i only got 4 1/2 hours of sleep. i woke up around a half hour ago and i always wake up nauseous.. i still feel a bit nauseous.. and i have jazz band after school and i'm tired when i go to jazz band on days where i get 7 hours of sleep oh my god i'm sobbing help
