Prologue

Dedication: To those who survive from the outside but die from the monsters inside.

Humans, also known as homospiens, are essentially a type of animal, it's a common known fact. As animals, we have an instinct to survive. At least keep ourselves alive. We look up to many things such as our life supporters; Oxygen, water, food and shelter. Some of us that have all of these things, survive.

Well, at least that's what we think. We believe that survival is just from our surroundings and what's around us. But we don't realize it's not just learning how to survive, from what's around us; it's also learning how to deal with the struggles inside of us. We face physical and mental challenges we don't know how to solve most of the time.We can choose to get help, accept reality or just confine ourselves in our mental block. As repetitive as this sounds it's our health that is the deciding factor of if we truly live or not; inside and outside. Well-being, health, body, mind, and soul... they're all words we hear. But we tend to ignore these things. We label them as unnecessary and unwanted. We don't realize what power they have over us. The inner monsters they can become if we let them grow for too long. We face a century of ever-advancing technology and new beginnings. We need to have the skills to face the next generations. But as we do, we can't forget the issues that we have, especially when it comes to our mental health. We know the world as a dangerous place so we prepare to face it, but we don't know what to prepare for and what we'll see. There are three types of humans in this world; ones who survive from the outside and die from the inside, the ones who live happily from the inside but die from the outside, or the one's that are hurting from both. The problem is not us taking experiences in a bad way, it's what we do to get back to ourselves.

All these types of humans are different but have one thing in common.

They both forget the essence of living today. Their purpose. Their health.

A/n so this book I actually wrote for a school project and then left it unfinished. Hopefully I can finish it on here.
