During this time Diggle checked her once a day while Oliver never came Diggle told her he would be busy with thea, and she let it go. However soon when she went to the queen mansion she saw thea was taking all this really hard and Roy who was supporting her was not very efficient, she asked how thea was and also how Oliver had been taking it all. What she didn't know was that Oliver had just gone and was simply great at hiding. John appeared at the front door and felicity took him outside away from thea and Roy confronted him why he didn't tell her earlier. He just replied that she needed rest and he thinks Oliver is going to be back in a week or two. She agreed and told him to help her take care of thea as that what Oliver would do for them if they ever went missing. Tommy and laurel to came and supported thea, but soon left once she was ok as they to needed to start a fresh as malcolm Tommy's father had destroyed their reputation and Tommy's once again lost his father. It took about a month to make thea normal and by now felicity became the blue vigilante (midnight sapphire MS) to do so, thea was familiar with MS as when Oliver was supposedly dead thea had gone into drugs and felicity as MS had saved her from being crushed under the influence of drugs, MS had continued to support thea through personalised blue letter which helped thea become a better person and led to them sharing a exquisite secret bond. Felicity was protective over the almost like Oliver and hence continued to support thea when she went astray.
As felicity's alter form helped thea Diggle and she continued the vigilante movement and tried keep the city safe. They provided detective lance with criminal information and helped him put them behind bars. A month had passed and her son Zain returned from las Vegas. And her routine of pre vigilante meet continued. She was the executive assistant of QC and she managed the company, Moira had confessed to the undertaking and was in prison however could sign on company documents, QC shares had gone down and in a few months they had been bought by a woman named Isabel rochev. Felicity recognised her as a threat to the company and decided it was time to bring Oliver back , her son had a midterm break and she sent him to her mom, Diggle who was helping lyla from time to time had finished an assignment and was resting when felicity called him. He was shocked by the sudden decision but nevertheless supported her, the left for Lian yu where they knew Oliver was. Felicity asked roy to take care of thea and they soon will be back with Oliver.
After alot of convincing Oliver did return to starling city and took over QC but isabel rochev had already managed to buy uptown 48% of the shares and was planning to buy the whole company. Felicity managed to slow her rate of acquisition and she pitted Oliver against isabel. Oliver trusted felicity but was shocked when he saw her really spiteful about isabel rochev and knew that isabel was not someone he would trust. Three months into taking over QC Oliver's relationship with thea improved and he returned to being hood as the city needed him. Felicity planned on telling john and Diggle about Zain since he had returned from his midterm break and waited for an opportunity. Moira was bailed out of jail and was soon going to be back at QC so felicity knew she had to make sure isabel did not corrupt her.thea told everyone how she was doing an online business course for 3 years and had successfully graduated with a credit pass. They asked her when and how to which thea told them how she met the blue vigilante and how the had formed a special friendship. She showed them she is capable and took over the club. To this Oliver realised that maybe thea wanted to know who the blue vigilante was and hence was going after him the arrow thinking that he knew who she was. Oliver also asked thea who the blue vigilante was as his curiosity got the better of him, she told him her name was midnight sapphire and they communicated through her blue letters that thea had to leave at a specific spot when ever she needed to share something or get advice she also mentioned never needing to do that as MS always knew before thea herself.. Oliver left the arrow cave as felicity called it still at the basement and would mostly give thea excuse for why it was always locked. She suspected him of hiding thing but knew he wouldn't open up when being forced so let go and managed the club.

Isabel was silent and had precisely done what felicity anticipated, however managing both being the hood and Oliver queen wasn't a piece of cake for Oliver and missed many board meetings so the other shareholders too began selling their shares to isabel. Felicity needed to stop all that but she and Oliver had to be with john and assist him with a case in Russia, they chose friendship and hence went to Russia isabel too joined them and when John and felicity were busy she started tainting felicity's reputation and told Oliver that everyone at QC thought they were literally in bed since her promotion from IT to EA. Oliver was angry but didn't know why, he reasoned with himself that it was cause he didn't think through his decision and now felicity was being humiliated right under him. He was about to leave when Isabel started seducing him and this increased his anger , felicity just knocked his door and he quickly rushed to her and Isabel was fuming at felicity. While felicity saw right through isabel and had deduced exactly what happened. She gave Oliver a smile and took him away from that room beginning to speak once they reached at the furthest corner He listened to felicity speak and felt really calm. once she was done speaking and they acted on her words and completed their vigilante business.
