We ran a couple of miles from the diner. We all collapsed on the soggy ground.

"Our first day, and we got attacked." I said, panting.

"It's expected. I mean, 5 half- bloods? In the the same place? At the same time? We generate such a powerful aura, it'd be a miracle if we passed a monster and it didn't chase us down a street." Hallie said and tucked her red hair behind an ear.

"Especially Big Three kids. Payton and Hallie came so we're bound to find monsters everywhere. Even at a DemiGod Diner." Darrien said.

I laid down a map on the ground and Payton adjusted an umbrella we found near a bus stop. He hung it over us to keep the map dry.

"Okay, so the Fates told us somewhere in Utah is the Titan." I said.

I took a red pen and circled an estimate of where we are.

"The Titan once in chains," Abigail said. "Think: what Titan was in chains?"

Darrien sighed. "Loads of them. All of the Titans ended up in punishment after the war. Oceanus, Enceladus, Kronos went to Tartarus, Atlas had to hold up the sky, Epimethius had to marry the most curious Woman ever."

"How about his brother?" Payton said.

Hallie shook her head. "He wasn't sent to punishment. He fought against his siblings."

My eyes widened. "But what about after the war? He stole man fire and was chained to a rock and pecked to death by vultures."

"But the prophecy says once in chains." Darrien added.

"One of Hercules's labours. He had to free Prometheus. Prometheus is free now." I said.

"Where in Utah would be rock?" Abigail said.

"What if that big oaf, Polyphemus, gave us a clue? He talked about Bryce Canyon a lot. What if that's where we need to go?" Payton asked.

"Maybe. But we need to find a new form of transportation. I don't think the Fates will be driving us anytime soon." I said. I checked the pocket of the backpack. I cursed in Ancient Greek, realizing that Paul must have pick pocketed us in the diner.

"How about......Hermes Chariot service?" Payton suggested.

"Great. Now we just need to find a package and stuff 5 kids in it. Simple." I said sarcastically. "Besides, Gods won't give a bunch of funny looking teens a ride. They have important stuff to do."

"Orpheus's entrance! We can use the entrance Orpheus used when he went to retrieve his wife from the underworld!" Hallie said. "Every step in the Underworld counts as a mile on earth."

"But he charmed the earth using his magical guitar or whatever." Darrien said.

"Lyre, actually. And we don't have any instruments." I corrected.

"How about.......... Reed pipes?" Darrien offered.

"Where are we gonna find reed pipes, idea GodBoy?" Abigail said.

"In my pocket." He said and showed it to us.

Hallie's face burned. "And you didn't tell us before we got killed by a cyclops?"

Darrien blushed. "I didn't think we needed to know my musical talent."

"Whatever. Your head is full of tomatoes." Abigail said.

He pulled out his Reed pipes and played something enchanting. No wonder the earth opened up.

Hallie stood in front of the stair way leading to the underworld. "Are you guys coming or not?"
