So her outfit is kind of a mixed wardrobe look, she's wearing a dark navy blue tuxedo top and has a black baggy "clown pants" with neon paint splotches look for her legs, which are actually just a matching pair of booty shorts and knee high leg warmers XD which is why u can still see her knees and feet. She also has an oversized black Bow tie and dapper top hat with the same neon spotted pattern on them as the shorts and leg warmers. And she's short, like her hight is like 4'8 lol she isn't my shortest character though :3
