You were curious. All you wanted was to take a peek. But of course, you're too clumsy for your own good and end up falling down. When you get up, you see you're covered in flower seeds. They possibly came from the flower patch that broke your fall. When you try to get the seeds off your sweater and face,it's next to impossible, so you give up on your efforts and search the mountains base. You find a corridor into another part of the mountain. When you enter the room, on a patch of grass in the middle of the room is a golden flower. The weirdest part about it is that the flower had a face, and it was wearing the expression of utter terror." Please...please show me mercy! Please....don't kill me. " the flower said meekly upon your arrival. You look at the flower, feeling crappy for scaring it. You walk up to the flower." It's okay. I'm not gonna hurt you. "" Yeah right! You're lying like all the others! All monsters ever seem to accomplish is hurting each other! "" Wait.....so they aren't just stories? Monsters really do exist?! "" Of course monsters exist! We're not just fairy tales you know. " The flower eyes you suspiciously. " Wait a minute...your soul....it has so much power....are you a human? " You hesitate for a second then you nod as if to say yes." Oh no! " the flower exclaims." If you stay here, they'll..... They'll find you. The others won't hesitate to kill you! "" Well then, how do I get back? "" You have to go to King Asgore's castle and cross the barrier. But getting there is a death wish itself, if fighting monsters on the way wasn't bad enough already. Some of them are relentless. You won't be able to get there alone. "" Well then....do you want to come with me? " The flower looks at you surprised." You..you want to bring me with you?! "" Of course. You said I wouldn't be able to get there alone. Plus if you come with me, you could cross the barrier, too. " The flower hesitates, deciding what he should do. In the end, he nods, accepting your offer. He uses his vines to climb out of the ground and on your shoulder. As you leave the room, without noticing, a small flower has bloomed behind your ear.
