Markery's realization
"Hey, do you know where Danger is?" Markery asked Marker, "Him? He's uh... I think near the mountain," Marker replied. Markery nodded as he left for the mountain. He started climbing the mountain but then he realized that Danger might not be on top of the mountain, but in it. He went back down and found the entrance to a cave that took over most of the mountain. He traveled around for a bit. One time, he looked up and saw the same red stone where he met Shadow Marker; Markery looked away. "H-hey, Danger Marker? You there?" Markery called out after a while, "Yea?" a voice shouted back. Markery flinched and then headed towards the top, which was where Danger was. "Huh? Oh, hi, Markery!" Danger smiled. Markery didn't respond. "So... what did you want?" Danger asked, "I... uh... just sort of wanted to ask about... what it was like to hold so much...-" (Markery did a gesture with hands where he was kind of spinning them) "-...power," Markery concluded. Danger looked surprised for a second. "Well..."

"...And yea. I'm really just a follower. You could ask Evil Marker, though," Danger concluded, "Evil Marker is locked away," Markery sighed, "Riiiiight," Danger said. There was an awkward silence. "I-I'll just leave now," Markery said after a while, "Ok. Bye," Danger smiled. As Markery left he went over all the points Dark had made. As he was reciting them to himself (out loud) he bumped into someone. "Ow!" Markery exclaimed, "Oh, hi, Marker!" Foliage Marker greeted, "Er... hello," Markery replied, "Sorry about that. Bye!" Foliage left. Markery stood standing for a second and then realized something. "Foliage! Get back here!" Markery exclaimed. Foliage came back. "Yea?" they said, "Uh- I was just wondering if you had heard anything that I was saying before?" Markery asked, "Hm? Er... no," Foliage responded, "Ok, good," Markery said before leaving Foliage to stand there, alone.
Markery walked along a path, not knowing where he was going. He came back to his senses and realized he was in the village. It was a small village, yes, but it was home to many Markers with the big Clock Tower in the center. "Hiya, Markery," a Marker said. He looked exactly like Marker, which made Markery a little startled but realized it was just another look-a-like. "Hi," Markery responded. He walked away.
Markery then realized how stupid it was to have clones that look exactly like you and do nothing about them. You could do a lot of things with clones but Marker didn't do anything with them. What was the point of these clones anyways? The more he thought, the weirder and stupider he realized this world was. There were so many Markers here but for what? What was the point of them? Is this supposed to be a country or city? And... why did Marker have to always be the star of the show? Couldn't someone else take his place?
Everyone thought that
Marker is the best!Marker is amazing!Marker is cool!Marker was the original.
But...
Why?
Why did they think this?
Marker was just a spoiled brat who loved attention.
Marker was nothing.
Angry thoughts filled Markery's head. Marker gets all the attention. Didn't Markery deserve something? Markery got nothing. Friends? Who needed them. No one would ever even want to be friends with Markery if they weren't forced to by Marker.
It was all Marker
And Marker had to go
