-Elizabeth's Pov- 

The rest of that day, Eliane and Miss Diane took me around most of the forest. They made me meet many of the fairies and creatures living in the forest. I would've been lying if I didn't admit I enjoyed myself. By the time it became night, I was taken back to the giant tree in the forest. To which I had read about before. The Great Tree that holds the Fountain of Youth, the sacred treasure of the Fairy Clan. Drinking a whole cup worth would give you immortality, a mouth fall or even a drop would heal you from death.

To think the small lake I saw before was the real Fountain of Youth. Miss Diane soon informed me that Elaine was also going out with Ban. Elaine's face burst into a deep shade of red as a smile grew on her face. Elaine seemed to be a nice and polite girl while Ban spoke his mind, even if that mind was rude and dirty. I didn't really see the two getting along much. "Elizabeth here you don't have to fear about that bastard Hendrickson. You take the time you need to heal, alright?" Miss Diane soon spoke shocking me.

I smiled nodding as Elaine hugged my arm. "From hearing Merlin's question earlier, I understand fully why Diane wants you somewhere else. We'll protect you Elizabeth" Elaine then spoke as I smiled slightly more, thanking her in a whisper. Once it hit night we finally got back to the Great Tree. We went inside the tree to show it looked just like a house on the inside. I was in shock as Miss Diane and Elaine pulled me into the living room, Miss Diane making us three fall onto the couch. 

It was soft. "We'll be by your side every step Elizabeth" Miss Diane soon informed me with a wink as Elaine giggled agreeing. Lady Merlin soon came into the room with King. Lady Merlin informed us that the others of her group were on their way, each of them agreeing with Miss Diane's choice. "Even Ban?" Elaine asked excitedly as King nodded. Elaine's eyes lit up in seconds as Miss Diane giggled. Lady Merlin soon informed us she had to leave to speak to the King Arthur of Camelot. 

"Alright, we'll look after Elizabeth!" Miss Diane nearly shouted in reply while hugging my arm. With that, Lady Merlin vanished. King started making food with Elaine's help as they were in the other room cooking. "I kinda understand why you wanted to stay with the Demon Clan now" Miss Diane spoke getting me to look at her. She was smiling at me, grabbing my hand. I was confused and shocked by her words. "He made you feel wanted, loved and cared about right?" Miss Diane answered as my eyes watered.

I nodded as she pulled me to sit closer to her. "Who knows what the bastard really feels. I know Demons are hard people to understand. Once Merlin and that blondie were once best friends, childhood friends...until the war got worse and worse..." Miss Diane informed me as I was in shock once more. Childhood friends? Lady Merlin and Meliodas? Miss Diane sighed as she held my hand tighter, giving me a bigger smile. I wasn't sure where she was going with this. I didn't though seem to mind it much. 

"If that blonde bastard really does care about you Elizabeth...then I will let you pick what happens...I just don't want you getting used or hurt" Miss Diane spoke as I smiled at her. Some tears going down my cheeks as I thanked her, speaking normally for once getting her to cheer and hug me. It made me laugh slightly. Miss Diane gave off a cheeky and childish smile as she pulled away once King announced they were bringing food in. Miss Diane...she was such a good and caring person. 

"Miss Diane..." I whispered getting her attention again. I looked at the ground before looking back at her. She was basically my first friend. "Tomorrow...I-I want to tell you some things" I whispered as Miss Diane shook her head taking both my hands this time around. She kept a smile on her face as we were able to hear Elaine teasing King. "Only say things when you are ready and what you feel alright with" Miss Diane whispered as Elaine and King came into the room carrying plates.
