A/n :- So it is a short introduction of the characters before the story .

Name - Shu Kurenai , Age - 12 years
Knight of Kingdom Alpha Star .

Name - Val Aoi , Age - 12 years
Princess of Kingdom Alpha Star .

' A boy with silvery white hair and crimson orbs was crying bitterly his clothes were strained with blood and his body was covered with wounds.

" Father - mother ......"

His parents were wounded badly and were lying on the floor covered with blood .

" Son run away , you gotta be safe " his father said coughing up blood

" Son you are our last hope. Here take this - " his mother gave him a ruby pendent .

" Mom - dad I can't leave you two like this ," he sobbed .

" Son be strong , now you are our only hope to save this kingdom." his father said panting .

" Catch them don't let them escape " two soldiers approached towards them.

" Son run " his father grabbed the sword nearby

" Father , mother I will save our kingdom and you , I promise " he clutched the pendent tight in his hands and ran .

" Hey catch that boy "

" You are not touching my son " his father stood up and charged with all the strength left in him .

The boy ran and ran , sweat was dripping from his forehead , his feet were aching , he felt dizzy and suddenly darkness drifted before his eyes . '

A boy with silvery locks of hair suddenly woke up from his dream , there were beads of sweat on his forehead and he was breathing heavily .

" It's just a dream " he sighed and gazed towards the window.

The Sun was rising , shades of pink , red , yellow and blue were scattered over the sky.

" It's a beautiful morning today " his lips curved into a smile.

" Shu,shuuuuuuuuuuu!! Open the door " someone banged on the door .

" God ! Who the hell came to ruin my beautiful morning " he thought and got up from the bed.

" Coming " he walked towards the door.

He opened the door ," Princess! What are you doing here ? " He asked knitting his eyebrows together .

" Come on Shu , did you forgot we are going to make our hideout treehouse . It will be completed today." she had stars in her eyes .

*Shu sweat dropped*

" But Princess - " he said only to got cut off by her .

" Please " she did the puppy doll eyes 🥺.

" Uh- okay Princess " he sighed in defeat.

" I told you to call me Val , didn't I "

" Yes , Princess Val "

" I told you to call me V.A.L. , Val "

" Yes , um Val , let's go Princess " 🤗

" Again " she folded her hands 😠

" My apologies " he begged 🤪

" Ok let's go " Val said and walked to her horse .

" Why am I struck with her " Shu cursed the author .

[ Ruby - Behave well or you will face the consequences Kurenai .

Shu- 😰 ]

Time skip :-

" Princess , did you asked permission from the King " Shu asked while making the tree house .

" Yeah " she replied .

" Yaay it's complete - it's complete , our own treehouse " Val hopped in happiness .

" No doubt she is crazy " Shu thought .

" Princess Val , I think we should head back to the Kingdom . It's lunch time already you must be hungry . " Shu asked  ,

" Just five more minutes Shu let me decorate this place a little more " Val said while decorating the doors and windows of the treehouse .

" Okay " he sighed .

" It's been more than one year since I met Val . She is a little crazy but also a sweet and kind person " Shu remembered the day he met Val .

Flashback :-

Shu's pov :

" Hey you okay , open your eyes " someone was shaking me .

I opened my eyes to see a girl probably of my age , she had silky blue hair and hazel eyes.

" Are you okay , you are wounded , what happened to you ? " she asked worringly  .

" I can't trust her maybe she is with the bap people and want to trick me . " I grabbed the dagger in my pocket and pointed at her .

" Hey- hey put that down I am here to help you " she said raising her hands .

" Don't move or I won't hesitate to attack on you " I warned and tried to run but I felt dizzy and I blacked out . Someone caught me before I fall to ground .

I slowly opened my eyes only to find myself in a big room . I was covered in bandages . I searched for the pendent mom gave me , luckily it was in my pocket and my dagger was on the nightstand beside the bed .

I sat up and looked across the room . No doubt I am in a castle. Did that girl bought me here ? Can I trust her ? I was lost in my thoughts , then someone entered the room .

" Oh! You are awake , so are you feeling any better ? " It was that girl , she asked me smiling .

" I can't trust her , can I " Shu thought again .

" Um-yeah " I simply replied .

" Please don't hesitate to ask for anything , you can trust me I promise . " She said with a worried expression .

" Yeah sure and thanks " she didn't  seems bad and all . I think I can trust her .

" Mine pleasure , btw my name is Val , Val Aoi " she offered to shake hands .

" Name's Shu " I shaked hands with her .

" Nice to meet you Shu , now you should take rest your condition isn't very well . " she said .

I nodded as I was tired , I tried to comfort myself on the bed .

" Good night " she said and left the room .

" Night " I said .

" I can't tell anyone my family name or they will recognise me " I thought to myself .

Slowly I drifted to sleep . The next day I left the castle , Val didn't wanted me to go but I still left . Now I know that she is the Princess of  Alpha Star .

I have to learn how to fight with swords . So I got myself into a swordsman dojo .

" I will save you mom - dad . "

After one year :-

I am now one of the best knights of Alpha Star . I have learnt to battle with swords , spears and l etc . but I don't think it would be enough to save my kingdom . They say I am the king's favourite knight . I am known as Fire Heart .

Today King have called me to the castle , don't know why ?

I walked to the throne room . The King was sitting on the throne . On the right side Princess Val was also there .

" Hail my majesty , you called for me " I put my fist on my chest and bowed to him .

" Yeah- yeah Fire Heart , I called you here to ask you a favor " the King asked genuinely .

" Mine pleasure majesty " I said .

" I want you to teach Princess Val how to fight with swords and weapons , and I also want you to be her training partner" the King smiled .

" Sure my majesty " I didn't know what to say . It won't be that  bad I thought .

Timeskip :-

At the weaponary room -

" Princess , which weapon would you like to learn how to use ? " I asked .

" First of all , tell me your name and you know me right , so call me Val " she smiled .

" My name is Shu , Princess " I simply replied .

" Are you the same Shu , whom I found in forest " she asked tilting her head .

" Um-yeah " I replied .

" Oh , that's so good " she chuckled .

" Now- now first of all you are gonna help me to make a hideout treehouse " she said bossily .

" But Princess I've got the charge to teach you how to use weapons - " I was cut off by her .

" No , we are gonna make a treehouse first , we will see about the weapons afterwards " she said and dragged me to the forest .

" And call me Val " she shouted .

" Is she crazy ? " I thought .

And like this I am struck with this crazy girl .

Flashback ends :-

Reader's pov -

" Hey earth to Shu " Val waved her hands in front of Shu dramatically .

" Oh- yeah Princess " Shu shuttered .

" Shall we go now Princess " he inquired .

" Yes! I am so hungry , let's go " she shouted and walked towards her horse .

" This girl got some pipes " Shu thought holding his ears , waking towards his horses .
