Marinette's POV
I turned to Tikki.
"I'm... I'm in charge of the miraculous." My mouth hung open. Tikki had a look of shock across her tiny face. "Who? Who do we choose? Do we tell Chat Noir? Will I tell them who I am!"
"Marinette... I'm sorry. I can't do anything to help. Its your choice and yours alone. I advise though that you don't reveal yourself. You and Chat hold the most powerful miraculous. I think only you should know their identities." Tikki bobbed in the air. There was a knock on the door and it took all I had not to throw my hands up and scream. I quickly took the box into my closet. I hid it with the box containing the tiara maman gave me. I walked out and realised how sore my limbs were. I guess the adrenaline wore off. I laughed at my self. Adrien stepped in and gasped.
"Whats wrong?" I asked him sitting down on the bed.
"Your... your covered in bruises!" He came up to me and sat next to me.
"Oh, its nothing." I gave a, what I thought was reasuring smile. He cringed and I stood up. "Really I'm fine. If you'll excuse me I have something to attend to." I went to walk off when he grabbed my wrist. I turned to him my eyes shooting beams into his. I don't have time for this! That akuma could be anywhere! I need to get these hero's up and ready for battle.
"Mari you need to get some medical attention!" I shock my hand out of his. He looked suprised at the amount of force I had used.
"I need to attend to something." I hissed venom lacing each word. He flinched.
"Then I'll help you." My face hardened. Does he not understand? I have to do this on my own!
"No." I said plainly. "This is my burden and mine alone."
"It doesn't have to be. Other people can help!" He tryed to hold my hand but I moved out of the way.
"Only four people can help me. Your the one standing in my way." I stood up and gestured for him to leave. He slowly got up and left. What did I just do? I scoulded myself internaly. That was so mean! I was so cruel... Tikki came out from the closet and patted me on the shoulder.
"Its okay your under alot of stress this is normal." I sighed and nodded.
"What would I do without you Tikki?" I praised the tiny creature.
"Forget about your job as a guardian?" She giggled as I shot up and went strait to the miraculous. "You should be ladybug when you hand them out." I nodded and transformed. Still the question bore down upon my mind Whoes fit to be a hero?
I knew exactly who I'd pick first... Alya! I swung out the window and round the hotel until I found the window of room 73. I knocked. A shadow passed over the curtains. I knocked louder. A pair of hands ripped the curtains open. Alya's eyes widened as she saw me. I jumped inside at her invitation. I clutched the precious box to my chest.
"Ladybug! What are you doing here? If your looking for Marinette shes in room 96." I stopped her before she continued rambling.
"I'm here for you. There is no one around with as much knowledge of superheros as you." She nodded as a slight tint came across her face. "Thats why I have an offer."
"W-what offer?" She asked seemingly over joyed.
"If I am correct you are aware what miraculous are?" I asked pointing to one of my earings.
"Yeah they give you your powers. Why do you ask?"
"This is why." I opened the box. She looked amazed. "These are the last three miraculous without holders. So this is my offer. Chat Noir and I need new recruits. Will you join us?" I asked. She went wide eyed and almost feinted.
"It...It would be an honour!"
"You will be amung two other new superheros, one male and one female. So which miraculous would you like?" She stared for a moment.
"The fox miraculous, please." I handed her a small box. She opened it and there was a flash of orange.
"This is Trixx your kwamii. You have to feed her so she has energy to transform. Now put on the necklace and say 'Trixx, Tail up!'" She carefully put on the necklace.
"Trixx! Tail up!" She transformed into an orange and white fox. She gasped.
"You are now Reina Rouge vixen superheroine. Your kwamii will explain all your powers. So say 'Trixx tail down.'" She nodded and obayed. Then we talked breafly about how no one except me could know who she was. I then sought out Nino and offered him the turtle brasklet miraculous. I told him of his kwamii Wayzz then left them. I went strait to my room and flopped on the bed.
