i just got back from detective pikachu and like

as a movie? it was alright. not awful, nor amazing. it was like a 6/10

BUT

some of those fucking one liners were

g o l d

and having them be delivered by a pikachu with the voice of ryan reynolds? Oh Yeah

and also i saw it with the funniest person i know aka kathy so like

i recommend

my personal favorite pikachu line is "you can't spell daddy issues without daddy" and well you'll just have to see the movie for the context for that one won't you
