Pfft. The Dare.
'Do we really have to do this?' Poseidon groaned.
'Yes,' snapped Hera. 'I don't like it, but yes.'
'It's a dare from the puny mortals,' Zeus reminded her.
'So?'
Zeus raised his hands in surrender.
Hera smirked. 'Hestia goes too.'
'I'm stitching you together,' Hestia said.
Ares looked horrified. 'No, I do not want a pin in my arm!'
Athena raised her eyebrows. 'And I thought you weren't scared of injections?'
Ares tried to regain his posture. 'I mean, yes, I'm not scared.'
Artemis laughed. 'Hestia didn't even mean that.'
Everyone laughed.
Then the horror of going to school settled in, and everyone except Athena sulked.
'But it's a wizard school!' Athena protested. 'Wizards cast spells and stuff.'
Hades waved impatiently. 'I know that, Miss Smarty Pants. We know wizards exist. But why did they dare us to do this, just because that idiot of a Hecate accidentally spilled some information?'
'It's still a dare, and a dare's a dare,' Apollo stated seriously.
'You're serious for once!' Artemis clapped her hands.
'Shut up,' Apollo growled.
Artemis laughed teasingly.
Flashback...
"Truth or dare, Olympians?" Percy says.
"Dare," they answer confidently.
Percy rubs his hands evilly. The Olympians wonder if they chose wrong.
"I dare you... To go to Hogwarts!" Percy yells.
"How did you know?" Athena shouts.
"Me, of course," Hecate steps out of the shadows.
"You?" they yell in unison.
Annabeth grins. 'Sorry ladies and gentlemen, yes, you will have to go. We will join you after half-term."
Zeus frowns. "We aren't taking a dare from mortals, are we?"
Athena nearly squealed, she was so happy. "Of course we are!"
Annabeth smirks. "A dare's a dare!'
The Olympians except for Athena groans.
"Hades and Hestia will be going as well!" Nico says.
"Oh joy,' mutters Artemis.
End of flashback
'Let's get packing, shall we?' Athena said.
'Alright,' Poseidon answered. 'And I'm sure the others will too. Right?'
'Yes,' they all squeaked. Well, except for Aphrodite. She was too busy squealing, 'OTP! OTP! Pothena!'
Athena rolled her eyes. 'You too, Aphro.'
'Don't call me Aphro,' Aphrodite said indignantly. 'I don't wear aphros.'
'Sure you didn't,' Apollo teased. 'How about the 90s?'
Aphrodite turned on her heels.
'Okay then,' he muttered.
Did you like it? I just randomly thought of that.
Athena: The disclaimer!
Oh, yeah! Mom, do the honors.
Artemis: We don't own the characters! Greek mythology, Rick Riordan, JK Rowling do!
Um... You don't technically belong in mythology. You're real.
Artemis: Well...
