The ones who are the peacemakers of the pack. That fact doesn't stop that they are prepared for a fight at any time. Some like to watch over Gammas. Not many know why. Only Beta, Delta, and Gamma scents can effect them sexually. 

Beta are strangely like Father/Older Brother figures to Omega. (Not the sexual kind) Beta have a tendency to patrol all around the pack territory. Betas are also more likely to be dragged into the Deltas' bullshitterity, with Gammas as well.
