Hi everybody ! First of all, Merry Christmas to all, I hope that, like me, you have a good time with those who matter to you :)
I'm writing this chapter between two parts of the story to tell you a few things about me and this book, and all that has happened here on Wattpad during these last 7 months ... I felt like it was not so long ago that I started to write this fiction, and yet at the end of the year, I look back and I realize that, fuck, so many things have happened!

In fact, I discovered the Attack of the Titans about 2 years ago with the anime, and I immediately loved the dark and dramatic universe. I then read and enjoyed the manga. But it was only a few months ago, just before season 2 was released, that I really rediscovered this manga, and I became more interested in the characters and their development. Then I had this obsession with the series, I guess you see what I mean ^^ and I understood how beautiful and extraordinary the story of Eren and Mikasa was, even more than the rest of the manga. I somehow fell in love with the characters, their particular personalities, their emotions, their feelings, their own dreams. No need to say more, you know what I'm talking about. I started to read some fanfictions because I wanted more of them, especially with the hype of the upcoming season 2 ... Then as I was thinking about AoT all the time (no kidding, I was really thinking about it 24/7), I developed some ideas in my mind, and I ended up starting my own fanfiction ... But it went much further than expected.

First of all, I initially planned to write the whole story during the summer holidays ... However, as I kept writing, the texts improved and became much longer, more detailed and developing more deeply the feelings and the points of view of the characters while multiplying the parts of the plot ... Writing a chapter has become a huge work knowing that I set myself the goal of publishing it in two different languages (even though I don't speak particularly well English, I assume my level was just above the average but that's all ).  For example, it depends on the parts of the story and my inspiration, but writing a chapter, correcting what I do not really like or when I change my mind and improving it just before publishing, takes me several hours, without the translation which takes me a few more hours... But it's worth it.

In the last 7 months, I published 18 chapters. This story is already 26,000 words long... 26,000 words filled with my love for this manga and these characters I love so much, the product of dozens and dozens of hours of work trying to create the best story I could write, that could transmit emotions to  those who would read it. And for the moment, I am satisfied with what I accomplished. Speaking of readers, I must thank you all for supporting me during the development of this story. There is nothing that makes me happier than seeing people appreciate what I do. That's the moment I tell myself that what is happening is amazing. I, at 15, without needing anything but a keyboard and my imagination, I can write and share with you this story. I do not know what you think of it as readers, but for me it's an incredible experience. Every day, I look at the numbers and statistics and I imagine that behind them are real people, who share my passion and read what I do ... (And then I realize that I keep repeating the same things XD But it's okay, I write what I think as it comes to my mind... Anyway.) Here are some graphs if you're interested...

On Wattpad, I also met tons of great people from all over the world, with whom I could chat and share tons of unforgettable things ...
Writing this story has also allowed me to improve in French (yup), I am now writing texts more enjoyable to read, and I can better transmit my thoughts. I improved in English as well ... I think I learned more in a few months on Wattpad than in one year at school x')
Attack on Titan is for me more than a manga, it's the piece of art that brought me more than anything else in my life ... : ')

About next year, well ... I will continue as before. I will finish this story, and then I will finally have accomplished something very important to me ... I think this story will not count more than 30 chapters. I know where I'm going, and I hope you'll like it :)
