College and Dreams
Eddie's POV:
(present day Liverpool, England)
I walked through the empty halls of the boarding school I had graduated from not two weeks ago. Even so, I had never seen the halls this quiet and still. But I wasn't paying attention to the hallways at the moment, because I was worrying about college. My dad had told me, "Don't stress over it right now, Eddie, wait the summer out and start deciding when the school year begins again. You can go to college next year." What he had said had sounded sincere, I could tell he was hiding something. I didn't know what it was yet, but I had a feeling I would find out soon.
I found myself walking towards my dad's office when the door opened. The caretaker of my previous residence, Victor Rodenmaar Jr., exited Dad's office and gave me a nod.
"Eddie," he greeted, if you could even call that greeting. To me, it seemed more like an acknowledgement-of-presence.
"Victor," I retorted, in the same monotone voice he had used.
Victor cleared his throat. "Your father would like to speak with you," he explained, before heading through another of the many doorways.
I entered my dad's office, wondering what could possibly need to talk to me about.
"Morning, Eddie," Dad smiled as I walked into the room.
"Hey, Dad. Um, what's up?"
"There is a matter I would like to discuss with you."
I found that especially odd, since my dad doesn't usually 'discuss matters' with me, but I decided to go with it. "Go ahead, Dad, what is it?"
"Well, during your senior year, the school has been developing a college on campus by building two new residence houses for the high schoolers, while using Anubis and Isis Houses for the college students. I have been thinking about sending a scholarship to any students that resided in Anubis House in the past few years. In other words, I want to give all of your friends scholarships if you would like to attend as well."
My eyes widened in shock at my dad's words. "Are you serious?!"
Dad laughed. "Of course! Your friends are good kids, and even Alfie and Jerome were...." he paused, as if thinking for the right word, before continuing on, "decent students, and, because they are your friends, I would be glad to have them attend college here."
"That's awesome! Of course I'll come to college here!"
"Wonderful! The scholarships will be sent out come the end of August."
I grinned from ear to ear as I turned around and left Dad's office.
Lucy's POV:
(1940's Finchley, England)
"Remember when we met Prince Cor?" Susan asked as we sat on the beds in our room, along with Peter and Edmund.
"How could I forget? I thought he was Corin!" Ed laughed.
"Well, they were twins, after all," I replied. Ever since we had returned home from our second trip to Narnia, we had been reminiscing like this often, so as not to forget it, since Peter and Susan couldn't return at the time, and we knew that Edmund and I would someday bear the same fate. Presently, we had, so now we reminisce for all of our sakes.
"Well, I didn't get to meet him at the same time as you did," Peter scoffed sarcastically.
"Oh, come on, Peter," Susan smirked, "Don't go all grumpy on us again."
"I'm not, don't worry, Su. But maybe we should get to bed."
The rest of us agreed, and Ed and Pete left mine and Susan's room before we all went to sleep.

I opened my eyes to see trees looming over me. Sitting up, I looked around and immediately I noticed a very familiar object in the center of the clearing. A lamppost. I suddenly understood that I was dreaming, because I knew that I wasn't able to return to Narnia. As I stood up, brushing the dirt from my dress, a figure emerged from the trees.
I soon realized who the figure was, and rushed over to him, wrapping my arms around his neck, remembering the soft feel of his mane.
"Aslan," I choked, tears ready to spill from my eyes at any moment.
"It is good to see you too, dear one," he chuckled, his shoulders shaking from his deep laughter.
I removed my arms from around his neck to face him. "What is it, Aslan? Why am I here?"
"I am sending you and your siblings to a different time." he replied.
"What does that mean?" I queried, hoping he would further explain.
"It means that I am sending you to a place that you would call the future."
"Why would you send us to the future?"
"I cannot tell you exactly why, dear one, for that is for you and your siblings to find out for yourselves, but you mustn't let anyone know where you're really from. You may use your real names, but you cannot reveal that you are from the past, unless you know for sure that you can trust them."
"But, how do we know if we can trust them?"
"Believe me, dear one, you'll know."
I shot up in bed the moment the dream ended. Turning to my left, I saw that Susan was doing the same.
Finally, Su looked over at me. "Lu," she started, "Did we just-"
"Have the same dream," I finished, cutting her off.
A second later, Peter and Edmund rushed into the room.
"Don't tell me...." Su began, but was cut off once again by Edmund.
"Did we all have the same dream?"
"I-I think so," I stuttered, furrowing my brow in confusion. "But why?"
"Aslan had said something about sending us to the future," Peter answered.
"Yes, but he wouldn't tell me why," Edmund countered, "Did he tell any of you?"
"Not me," Susan replied as Peter shook his head. She then turned to me. "Lucy?"
Like Peter, I shook my head. "Aslan said we had to find out ourselves."
"When is all this supposed to happen?" Peter queried.
"I don't know," I sighed, "But let's hope it's soon."

Hello, fellow Sibunas and Narnians! I feel like few people are going to read this, since I don't know many people that are fans of both House of Anubis and The Chronicles of Narnia, but I really wanted to write this, so I decided to give it a shot. Let me know what you think of the first chapter!
