Chapter Two
"Stay here for the meantime while we're talking with the principal. Is that fine?" Chanyeol instructed Chanhee and Baekhee with Eunji cluelessly laying on her stroller. "We'll try to resolve this. Just take care of Eunji because we can't bring her inside, okay?" Chanhee and Baekhee nodded as a response. "Baek? Do you have any words for them?"
"Nothing really," Baekhyun answered without pouring a glance on their kids. He's fidgeting. "I think I needed to pee first. Excuse me," Chanyeol nodded while looking at Baekhyun's retreating back.
Since it's still early with regards to the meeting time the principal set, Chanyeol decided to sit on the bench where Chanhee and Baekhee were both seated while looking at their parents.
"Daddy, is he mad at me?" Baekhee asked in worry.
Chanyeol shook his head and pulled Baekhee inside his arms while his gaze were locked up on Eunji who's smiling because her brother is making faces. "No. He's just nervous. Don't worry, your Dad wasn't mad at you. It will eventually subside soon," and then he kissed her head.
"But why is that he's not talking to us?" Baekhee pouted, still playing Chanyeol's fingers with hers. "Dad is so cold. He's not even smiling like he used to."
"Maybe he's still shocked with the news. As like what I've said, it will be fine soon. For the meantime, let him be. I know he can't resist you."
"Really?" Chanyeol nodded and that made Baekhee smile while Chanhee just gave a thumbs up to her, cheering her up.
"Baekhee! Baekhee!" A girl in red ribbons as her ponytail came and squeezed Baekhee's hands. "I've heard you brought your parents with you! Where are they?"
The thing is, Baekhee's classmates were all aware of their situation. They're all taught that Baekhee has two fathers as her parents and that somehow amused all of them so they're all curious and eager to meet her parents.
Baekhee set her feet on the ground and smiled at the girl who approached them. "This is my Daddy, Go Eun," Baekhee proudly introduced her handsome Daddy Chanyeol. "My Dad went to the comfort room to pee. I think he will be back soon."
Go Eun's hands were on both sides of her cheeks while looking at the handsome giant in front of her in awe. "You are Mr. Park?"
"Yes," Chanyeol smiled sweetly. The smile that captured Baekhyun's heart the most. "It's nice meeting you, Go Eun."
Go Eun squealed when Chanyeol offered his hand. It took her moments before accepting it with her shaky hands and her already blushing cheeks. "Hello! It's nice to meet you, too, Mr. Park!"
Chanyeol chuckled and then he patted Go Eun's hair. "Just call me Uncle Chanyeol, okay?"
"It's fine?!" Go Eun beamed and Chanyeol nodded once again. "Yay! Okay! Did you know that I am the first ever in our class to meet Baekhee's Daddy?" She asked while still looking at Chanyeol like he's some kind of art.
"Oh, really? Why?"
"Because we all wanted to meet Baekhee's parents! We heard her Daddy is too handsome for this world and his Dad is too cute and has a beauty of a woman!" Go Eun answered enthusiastically.
Baekhee sat next to Chanhee while looking at her classmate with amusement in her eyes. She wasn't expecting that Go Eun will be like this upon meeting her Daddy Chanyeol. She knew that her best friend was into the thought of meeting her daddy but she never thought Go Eun will be this jolly in front of him with couples of squealing and chirping voices.
"He is," Chanyeol dreamily said upon locking gazes with Baekhyun who's walking his way back to where he left his family.
"Let's go?" Baekhyun asked the moment he came back, not paying attention to Go Eun who's now eyeing him like a predator. "Hi?"
"A-are you Mr. Park Baekhyun?" Go Eun asked, still dumbfounded that she's now face-to-face with Park Baekhyunㅡthe most beautiful creature she has ever seen. "You look so. . . Ethereal."
And that made Baekhyun chuckle for the first time this day then he nodded as an answer. "Hello there, I am Park Baekhyun. You are?"
"Yoo Go Eun! Just call me Go Eun, Uncle Baekhyun!"
Baekhee rose her eyebrow with what her best friend said. "Excuse me, Go Eun?"
"Why?!" Go Eun pouted, still looking at Baekhyun. "I thought I can call your parents my uncle?"
Baekhyun nodded and then she patted Go Eun's hair. "It's a shame we have to go soon. We need to meet the principal. Maybe next time you can come over at our house and play with Baekhee. Sounds fair?"
"Yes, Uncle! I'm more than glad to visit!"

"Fancy seeing you here, Mr. Park," the principal on her late 30s greeted the handsome visitor the moment he entered her office but to much her dismay, a young guy followed after. "Excuse me but you are?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Hi. I'm Park Baekhyun," Baekhyun greeted nicely but the principal just rolled her eyes on him. "I am Baekhee's Dad."
"Oh. . ." She nodded and glued her gaze on Baekhyun whose waist was being held by Chanyeol. "So, you are the husband?" She asked. Eyeing Baekhyun from head to toe. "Not bad," she whispered.
Chanyeol cleared his throat upon hearing the remark the old lady gave to his husband. "I hope you don't mind but we came here to settle the thing our daughter did, not to get insulted and humiliatedㅡ"
"ㅡI'm not insulting norㅡ"
It was already Chanyeol's turn to raise an eyebrow to the elderly. "ㅡyou are clearly insulting my husband just by looking at him from head to toe. You even stressed the word husband a while ago likeㅡ"
"ㅡyou really have the audacity to act like this in front of the highest person in Seoul Academy?"
"Chanyeol. . ." Baekhyun soothed Chanyeol's arms to calm him down. "Please?"
"No," Chanyeol gripped his husband's hand and intertwined it with his, making sure that the principal will see it with her own eyes. "It's not the title that demands the respect of the person, it's his attitude."
"Chanyeol. . . Please. Stop," he begged and Chanyeol gladly nodded after assuring that Baekhyun will never be insulted nor humiliated once again.
"Hello. I'm sorryㅡoh. . ." The other party has came and the moment she stepped inside the room she made her eyes land on Chanyeol's handsome face. "Long time no see, Mr. Park."
"You know her?" Baekhyun whispered to his husband.
Chanyeol pays no mind to the question but instead escorted his husband on the long round table inside the room. He pulled a chair for Baekhyun and afterwards, sat on the chair next to him. "I think it's better to consider Baekhee's wants to transfer to other schools. There are better schools than Seoul Academyㅡ"
"ㅡChanyeol. . ." Baekhyun held Chanyeol's hand that's been tapping his thigh a while ago. "Calm down, okay? You know, it will be hard for them if we will transfer them to other school. Baekhee and Chanhee already got friends here."
The heated talk between Chanyeol and Baekhyun ended when the principal and the opposing party sat on their respective seats. The other party was looking at Chanyeol like he was a prey and she's a predator. It made Baekhyun felt awkward so he averted his gaze and cleared his throat. "I hope you don't mind but can we start the meeting already?"
The principal rolled her eyes at Baekhyun and proceeded on giving the folders she prepared. "To start this meeting, I would like both parties to be introduced first. This is Mr. Park Chanyeol and Mr. Byunㅡ"
"ㅡPark Baekhyun," Chanyeol corrected.
"Whatever. And this young lady beside me is Ms. Jessica Jung," she pointed at Jessica and smiled at her sweetly. "I am Mrs. Lee Hae Yeon. The principal and owner herself of Seoul Academy."
"It was nice meeting you again, Chanyeol," Jessica offered a hand to Chanyeol but the other one didn't accepted it.
"Oh. So you know each other even before? Why didn't you two ended up with each other? I swear! You two will make a goodㅡ"
"ㅡdarn it. I can't believe I missed office today just to have this kind of bull crap conversation with you, Mrs. Lee."
"Hush, Chanyeol," good thing Baekhyun was there to keep Chanyeol in sane. If not, he probably thinks he already has gone physical with the old and not worthy of respect lady.
"Nevermind. We're gathered here today because of the incident happened yesterday. Park Baekhee caused commotion on the first graders after harassing Jung Hayeol who happened to be silently sitting on her seat. Witness students said that Baekhee came into their room with one of her pencils and vandalized Hayeol's notebook. As a reflex, Hayeol stood up to prevent Baekhee from doing further actions but Baekhee ended up pushing Hayeol causing her head to hit the edge of the white board. Any words?"
Baekhyun's mouth were left in shock while Jessica was looking like she's ready to launch on Baekhyun already. "Did you even taught your daughter good manners and right conduct, huh, Baekhyun?! How dare she hurt my little princess without enough reasons to do so?!"
"B-Baekhee wasn't capable of doing that," he stuttered, his hands started to shake so Chanyeol held it tightly. "My daughter won't do that unless she was just defending herself."
"Witness students already said that it was Baekhee who started the fight. Are you dumb?" Jessica snickered.
"First of all, who are these witness students you're saying, Mrs. Lee? Second, do you have enough proofs to support your accusations? Third, how sure are you that those witness students were really saying the truth?" Chanyeol interrogated. "Because I know my daughter very well. She's not capable of going physically with other people because Baekhyun taught her well not to pick a fight if it's necessary."
"But, Chanyeol! It happened already! She already proved that the way Baekhyun raised her isㅡ"
"ㅡshut up, Ms. Jung. I'm not talking to you," Chanyeol said in a straight voice. His face was void of any emotions. He's just looking at them with piercing stares. "If you will find some evidences that will support all of your accusations to my daughter, then we'll be pulling out our children here at Seoul Academy without further actions done."
"Y-you can't!" Mrs. Lee retorted. Must be her inner self starting to get triggered because she knows, once Chanyeol pull his children out at Seoul Academy will be the same time that he will pull out his stocks. "W-we can always compensate. Right, Ms. Jung?"
"Do you think I'd go low and compensate with them after my daughter got hospitalized for one week?" Jessica stood up and took her things with her. "If you can't do something about this, I'll be the one pulling out my daughter here. Your choice, Mrs. Lee. Remember that I'm the biggest stock holder of this school," and then she left.
Just when Baekhyun is about to speak again, Chanhee barged inside the room while panting so hard. "Dad! Daddy!" He said and held his knees with his hands, catching his breath.
"What happened?" Chanyeol asked in worry.
"E-Eunji! She's missing!"
"What?! No!" Baekhyun quickly stood up from his chair without even looking at his husband who called him the moment he started going hysteric.
Chanyeol calmed Chanhee who's already crying. He hushed him first then after that, he came after his husband only to see him kneeling in front of Eunji's stroller. He's been crying endlessly and Baekhee's just watching his Dad, not being able to hold back, she started crying, too.
"Baek. . ." Chanyeol called, looking at the empty stroller in front of his husband. "W-where's Eunji?"
Baekhyun turned his gaze away from the stroller and looked at his husband with his tear-stained face. "I tried searching for the person who was playing with Eunji when Baekhee and Chanhee went with their friends but I-I didn't saw him anymore," Baekhyun hiccuped and brushed his hand on his face before stating the words that made their words fall apart. "We lost Eunji, Chanyeol. . ."
