I am soooooooo sorry I haven't been updating, with school and blah blah blah. This takes place in the fourth shinobi war. I am writing this because I cried real hard when I watched this part.

Misa POV

Sasuke Uchiha.

He may have the worst personality swings ever.

Sasuke Uchiha I know was kind, quiet but he was a brave, gentle soul. Sasuke Uchiha now was. Well the exact opposite. I am almost tempted to say, being a teenager turned things round for him. . . Though i can still bring hm back. Sure he has screwed up big time and the first thing I am going to do when he comes home is hit him on the head as a wake up call, but the second thing I'll do is hug him. I asked Sakura whether she still liked Sasuke, she replied that as a friend but now she was an independent woman. I have a feeling that being single was her thing.

Right now we are in the Fourth Shinobi war. I am a medical ninja, however my job is to run to different war zones and heal as many people as I can using my large scale healing fire. While I am running I send a hologram to wherever I am heading to check things out. The good thing is as a by-product I see glimpses of the future but it also means I get tired out quicker. Also my sense of hearing is even sharper and I can ' see ' very well using it.

I run and run I can't send a hologram, I don't have enough energy.

Run.

Run.

Faster.

Run

Quicker.

Run.

Every second I waste running is another life.

Run.

Every death is like my fault.

Run.

Time.

Run.

I can hear it the war zone, the blood, the pain, the determination, the anger, the horrible stench of death. Then deadly missiles fall like acid rain from the sky pointing directly at. . . Naruto?

Hinata stands over him at a protective barrier. I stretch my arms out about to burn the disgusting things. Then it hit me. I am out of range. Blood splatters.

Neji falls to the ground two pieces of wood skewering him. I gasp unable to do anything.

" Medical Team! Where are you? There is a critical injury over here!!!" Naruto yells. Hinata collapses to the ground. I am next to them. Focusing my chakra on the wounds. Though it is not enough, I can't focus my chakra well before a large scale healing.

" Hurry!" Naruto yells at me. I know, I am hurrying.

" No. I am no longer. . ." Neji tries to say.

" Neji!" I whisper.

" Naruto. Hinata is willing to die for you. So. . . you hold more. . . than one. . . life in your hands. " Neji whispers. I stop. I almost knew this was going to happen. My foresight. It showed me something like this, once again i curse my ability of premonition. I f the future said Neji was going to die, he was going to die. I tried to focus my chakra on one spot but I could not. Hinata had tears of pain and grief trickling down her dace. My eyes were leaking blind tears of sorrow as well.

" And it seems... that my life too... many have been..one of them... " His eyes slowly closing. My heart felt grief. Neji and I were not the best of friends but we were friends. he was a fellow leaf village. I grew up with him. he was still my comrade, my comrade of the leaf.

" Why would you go so far for me? Even give up your life" Naruto demands tears forming.

" because you called me a genius," he says one eye closed The curse on his forehead failing away." Father. I finally understand...the freedom you felt. Choosing to die in order to protect your comrades..." he whispers. The life draining out of him. The memories, his existence. Everything fading.

Fading away.

Then he falls. He keels sideways. As Naruto catches him. I place my hand on his arm. I shake my head. Blind tears still falling.

"Didn't you say you wouldn't;t let your friends die...? Naruto!" Obito demanded. " Those words'I'll never let my comrades die.' Now look around you and say it again."

I can see the corpses, the death. The people on the ground. Naruto looks around.

" I told you to say it again!" Obito yells." s the bodies of your comrades grow cold in your arms...Take in their deaths!"

" Neji's dead?"

Everyone stops. Everyone from the leaf village Choji, Shikamaru's, Ino, Gai, Sakura, Kakashi, Kiba, Shino,Lee, Tenten. Tenten. Tenten.

" Hizashi forgive me... I let Neji...!"

"This will continue! And your flippant words and ideology shall become lies."

Naruto's eyes grow big. He starts to tremble.

" This is the end results of hope and ideals." Obito continues." This is reality! Naruto. What is there for you in reality. Your mother and father are gone as well as your master. Jiriaya. And if you keep standing against us. You will continue to lose your friends one by one. This shall become a world where no one who acknowledges you will exist."

"Obito..."

" The only thing that awaits you... Is your worst nightmare which you know quite well!" Obito pauses, his words striking deep wounds." Solitude."

"You have become exactly like the old me, Obito. Naruto will give up shortly..." Madara says" Which will break up the will of the Allied Forces."

" Why must you cling to death?" Obito questions " Enough of this! Now come join us Naruto!"

Hinata places her hand against his cheek" Brother Neji just said that you hold more than one life in your hands. Do you know what he meant? I'll never let my comrades die! Neither those words nor the conviction behind them are lies! Because he was able to successfully store them i his heart and live them out to until the very end! Brother Neji did!" Hinata says. I look at her. My blind eyes filled with admiration. Those brave words, were so true. It was exactly wha I expected her to say. To save Naruto from despair. Even if he falls into the well for a split second. He needed those deep, words of courage.

"Its not just you, Naruto... We all hold those words and feelings in our hearts. They're what binds our lives together and makes us comrades. If we all give up and discard those words and feelings. Neji's final act will have been for nothing. And thats when your comrades truly die! For you see them no longer as comrades! Thats how I feel. So stand with me Naruto. Because never going back on one's words... Is my ninja way too!" Hinata says.

" Don't forget about me too!"Kurama says.

" I know. I take my bonds seriously! I'd never abandon my comrades! But in reality Neji is..."

" Stop your rambling! ai'll beat you and take over your body for good this time! And did you also forget. Your mother and father did the same thing Neji did. Just after you were born. They sealed me, their arch-enemy inside you, and entrusted the future to you and died. Your life was already linked to others from the time you were born."

"Enough!" Obito yells.

" Don't be hasty. You're going to harm yourself as well as the Ten tails!" Madara warns.

" I don't care! Ten Tail's hide is tough!" he forms the beast bomb.

" They are going to hit us!"

"Recharging complete." Sai swoops in on his ink bird. " Be careful Lord Bee!"

" Go get 'em."

He put a beast bomb inside the ten tails forcing the other one back, there was a huge swell then the ten tails collapsed.

" lord Bee don't go over board."

" There is no need to worry. Protecting the alliance is my territory."

"Thanks Hinata!" Naruto says. holding her hand they stand up" It's all thanks to you standing by my side. And Neji thank you." The nine tails chakra covers both of them.

"Naruto! Go ahead and win this war. We got your back. Why? Because we are your comrades." I yell.

" Let's do this Hinata!" Naruto yells.

"Yeah."

I look at the couple and sing gently letting the fire weave its way to wounded.
