Part 3

Jack's breath escaped him in a single soft exhale.  How did Billy plan to make him happy?  He wasn't sure he wanted to know that more, or less then the dried blood!  The monitor betrayed his resolve by beeping loudly to his own racing heart.  Billy turned to look at the monitor just out of sight with a sudden emotionless expression.  Afraid Billy was going to disappear out of sight again, Jack quickly rushed out a little shaky.  "How did you get into my house"?  Billy continued to stare at the monitor as he bluntly answered.  "I pretended that I locked myself out of your house, and had a lock smith make me a temporary key while you were at Pax. Then I just had to find out the type of locks in your house to get a master key done".  Jack swallowed hard at the thought that Billy had apparently been planning this out for quite awhile.  Billy finally turned away from the monitor to flash him an innocent smile, adding happily.  "The hardest part was putting the drug in your coffee pot and bugging your computer".  The monitor started to beep faster and Billy turned to look at it again, saying solemnly.  "Maybe I shouldn't say anymore. You don't seem to be taking the news well".  Billy checked his watch suddenly, and cursed before moving around the gurney to the I.V..  Jack shifted uncomfortably and again rushed out unsettled.  "Billy? What are you doing"?  Billy lifted a syringe and tapped it a few times, telling him calmly.  "I'm running a little behind schedule. I have a rival I must deal with. Don't worry though. I'll only be gone a few hours and if I got the right dosage... you should be asleep for it. So, it will be as if I never left".  Billy grasped the I.V. tube and pressed the needle into it.  Jack could only watch in horror as the liquid from the needle mixed with the clear drip liquid and into his arm!!  It only took a few seconds for Jack to feel his body relaxing and as his eyes started to close on their own. The last thing he heard was the monitors beeping slow down drastically.

Jack shivered at the sudden cold and opened his eyes.  He was no longer on a gurney or strapped to anything.  Instead, he found himself in a large Iron cage!  The cage was only big enough for him to kneel in but long enough for him to stretch out his legs.  That wasn't the most disturbing thing.  His clothes had been changed!  He was now dressed in... a green wedding gown?  It kind of reminded him of a slimmer version of Belle's dress from beauty and the beast.  Cursing to himself, Jack raised the hem in an attempt to pry it off, only to realize if he did that... he just might freeze!  Focusing his attention instead on the flat cross-sectioned cage walls, he tried to test its durability.  The cage didn't even move when he tried to rattle it.  He couldn't even imagine the animal this was probably used for originally.  Peeking through the square opening he decided to inspect the room.  There were little lights lit up all around the room now, but Jack couldn't tell what was powering them.  He could see the gurney a few feet away along with cabinets of what appeared to be medical supplies.  The place had no windows and had concrete walls on all but one side.  That one side had a rolling door... like a garage?  His cage wasn't the only one either.  There was one other just a few feet from his.  The other cage was empty... but was splattered in dry blood.  Sliding back to the back of his cage, Jack pulled his legs up to wrap his arms around his knees.  He really hoped people would discover him missing soon.  He didn't want whatever happened in the other cage to happen to him.  He'd just have to play along with whatever Billy wanted, at least until he found a way to escape from this hell.

Jack couldn't figure out how long he had been up or how long Billy had been gone, when the door rolled up to reveal Billy pushing someone in a wheelchair.  The outside was dark and there was nothing, but meadow and woods as far as Jack could see!  Billy pushed the wheelchair to the other cage with a scowl.  The person in the wheelchair was out cold and had a canvas bag over their head.  Billy slammed his hand violently on a red button on the wall, which raised the door to the cage.  He then struggled to shove the person into the cage, snapping out to himself.  "He put up more of a fight then I had expected... son of a bitch".  Billy hit the button again, and it was then Jack noticed Billy had a bloody nose and a bleeding lip.  Billy stormed over to the cabinets, pulling out a first aid kit.  Jack tried to remain quiet and go unnoticed as he shifted to see a red button on the wall a few feet from his cage too.  It was now that he wished he had shoes... at least he could have tried to throw them.  Billy moved across the room and back out the door.  Billy sure was confident that no one would pass by and see him trapped here... which only meant that calling for help was useless.  Billy strolled back in and stopped cold when he saw Jack was awake.  Jack nervously shifted as far back from the cage door as he could.  While Billy slowly approached his cage and sat down cross-legged before the door.  He dug around in a brown bag, casually telling him.  "You like the dress? I worked really hard on it to get it right. I was worried I had gotten the size wrong".  Jack rubbed his cold arms, and tried to be as friendly as he could manage, telling Billy softly.  "It's fine... but not really keeping me warm".  Billy pulled a French fry from the bag, raising his head in confusion for a moment.  Then slipping the fry between his lips, he got up to fetch a small heater that he set just outside Jack's cage.  Then Billy returned to his spot on the floor, saying apologetically.  "Sorry, I meant to put it there before I left".  The warm heat did feel really good against his bare shoulders, and the smell of food was torture!  When had he last eaten?  Billy surprised him then by pulling out a wrapped hamburger and holding it out just outside the cage, asking him sweetly.  "Are you hungry, Senpai? Come eat with me"?  Jack didn't move because he had just noticed what Billy had on his head.  Half hidden in his dark hair was a pair of sunglasses with the words 'Ass Ass' written on the lenses.  To Be Continued...
