Of Silence and Decay is the sequel to Of Shadow and Death, the novel I started writing in February of 2021, and was finally finished writing in late September of 2021. I am so entirely grateful to my wonderful readers and Wattpad friends for encouraging me to continue on this journey! Of Shadow and Death became a featured story in early September, right before the book was finished, as is now a 6x Wattpad featured story. You the reader will encounter the good, the questionable, and the entirely ugly parts in this series if you plan to read through and learn more about the gritty, diverse characters that may wreck havoc and/or rebuild hope. Gather and discard what bad advice and lacking lessons you will from our characters journey, and don't say I didn't warn you of the mature rating of this series! As I have said before, I am by no means moralizing any of the actions readers may find disturbing—please remember that this is a work of fiction. If you have already read through the first book in the Shadow Of Wisdom Series, then you should be able to get through this book with relative ease, but I do not recommend reading this book before the first.
