Ten billion years ago after the Omniverse's creation and the birth of the Omniversal God, Cael'thomulas—commonly known as Caelus—a catastrophic threat emerged. The Omniversal Chaos Legion, led by the Demonic God of Destruction, Exitiveil, began consuming worlds and universes through chaos and annihilation, spreading devastation across the cosmic expanse. To counter this menace, Caelus, alongside other divine beings and loyal servants, assembled an army to confront the Legion. Thus began the Great Omniversal War, a prolonged and brutal conflict that wreaked havoc across countless worlds and universes, leaving both the Omniversal Divine Sovereign Order (or Sovereign Order) and the Chaos Legion with heavy casualties.

The Sovereign Order included Celestirion, a celestial being with sapphire-blue skin radiating a faint, ethereal glow. Its hair cascaded like silken threads, either porcelain white or radiant yellow, depending on its birthright. The sclera of its eyes shimmered with an endless cosmic expanse, while its turquoise-blue pupils gleamed like distant stars. Towering, feathered wings of cosmic blue unfurled from its back, glimmering with shifting starlight and nebula-like patterns. Clad in light gold armor intricately etched with glowing runes, Celestirion balanced elegance with impenetrable protection, exuding divine grace in every movement. The Order also included Aetherdrakes, mystical dragonewts infused with pure aetheric energy; Aetherhumans, who possessed innate aetheric energy coursing through their veins; and Astriviel, ethereal elven beings of unearthly beauty. Astriviel had skin that shimmered like liquid silver streaked with faint constellations and hair that flowed like starlight, gleaming in shades of platinum or deep indigo depending on the cosmos' phase at their birth. Their eyes, swirling galaxies of pure cosmic energy, radiated brilliance, and their slender forms were draped in flowing robes of stardust overlaid with aurumite accents, a divine material glowing with a spectrum of colors.

The Chaos Legion, by contrast, was composed of fallen angels, demonic dragonewts, wyverns, demons, death knights, cybernetic demons, undead, wraiths, and samurai onis. After years of relentless combat, Caelus achieved victory by slaying Exitiveil with the legendary Sword of Omnicide, ending the chaos and destruction that had threatened the Omniverse. However, not all members of the Chaos Legion surrendered. Cadivus, an arch-fallen angel and Exitiveil's second-in-command, gathered the remnants of the Legion and retreated to a destroyed universe, using its ruins as a hidden sanctuary. Despite Caelus' omnipotence, their concealment eluded the detection of the Omniversal Divine Sovereign Order.

Once a formidable force, the Chaos Legion is now a shadow of its former self, with its army reduced and unable to replenish its ranks. Only its strongest generals remain, striving to uphold the Legion's existence. Under Cadivus' leadership, the Legion has shifted its strategy to survival and subterfuge. They rely on infiltration, sabotage, assassination, guerrilla warfare, and kidnapping to spread chaos and destruction. Additionally, they seek to recruit allies from various universes, offering power in exchange for loyalty and command over segments of the Legion.

Despite their efforts, the Chaos Legion faces relentless opposition. Xavier Salvador, Caelus' irregular reincarnator, alongside the Grand Army of Salvatia, the Vindictarium Order, and the Black Death Legion, tirelessly hunts the remnants of the Chaos Legion. Yet, Cadivus remains resolute in preserving his fallen god's legacy and achieving the Legion's ultimate goal, no matter the odds.

Cadivus, an arch-fallen angel, wears a white top hat, a mask with black and white patterns forming a smiling face, and a white gentleman's suit. He leads the Omniversal Chaos Legion after their former leader's defeat. Cadivus strives to continue his master's legacy by devising new strategies to spread chaos and destruction across worlds, dimensions, and universes. He holds absolute control over the Legion's entire race, commanding their military strength with unwavering authority.

Professor Odais, a bio-organic, cybernetic humanoid demon dressed in a scientist's outfit, is a mad scientist tasked with creating cybernetic demons and demon-like robots to bolster the Legion's numbers. He is also a head of chaos science and arcane to create their own dark magic technology on their own. 

Kaellia, a demonic dragon queen, holds the title of general and oversees the demonic dragonewts, wyverns, and dragons. Despite her royal title, she commands unwavering loyalty from all hellborn dragons, who willingly cooperate with her to unite the various demonic races in battle.

Fas'Thul, an arch-lich clad in a fallen pope's attire, commands an army of undead, necromancers, and ghostly entities. As an arch-lich, he wields dark magic, necromancy, and demon magic to maintain his authority. 

Karth'Thorn, a general death knight, commands the death knights under his leadership, operating independently of Fas'Thul's forces. Despite mistrust between the general death knight and the arch-lich, they have agreed to a united front, with the death knights commanding the undead army—a compromise Fas'Thul reluctantly accepts.

Shinanai, a dark samurai lord, commands the samurai onis and shadow ninjas, who are dark humanoid creatures. Shinanai deploys the samurai onis as frontline warriors armed with curved katana blades and metal-spiked clubs, while the shadow ninjas excel in covert operations, infiltration, sabotage, and assassination.
