Also, my OC's live in West Virginia, it's a different version of our world. Nothing in history happened in there universe. They like Hamilton though, all Hamilton characters is fictional people in my OC's universe
Also, I know nothing about hospitals in wars. I am to lazy to research lol

Axel POV-
I am flipping through the channels on the TV. I land the main news channel and I was about to change it but something caught my eye.
"A war has broken out with villains!" The announcer said. The announcer then said other info about it, how anyone can join, the age restriction is 16+, etc. That got me thinking, about the war that happened in Texas. When I was 5, my father had to protect his kingdom + his 3 children. I was shaked out my daydream by James.
"Axel guess what!" He says. "Me, Echo, and Bradley is joining the war,"
"What...why!" I ask, confused and worried.
"They need all the help they can get, so we decided to join,"
I thought for a moment, I can't just let Bradley, James, and Echo go out on there own.
"I guess then I will join too,"
"Wow, shocked you said that-" James replys.
"I can't just let you all go on your own!"

Two weeks later

We make it to camp, and James runs over to the general. He looked....familiar. He had cream hair, black wings, and long hair. We all go over to James and the general turns around. Then we realize, it was fucking Corbin!
"The hell you guys doing here!" Corbin asks confused.
"About to ask you the same thing dad-" James replys.
"Okay, I was a general when my wife gave birth to Felon, and I adopted you, I pretty much stopped being a general, then when this war broke out I got invited to become one again," Corbin says.
"Why didn't you tell us?!?!" Bradley asks.
"I didn't want to freak you all out, that's why 3 weeks ago I was spending the whole day with you all," he replys.
"Hm, Felon told us you and him were going on vacation-" Echo replys.
"Yeah, he is here too," Corbin says laughing. "Now you all explain-"
"Well, James thought it was a good idea to join with Bradley and Echo, he told me and I decided to join cause I didn't want to leave them-" I reply.
"Alright, understandable, your uniforms is in the big tent," Corbin says.
We head to the tent and a whole pile of uniforms is in there, also two cots and a desk.
Around a hour later a soldier came up to us. "The general would like to see you all, it's nothing bad,"
We head to Corbin's tent, and he is sitting on his cot.
"I need a favor for you four," he says. "You all are fit for different jobs, Axel and James for writing, Echo for controlling canons, and Bradley for spying, would you guys like those jobs?"
"You are totally baised, but I will take it-" James says. We all agree, so Corbin let us have those jobs. Bradley would spy, Echo would control canons, then me and James would write, attack plans, secret codes, etc. Me and James would write in Corbin's tent, while we would sleep in a different tent. Corbin didn't want me or James or fight, but he needed all the men he could get. A few days has passed since we first made it to camp, no attacks, everyone is scared to attack.
"Listen sons-" Corbin says.
"Not your son," I mutter out.
"Anyways, we need an attack plan by noon, do you think you two can do it?"
I check what time it was, it's 11:00 at night.
"Yes sir," I reply.
"You don't have to call him sir Axel, we know him-" James says.
"James is right, you don't have to-" Corbin replys.
"In war, yes, out of war, no," I say smartly.
"Son-"
"Don't call me son,"
"I am going to sleep, you can still write in here," Corbin says as he lays down on his cot. For the whole night we were writing, James fell asleep so I had to stay up and write. I almost fell asleep multiple times but I fought through it.

Corbin POV-
I was having a good dream, where my wife was alive again. But I was woken up halfway through the dream from snoring. I look over to see James asleep on the floor and Axel asleep on the desk snoring. I get out the cot and I look at the paper. He finished the attack plan, wonder how long it took to write. Around 2 hours later both Axel and James woke up.
"Wake up sleepy heads, I need to show everyone the attack plan," I say to them laughing. I walk out the tent to see people waking up, talking, and other crap. James and Axel slowly walk out, Axel looked exhausted, James was just tired from waking up.
"Axel, what time do you think you and James finished writing?" I ask.
"Well you mean me? Cause James went to sleep quick-" he replys.
"Sorry-"
"Anyways, probably 4:00am...?" Axel says.
That boy needs sleep my lord. Anyways, I gather all the troops, and I go over the plan. Oli, was the most exited. Probably cause he gets to fight with me again after 23 years. I trust Oli with my heart, don't tell my children but I trust him 1% more than them. If I got injured, I would give command to Oli until I get better. Our plan is to ambush the goldcoats, well villains. We call them goldcoats, since their outfits has gold on it (not real gold obviously). We would attack on all sides, while James and Axel were writing, Bradley went to find the goldcoats camp. Echo would try to take the goldcoats canons with Ava, Felon, and other troops. It was 2:00pm, when we strike.

Axel POV-
We are attacking the goldcoats now, Oli ran off...for some reason. I ignored it though cause bullets were flying past everyone. I had to deal with a goldcoat, I finished her then I turned around to see how my friends were doing. I saw Oli, behind Corbin, who was giving commands. Oli had a gun, his gun was aimed at Corbin, he has to be aiming for someone else....right? Nope....he is aiming at Corbin!
"Corbin Oli is going to shoot you!" I yell out clenching my gun and running over to them.
"What-!" Corbin says as he spins around to see Oli, aiming at him. At this point Oli was looking over to me.
"You bastard!" Oli yells as he runs over to me. My head is spinning and my ears are ringing, my adrenaline was high at this point. Oli tackles me, I land on my right arm, and my gun falls out my hand. I am sure I broken my arm. Then I see Oli has his gun pointed straight at my forehead. He is reaching for the trigger, I think about James, Bradley, Echo, Ava, and Corbin. I am shaking like hell, thinking this is how I die. James runs into Oli when he was pulling the trigger and pushes into him, the bullet hits my shoulder. I didn't feel it at first but then my adrenaline stops....and my ears stop ringing. I scream out in pain from the wound, I reach over the best I can with my broken arm and I apply pressure. James grabs his gun and shoots Oli in the chest, he was aiming for his head but he was crying and shaking.
"Son!" Corbin yells out running over to me. "James, you take the lead while I take Axel to the hospital tent!"
"Y-yes dad!" James yells out, while he was still crying.
Corbin picks me up while I am still whimpering in pain.
"I-its okay son....y-you will be okay...." Corbin says while running and tears forming. I clench onto Corbin like a baby koala. We soon make it back to camp and then the hospital tent. Corbin had to sit outside the tent, while they take the bullet out. Let me say, with no pain medication it hurt like hell. You could hear my whimpers probably from a mile away.
"You should go to sleep for a little, you look tired," The nurse said.
"N-no I am f-fine..." I reply. The nurse gave me a "are you sure look". I sighed and closed my eyes.

James POV-
30 minutes earlier
"Corbin Oli is going to shoot you!" I hear, I look over to see Axel running over to Corbin, who turned around to see Oli with a gun aimed at him.
"You bastard!" Oli yells as he runs over to Axel.
"Axel!" I yell out. I was a little ways away, so I ran as fast as I could. Oli had the gun aimed at Axel's head, my adrenaline starts pumping. I run over to Oli and I push into his side, the bullet hits Axel in the shoulder. I could hear Axel whimpering in pain, while applying pressure with a broken arm. I grab Axel's gun and I shoot Oli, I aimed for the head. My vision was blurry from the tears so I couldn't fully see.
"Son!" I hear Corbin yell as he runs over. I could see the pain, betrayal, and worrying in his eyes.
"James, you take the lead while I take Axel to the hospital tent!" Corbin yells as he doesn't take his eye off Axel.
"Y-yes dad...." I reply. While Corbin runs off with Axel in his arms.

James POV
Present time
I am running like I was earlier, the attack ended. I was running to the hospital tent to see Axel. To see he is okay. I make it to the hospital tent to see Corbin and the nurse talking.
"I got the bullet out, he was stronger then most soldiers I have to pin them down!" The nurse says laughing. "He has a broken arm and a nasty wound, the wound should heal in 3 weeks and the arm in 5"
"Can I see him?" Corbin asks, not noticing me.
"He is resting at the moment, he looked very tired,"
The nurse walks back in and Corbin sees me.
"You saved him, you know that son?" He says smiling at me. Tears start flowing and I nod. Then I hear footsteps, turn around to see Bradley and Echo running.
"Where is Axel!" Echo yells out.
"He is in the tent, resting," I reply. "He is going to be alright,"
"We saw the whole thing happen..." Bradley mumbles. Echo wraps his arms around Bradley. We waited for around 30 more minutes then the nurse came back out.
"Axel wants to see you general," she says. "Then afterwards you three,"

Axel POV-
I asked the nurse if Corbin could come in, then James, Bradley, and Echo afterwards. Around 5 minutes later I see Corbin walk in. He smiles at me and I can see a tear form.
"How you feeling son?" He asks.
"N-notcha son..." I mumble out, as Corbin laughs. "But....thanks for taking me here and reassuring me."
"No problem,"
Me and Corbin talks for a little bit then James, Bradley, and Echo busts in.
"We couldn't wait any longerrrrrr!" James says. I laugh at him, they are all very impatient. We all talk for a little bit, then the nurse comes back in.
"Axel can go back to camp tonight, he can't fight for 6 weeks,"
"WHAT!?!?!?" I yell out angry. While Bradley busts into laughter.
"He is stubborn, but I will make sure he won't do it before 6 weeks," Corbin says laughing a bit.

That night
I feel asleep in the nurse tent, I didn't mean to. I was trying to stay up for Corbin. But, I was tired from last night so I couldn't stay awake. I wake up to sounds of troops. I noticed I was back at camp, and Corbin put me in his tent. I sit up the best I can, I can't that well since my arm is broke and I got shot in my shoulder. I crawl over to the tent flap to peak out.
"What are you doing Axel?" I hear and I jump. I turn around to see Corbin sitting at the desk.
"GEEZ YOU SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME SIR!" I yell as Corbin laughs. "I was going to see what the troops were talking about, no I wasn't going to leave the tent-"
"Oh, I am not sure what they are talking about, but you should go back to sleep," Corbin says as I growl.
"FINEEE" I reply. I crawl back over to the cot and I lay back down.
"Did you guys see what happened to that one troop earlier?" I hear a soldier say.
"Yeah, he saved the general!" Another one says.
"Can't believe that one betrayed us, that bastard," A troop says.
When I hear, bastard. I thought about what Oli said.
"Would you like me to tell them stop talking about that-?" Corbin asks, I think he could tell I was uncomfortable.
"Y-yes sir..." I reply.
I hear Corbin get up and then says,
"Can you stop talking about what happened please?"
"Yes sir, sorry sir," the troops say.
I hear him walk back in and sits down at the desk.
"Where is James...?" I ask.
"Oh, he is sleeping, I made him rest,"
I laugh a bit when Corbin said that. James hates being told what to do. I wonder if he actually went to sleep.
"Night sir....thank you again," I say.
"No problem son,"
"Not your son..." I mutter out as I fall asleep.

Random goldcoat POV-
"Doctor, will he be okay?" I ask.
"Yes, he got shot on the chest but it missed his organs, he should be healed up in 3 weeks," he replys.
