Chapter Seven, Date Night

After what had happened the previous day they all decided to take some time off from hunting so they could recover from the ordeal with the ghosts, mentally that is, as Gabriel had healed them of all of their injuries. For most of the day Dean, Bobby and Harley were sitting in the living room having a Harry Potter marathon of films one to five as they were the ones that were currently out, Half Blood Prince won't be out till the summer. Despite Dean's first initial thoughts, he actually really enjoyed them and loved watching them with his baby sister and Bobby. Sam had been invited but he chose to go over the books in the library instead. As Order of the Phoenix was drawing to a close Dean wiped away Harley's tears that had been pouring down her cheeks like a waterfall, ever since Sirius died.
"Looks like Gabriel has some competition." Dean teased, getting a wet laugh out of Harley. He knew how attached she was to Sirius Black.

"You better go get ready." Bobby said, looking up at the time.
"Ready? Ready for what?" Harley asked, confused.
"Gabriel is taking you out on another date." Dean replied, laughing when her similar green eyes to his own, nearly bugged out. "It was a surprise, and it's to a movie and dinner." He added, as Harley suddenly leaped to her feet kissing both Dean's and Bobby's cheeks.
"Thank you for watching them with me!" She shouted over her shoulder, as she ran upstairs to her room. She'd been hesitant to enter her room at first as every time she did she was suddenly hit with memories of her mother torturing her in this very room. Shaking her head of those thoughts, of those horrid memories once more she took a slow steadying breath.

Harley quickly gathered everything and rushed into the bathroom where she had a quick shower; before she changed into black ripped jeans, black ankle heeled boots, a cute black racer-back top and a brown jacket. To finish off the look she twisted the sides of her hair back and pinned them and added some mascara, eyeliner and red lipstick. Entering her bedroom quickly to put everything away and grab her black clutch bag that held her purse, keys, phone and gun (just in case); she left her bedroom just as the doorbell rang. A smile on her face, Harley practically skipped down the remaining stairs as Dean answered the door.
"Hurt her and I'll deep fry your Archangel arse!" Dean warned, a growl in his voice.

"That's never going to happen again. I swear!" Gabriel promised. Harley had to admit that he looked handsome as hell. He wore light blue ripped jeans, a dark blue shirt and navy converse. A smirk spread across Gabriel's lips as he stared at her and Harley had to curse herself as she forgot that he could hear her thoughts but she couldn't help it. Those jeans and that shirt...
'Stop it Harley!' Harley mentally scolded herself as her cheeks heated up.
"Wow. You look gorgeous Harley." Gabriel said, wiggling his eyebrows at her making Harley blush and giggle a little.
"Oi! That's my sister!" Dean snapped, glaring at Gabriel.
"I'll see you later." Harley said, kissing Dean's and Bobby's cheeks before intertwining her fingers with Gabriel and left the house.

As soon as the door was closed Gabriel pulled Harley into his arms, wrapping his arms around her waist as he kissed her passionately.
"Hmm. You look handsome Gabe." Harley whispered against his lips, pecking them once more.
"Thank you darling." Gabriel said, tucking some hair behind her ear. "Come on, I can feel Dean glaring at me." He laughed, leading her over to the car and holding the door open for her. Once she was in he kissed her once more before getting in himself. As he started the engine he entwined their fingers as he drove to the restaurant for a lovely meal.

Arriving at the cinema after a lovely meal that Gabriel refused to let Harley pay for, they could barely keep their hands from each other as they shared sweet kisses and he wrapped his arms around her from behind in the queue. They went halves on the tickets for the film they were going to see 'About Time' and Harley brought them a box of sweet popcorn and a Diet Coke for them to share. They sat at the back of the cinema with Harley snuggled beneath Gabriel's arm as they enjoyed the film and each other's company, while sharing sweet kisses here and there. It was exactly what they needed after the last few days and neither of them wanted the date to end.
