i should have taken my meds an hour ago but i'm too tired to go get them??

and now i'm sick and tired but the lights are too bright and i feel like i'm gonna throw up but i don't think that's the meds i think it just sick

but i can't bring myself to get up??

and i'm anxious for no good reason and my throat's dry and everyone hates me i thinm do you hate me?
