" I don't like how this looks on me. " Kat twisted and turned in front of the mirror, examining every inch of her body. She pulled at the swimsuit strap making it slap against her shoulder. She flinched slightly and frowned looking up at her girlfriend. 

" You look great KitKat, but if you want a different suit just pick a new one. " Anna smiled and pushed her hair back. Anna had already picked her outfit, a red bikini top with black board shorts to match. She completed her look with gold and black sunglasses and red flip flops. She looked drop dead gorgeous in Kat's eyes. 

Kat finally decided on a one piece, it was low cut suit and it was pastel pink with a light grey stripe. Anna smiled widely when Kat came out of the dressing room, she quickly pulled her into a hug and peppered her face with kisses. 

They gathered all their items and payed. Anna had to hold herself back from starting a fight with some guy who was flirting with Kat in line, after the situation they headed towards the door. 

" C'mon let's head to the pool " Anna grabbed onto Kitty's hand and began to open the store's door. 

" But what if I get kidnapped.." Kitty looked up at Anna with puppy dog eyes. 

" Well, I would save you. " Anna replied quickly to ease her girlfriend's sudden anxiety. 

" What if YOU get kidnapped!? "

" Kitty, I wouldn't..."

" What if someone at the pool starts drowning and I can't save them! "

" Then call 911, or let me help out. "

" What if- "

" Kit, what's going on? "

" I have fifty other excuses I could use. Do you want me to start alphabetically? " Katherine teased.

Anna mumbled something in German before Kitty took a deep breath. 

" I'm scared to go to the pool.." Kit admitted, shyly looking down.

" Why is that Kit? " Anna tilted her head to look her short girlfriend in the eyes, her face would wrinkle with worry if she didn't have flawless skin. 

" I just... I dont want people to like, look at me. Well I mean I do but I just. " Katherine flung her palm against her head, smacking herself as hard as possible, out of frustration. 

Anna pulled Katherine's hand back and kissed her forehead.

" It's ok love, take your time. Explain as best you can. " Anna's gentle words made Kat's heart stop. 

For once Katherine had someone who cared. She had someone who was there. Anna was her everything. Anna always comforted her after nightmares, she held her hand when Kat got anxiety, she stood up for her and she never once made Kat feel like nothing more than her body. Kat gulped before continuing.

" I like it when I know people think I'm cute but..I don't uhm, I don't want an All You Wanna Do repeat..." Kitty looked to her shaking hands that were soon intertwined with Anna's

" Sweetheart, I would never let anyone touch you, EVER and I mean it. Trust me, I will protect you as much as I possibly can. " Anna kissed Kat softly, Kitty returned the kiss with a smile. 

Anna held Kit's hands tightly, they walked to the car and quickly got in. They headed towards the pool, happily dancing and singing to the newest pop songs.
