck with one of my hands. I really did look like a confused idiot. I only nodded getting him to lean forward. "Don't worry. I won't let you go back to a prison like that. Name a place you want to go. I'll take you" Meliodas then informed me. 

I was in shock my face feeling on fire like before. He was smiling brightly at me. "First pick something to drink and something to eat. Anything you want alright" Meliodas then spoke as I soon moved my hand from the back of my neck into my hair. Playing with it for some reason to calm my face down. "W-why me? There are better people to have than a useless shy princess" I soon asked shocking Meliodas. He soon moved more forward taking one of my hands getting me to look into his eyes more than anything. 

"You are nothing but useless to me Elizabeth. Do not think so down about yourself. I chose you because of who you are, someone with an incredible heart, someone I personally can relate to" Meliodas answered shocking me. Relate to? I wanted to question it but I didn't want to push seeing we only had just met. My face felt worse than it did in the inn. "You are mine now Elizabeth and I'm going to treat you as the Queen you are soon to be" Meliodas whispered confusing me ever so slightly.

He was much different to what Miss Diane and Lady Merlin feared he was. He was much different to what any of the knights said that demons were like. I was very glad about that after all.
