Rev'dorei

Rev'dorei, meaning "Newborn Revenant," is a race that was once known as Revenants and originated from the World of Azeroth (Omniverse No. 220193). Under Xavier Salvador's leadership, he successfully persuaded nearly half of them to join his Sovereignty Republic. Many of these individuals enlisted in the Black Death Legion, serving him as their master, while others found roles in the Grand Army of Salvatia or the Vindictarium Order. Although they are classified as undead, Xavier Salvador recognizes their immense potential, particularly in combat and supernatural abilities. He views them as powerful beings, which is why he integrated them into Salvatian civilization, officially classifying them as Neotypes.

History:

In the future of the New Salvation Era (N.S.E.), on May 10, 0079, Xavier Salvador embarks on a journey to the universe where the World of Azeroth exists. Upon arrival, he witnesses a world ravaged by war, primarily due to the Burning Legion and The Scourge. Meanwhile, many of its inhabitants are either too preoccupied with their own conflicts or blinded by racial hatred, political ideologies, and other divisive factors to unite against the greater threats.

This timeline is set after Archimonde's defeat at the Battle of Nordrassil, but before the Night Elves, particularly Warden Maiev's group, begin their pursuit of Illidan and his Naga.

Xavier does not intend to interfere with the events of this world; rather, he has a specific purpose—he seeks to recruit someone of significance. His journey leads him to Kalimdor, where he arrives outside the Magistrate Temple and proceeds inside. As he advances through the temple, he encounters various creatures that guard and roam within. However, they pose no real challenge, as he effortlessly defeats them with his godlike abilities.

Upon entering the northern chamber, he is met with a large force of Sea Revenants, ready to engage him in battle. However, as they charge forward, they suddenly hesitate—his malevolent aura and intense glowing gaze instill a deep sense of unease in these spectral warriors. Xavier pays them no heed, walking past them until he reaches their leader.

This leader, a Revenant of the Burning Soul, towers over the others and remains unaffected by Xavier's presence. Yet, he senses something unusual about this intruder. Without hesitation, he launches the first attack, only to be swiftly and decisively overwhelmed by Xavier's divine power and combat prowess.

As the Revenant of the Burning Soul lies on the verge of death, Xavier does something unexpected—he does not finish him off. Instead, he extends a hand toward the fallen revenant. Confused by this act of mercy, the revenant hesitates, but Xavier's intentions are clear—he wishes to recruit him.

Seeing that Xavier Salvador intended to recruit both him and his brethren, the Revenant of the Burning Soul found it difficult to believe. Why would an outsider seek to enlist them? Xavier, however, saw immense potential in the revenants—more than in any other sapient beings of this world. He wished to offer them something unprecedented: a second chance to reshape their fate entirely. After persistent persuasion, the Revenant of the Burning Soul and his fellow revenants finally submitted to him. In recognition of his new follower, Xavier bestowed upon him a new name—Thal'vraz.

With his newly recruited Sea Revenants, Xavier gave them a directive—to spread out and deliver messages to other revenants across Kalimdor, following the precise locations he had marked for them. Meanwhile, he continued his journey across the world, using teleportation to visit key locations. Over time, he successfully gathered nearly half of the revenant population without drawing suspicion from the major factions of Azeroth. Once his mission was complete, he summoned all revenants to a hidden sanctuary, a place beyond anyone's reach, where he would personally address them.

Standing before the assembled revenants, Xavier displayed unwavering confidence, determination, and conviction. He rejected the notion that they were merely hateful, mindless undead, existing only for destruction and vengeance. Instead of waiting for an inevitable demise and whatever afterlife awaited them, he proposed a new path—one where they could grow stronger, transcend their old existence, and face adversaries far beyond Azeroth. He offered them a greater purpose, one that would elevate them beyond wandering spirits.

Xavier spoke of progress—of a new destiny, free from the constraints of their former existence. He urged them to sever ties with the past and embrace a future under his leadership, where their magic and combat skills would be used not just for survival, but for conquering new enemies, regardless of their alignment—good or evil, light or darkness. In a grand transformation, he altered their very essence, reshaping them from their old, possessed knight armor into a new form—a sleek, magitech-infused, sci-fi-era knight armor suit that symbolized both their rebirth and their loyalty to their new master.

Most of them joined the Black Death Legion, while others enlisted in the Grand Army of Salvatia or the Vindictarium Order, where some were infused with light-based powers, becoming Divine Revenants. Furthermore, Xavier granted them the ability to transform into humanoid forms, allowing them to appear more like living beings while retaining their supernatural strength.

Under Xavier Salvador, the Rev'dorei were no longer remnants of the past—they had become something far greater.

Recognizing that they had undergone a true rebirth, Xavier officially named their new species Rev'dorei, meaning Newborn Revenants. The name was met with unanimous approval, marking the beginning of their new identity. With this, they were formally recognized as citizens of Salvatia, granting them the right to live within the multi-dimensional sovereignty republic hyperpower state. As for Thal'vraz, his unwavering loyalty and dedication earned him a prestigious role. Xavier appointed him as a high-ranking member of the Black Death Legion, bestowing upon him the title of Magistrate. Over the years, through countless battles and unwavering service, Thal'vraz continued to rise through the ranks, ultimately achieving the distinguished position of Grand Magistrate, the highest honor within the legion.
