As you may have already read in my first blurb, this story was built on strong foundations of four wattpad campaigns, however, in this part, I'll be giving you a little insight on where I got my inspiration and jumpstart ideas, where I continue to get ideas and what I hope to achieve from them.

It's All In The Making

First of all, this won't be long, I promise.

Secondly, this story was created just after I had a writer's worse nightmare - a writer's block. I was watching a movie titled "American Bully" when the idea sparked.

Incidentally, the story was created long beforehand. It was supposed to be the sequel in my now redrafted non-fictional trilogy called "The Damned". It was supposed to follow a deeper end of my real life story, but I decided to change it up a bit since some people get tired of that kind of story.

The story was originally titled "The Blackprint and the Day I Lost Myself" but that title was weird and so I changed it to the current one "Little Obscurities".

In all honesty, I almost cried during the movie. I definitely cried on the inside but I don't know why I didn't on the outside.

(Huh? What's that you say? Men don't cry? Well, let me tell you that, crying is a sign of humanity. If a male can't cry, then what's the point of being human? And if males are judged for crying, then you are practically bullying indirectly! And I'm against that, so just leave if you have nothing constructive to say).

You should also know that the characters are based on real life persons, Nathan Thorne (the main character) is based on myself. His humanly attributes, feelings and emotions are all mine. Also, most of his experiences are mine as well but are highly exaggerated in this book. Most of them, not all.

Note, the setting of this story is based on where I live, with alterations such as the climate, language and accent and location on the map. This story is set in New Mayville (a fictional place in the United States of America) and we all know that I don't live in the United States.

My themes are based on statistical data retrieved from constant research and google searches, my analogies and beliefs are based on what goes on in my head and my anecdotes and strange comparisons are retrieved also by what goes on in my funny bone, which sometimes proves to be not so funny.

You should know that this story is written for bibliophiles at the age of thirteen and older, but due to the messages that I have to convey, the chapters may become PG-16 material. I will warn you beforehand, however.

There may be scenes where sexual images are being portrayed, a really really small amount of profanity in language and textual content (the prologue and beyond). Themes such as murder, violence, alcoholism, abuse, rape and mental retardation may also be portrayed slightly.
