Ladybugs POV
Dodging the tiny jets of fire the akuma shot at me I ran at him still unsure what his akuma could be. He didn't have a parasole like stormy weather but he did have a rain coat. It seemed a but obvious but worth a shot. I tried to get a bit closer but each time I came into range wind would knock me half way down the street. Something was off though. The akuma is weaker then the others...
"You can't beat Chaos!" He shouted in a menacing voice while I groaned getting up once again. Peeling my sweaty skin off the concrete. Thank Kwamii our suits could withstand certain impacts otherwise so many of our bones would be cracked.
"Ladybug! Are you okay?" Carapace gave me a hand heaving myself up.
"Ooo! Shelly has a crush!" Reina teased him and I.
"I have a girlfriend thank you very much!" He shook his head angrily.
"Some puny girl can't stand against us miraculous girls." Queen B boasted smirking with a hair flick.
"Bet she could!" Carapace chuckled.
"All you could get to court an annoying little turtle like you is a weakling." Reina played a note on her flute to emphasise her point. This made me laugh as I knew they were in fact dating in civilian life.
"You too?" He turned to me outrage etched into his features.
"No.." I managed to say. "You just need to tell your girlfriend and please let Mari watch."
"What?" He asked confused.
"A little help!" Chat cried out from where Chaos was battering him around like a cat with a new wad of catnip.
"Coming!" Reina shouted running up and getting herself caught in up draft. Sighing I threw my yo-yo pulling them both towards me.
"Oh no that was so hard!" I mocked them flailing.
"By all means go ahead." Chat bowed motioning to the akuma.
"Yeah, yeah." I shook my head. "Come on Bee." We went at it for a while before I was thrown on my back for what felt the hundredth time. A large group had began to watch and video.
"I'ma... I'ma take a breather." I panted leaning against a building. Someone tapped my leg. I looked down at a little blonde girl she handed me a bottle of water and spoke in Chinese.
"Hello, miss bug." I crouched down beside her.
"Thank you." I smiled at her kindly. "What's your name?"
"M-Mia." She whispered.
"Your very brave Mia thank you." I raised the water bottle and emptied it quickly. "Where are your parents?" I asked she pointed into the crowd, scooping her up I followed her directions.
"Oh Mia!" A woman ran to me and took Mia. "Oh thank you ladybug." She praised.
"You have a very brave daughter. She came and gave me some water." I explained. "I should get back out there." With new vigor I sprung over the crowd and latched onto a building posing for the many cameras.
"Ladybug, Chaos is getting out of control!" Queen Bee said worily as Carapace jumped at the akuma again.
"Use your power to stun him." I told her getting into a ready possision. B throw her tromp up and received a stick covered in honey.
"Ok ready?" She asked, I nodded. With a flurry Queen Bee threw the honey at Chaos and managed to slick it down his coat and in his hair.
"He's impervious to her paralization!" Reina shouted over the angered bellow Chaos let out. Fire balls sprung from his hands. Chat and Reina raced up beside me just as he threw a dozen of them. Carapace bounded in front of us shield in hand.
"Turtle shield!" He yelled and a bubble enveloped Reina, Chat, Queen B and himself. Knowing it wasn't intended I shrugged it off and began using my yo-yo as a shield.
"Ladybug!" Chat and Queen B screamed. A hot pain thrumbed from my back as I was driven to my knees. A shreik tore from my already dry lips.
"Ladybug get up!" Someone was shaking my shoulders. Pain flickered through my entire body. Reina stood over me face inches from me. Groaning I opened my eyes. "Shes up!" Reina hollered over to Chat who was battering at Chaos. Coughing I got up shoulders sagging.
"Lucky Charm!" I threw my yo-yo up into the air and received a spotted raincoat. Looking around I noticed a wi-fi pole above Chaos. Chat and Reina also lite up. "Okay I've got a plan."
"Thank Kwamii!" Chat yelled as Chaos flung him over a building only for him to come back on his baton. I slid my arms through the raincoat hissing as it hit my back.
"Reina I need you to bend the light around the rain coat." She nodded and played her flute. I felt a light flutter as my body was enveloped in light. I looked down to see my body invisible. "Thanks now take me up to the wifi post above Chaos." Reina grabbed at where she thought my body was but missed by a meter. I grabbed her shoulders and we got up to the post.
"What now?" She asked.
"Now you distract him." She nodded and I climbed the pole. "Chat! Cataclysm on the wifi pole!" He looked around confused but shrugged and obayed. The pole began to fall to Chaos. It narrowly missed him and he began laughing at Reina saying it was a terrible plan. I launched from the end of the pole and grabbed onto his raincoat and began clawing at it until a butterfly escaped it. Throwing my yo-yo at the building beside us I got us ontop before swipping at the akuma and purifying it.
"Bye bye little butterfly." I whispered and took of my rain coat revealing my body. Throwing it up I screamed. "Miraculous Ladybug!" Sorry I couldn't heal all of it. Tikki's voice whispered through my head. Confused by her meaning I shrugged it off and took the akuma victim down to the crowd. Reporters swormed me and the other heroes.
"Ladybug! Reina Rouge! Chat Noir! Queen Bee! Carapace!" They coursed questioning us.
"Will the akuma be attacking only China now?" One jabbed a microphone in my face.
"For a little while longer but then all five of us will be going back to Paris." I assured them. "Right now we have somewhere to be." I turned and caught a glimpse of Chat highthiling his way across the city. I chuckled and raced the guys back.
"Tikki spots off." I whispered back in the same ally way. As my mask faded a searing pain erupted back on my spine.
"I'm sorry Marinette I healed it as much as I could." She squeaked worried.
"Thats what you meant." I tried to chuckle but half choked.
"I made sure it wouldn't bleed but if you crack the scab it'll overflow." She warned knowingly.
"Thanks." I slipped her into my pocket and awkwardly walked back to the table. The others seemed equally worn out even Adrien... Oddly.
"You okay?" Alya asked noticing my slumped shoulders. I nodded weakly.
"Maybe we should just head back I've have my fair share." Everyone grunted in agreement so we hobbled out and into a large taxi.
