Amaterasu now had to find the remaining 2 Canine Warriors.
However, on her way out, she was stopped by Mr.Bamboo.
"Oh wolfy, your back, I heard fighting, why not wash all that grime off?"
Amaterasu planned on doing that, but Issun quickly changed the subject to the festival to escape having to be in the water.
"Oh yes, the festival, it happens the night of the full moon, on the night of the full moon, Kamiki village holds the Kamiki festival during this time of year, I'm sure you've heard the legend of the great heroes Nagi and Shiranui and how they defeated the terrible beast with the help of the Gods, haven't you, you see, it's why the village thanks those gods and the sacred tree, for this year is actually the 100th anniversary of the beast's defeat, well, I better finish that bamboo now that I want to sell at the festival."
As Mr.Bamboo gives Amaterasu a mermaid coin, an idea soon comes to her mind.
As she tosses the mermaid coin into the mermaid fountain, she's able to instantly go to Shinshu field in the blink of an eye.
The next place marked on her map was Kamiki Village, which is where Amaterasu quickly ran to.
As Amaterasu followed the Canine tracker, she soon saw the dog that has usually been in Kamiki village with a kid all the time.
The dog's name was Hayabusa (はやぶさ), but his real name was Chu (ちぅ).
"You must be on an errand for Princess Fuse if you have the Canine tracker, but I won't move from here, the festival will be starting soon, you should know by now what having that Canine tracker means, as you should already know, men settle their differences at night, man to man, fist to fist."
It was quite obvious that Chu wasn't going to leave without a fight and while he may have managed to put up a good fight, Amaterasu still stood victorious.
"My name isn't Hayabusa, and besides, I'm not the real Hayabusa, the real Hayabusa was a brave dog, but he sadly died alongside Mushi's (むし) father when they were attacked by monsters deep in the forest, I happened to pass by at the time, but unfortunately, I was too late, right before Hayabusa died, Hayabusa begged for me to protect Mushi, she foretold that an evil arrow would come from the sky, that arrow would kill Mushi on the night of the full moon, with that last sentence, Hayabusa died after using the last of her strength to warn me of an arrow that would strike and kill a young child that was part of the family of her owner, that is why I came to live here in the village, I have been patiently waiting for the full moon of the festival season, nobody noticed though that I wasn't the real Hayabusa since we were the same breed, as the night of the full moon draws near, I won't move from here, it is my duty to protect Hayabusa's dying wish, I shall, no I must protect Mushi, please, take my power orb, it's the very least I can offer, while I may not be able to go back to see Princess Fuse myself, my power orb shall suffice."
