Firstly go to https://www.wickeditor.com/editor/ 

Wait, no.

Firstly, you need an asset. 

If your planning on animating something fanmade then you can most likely find the assets on Google. If your not making something fanmade then uh make your own asset. I'm not gonna explain it.

Then open up Wick Editor

You should be met with:

Press the upload thingy in the Asset Library thing

That one

Then select your asset and ye

Press this

It'll appear someone on the 'Canvas'

You can move it to where you want it to be by clicking and dragging it

Press one of the blue dots and kinda drag it inwards to make it smaller 
You can also try to flip your asset using the dots

The blue squares near the blue dots are to rotate it

Now that we're done with that, let's set up the other stuff

Note: IF YOU WANNA HAVE MULTIPLE CHARACTERS THEN THERE ARE 3 WAYS THAT I KNOW OF OF HOW TO DO THAT BUT I'M NOT EXPLAINING IT HERE

Press the grey rectangle below the green one to make a new layer. The green rectangles are layers

I would also advise you to rename the layers

Yea-

So, uh, there should be around 4 layers: 
Face
Asset
Arms
Legs

The amount of layers is based off of what you're animating

If the legs are going to move separately then there should be 2 separate layers for each leg

If the arms are going to move separately then there should be 2 separate layers for each arm

If blinking, lip-sync or eyebrow movements are apart of the animation then there should be a separate layer for all (Eyes in one layer, two or one layer for eyebrows and one layer for the mouth)

I'll just go with 8 layers: 
Eyebrows
Eyes
Mouth
Asset
Right Arm
Left Arm
Right Leg
Left Leg

There I am :)

Now for the content of what you're animating (by that I mean audio)

So, first you wanna download your audio. You can find MP3 Converters online. Get the audio and upload it like how you uploaded your assets.

I would advise you make a new layer for the audio

SO, for lip-sync it would be best for you to make the Frames Per Second 36

To change the FPS you have to click the settings button

Press that

Change it

Press 'Apply' and then you've changed your FPS

Press at a place on the thingamjig on the layer to make a frame; The frame will extend the audio. Get rid of it when your done.

Frames will extend when you make another frame ahead of it

Anyways, lip-sync time!

There are 2 ways to do it

Lazy Lip-sync 

and

Non-lazy Lip-sync

Let's do lazy first

On your mouth layer, make 2 frames that are 3 thingamajigs long

You wanna put your first mouth in the first one

After that, press the tween button thing

You wanna put that on both 'sides' and setting the 'Easing Type' to 'In-Out' (on both)

On the last Tween thing you wanna make the mouth wider and shorter

And then you wanna draw the next mouth on the other thing

Do the same thing but DON'T make the last part wider and shorter. Instead, you wanna make the first part thinner and taller.

And then you wanna make a new frame and copy & paste the mouth on the last thing and kinda extend it to the end.

Then you wanna kinda do the same on the other side

Anyways, that's all for part 1 cuz Wattpad is being a bitch with their '20 image per story part limit'
