So many days,

Have now gone by,

Oh how quickly,

Time doth fly,

Soon another year be gone,

With the coming of the dawn.

Brilliant Moon,

So big and bright,

Why are you afraid to,

Share your light?

What troubles you, how can I help?

All you need to do is give a shout.

I've fought for you,

I will stay true,

No matter what we,

Must push through,

Distant are the days before,

When I had a cause to mourn.

My days and nights,

Now shine with light,

Distant and yet,

Oh so bright,

Thanks to you I've curbed my bite,

No longer do I my mind fight.

Brilliant Friend,

So kind and bright,

Thank you for,

Sharing your light,

My life is happier each day,

Because my demons are chased away.

You comfort give,

And my heart lift,

when with your smile,

I can then insist,

Thanks to you I am alright,

I hope that I return that right.

Great and dear one,

My ever-listed friend,

Thanks to you my own,

Darkness has an end,

Now let me come and,

To your light add my own,

I guess with this poem.

That's it for now, unless someone wants to hear a story I've been working on for the occasion... but that'll show up in my random book if you want it. I'm planning on re-doing the first page, mainly because I REALLY messed it up the first time. I'll be less, offensive about it this time around.
