Celestia was shocked they both were actually going to do this! She begged them one last time but it was in vain.   

The first spell shot out of Lucas' wand Severus easily dismised it. In the darkness of the night the spells and sparks falling out were the only thing visible.
"Confringo!" Severus said as his wand sparked a light which created an explosion the moment it neared Lucas. Lucas moved back in surprise.  "You can do better than that Snape!! Crucio!" The spell missed Severus by less than an inch, Lucas was a little drunk. A few of the people in the crowd gasped at the use of the unforgivable. They dueled for what seemed like hours together but in reality it had been 10 mins. Severus  looked towards him, he raised his wand. "Diffindo!" The spell created a few gashes on Lucas. "That's all you got Snape!!" Severus was now furious, "Everte Statum!"  That made Lucas fly back and hit his head on one of the benches in the garden. He wasn't moving. Severus waited for a few moments then walked towards him he kneeled down and turned Lucas who was face down in the dirt.

But the moment he did so Lucas punched Severus square in the nose, making his vision blurry. Severus stumbled back and hit the ground. Lucas picked up his wand and was ready to attack when a spell from Celestia's wand hit him and he was frozen in his place. She quickly rushed towards Severus and kneeled.

"That's enough Lucas, you have broken one too many rules already, this duel is over!" . She looked towards Severus blood was flowing from his nose and he seemed to be unconscious. Celestia pointed her wand towards Severus, "Rennervate!" A red light sparked from her wand, Severus stired then slowly opened his eyes. Celestia had placed her hand on either side of Severus' face. "Thank Merlin, are you okay Severus?" Severus groaned in pain. Mrs. Prince walked outside the manor when she saw the crowd formed then her attention fell on Celestia she swiftly walked towards her, "What is the meaning of this?!" Celestia ignored her. She helped Severus to get off the ground. She helped him stand. She placed his arm around her shoulder and started walking. Mrs.Prince turned towards her. "What nonsense is this?" Celestial gave her an annoyed look and carried Severus to his room. She helped him sit on the bed then turned towards his night side table she dipped a handkerchief in the water then took out her wand, "Glacius." The handkerchief froze into  solid ice. She then used episkey on Severus' nose and placed the frozen handkerchief on it. Episkey couldn't work completely, the blow was a little too strong.
"Are you feeling better?" Severus nodded. "Oh good then please do tell me what in the world were you thinking? Duelling?? Really I didn't expect you to be so stupid! What's with the male ego I just don't get it how easily it is bruised! Why did you do it?" Severus looked at her dead in the eye, "He touched you."

Celestia closed her eyes and sighed then she sat down on the edge of the bed, "Severus, whatever the reason you shouldn't have gone forth with it. He almost hit you with the unforgivable. I shudder to think what he would have done next! I'm glad he was drunk and missed it." Severus looked at her, "I have handled the unforgivables from you know who, and if he happens to touch you again I won't hesitate to duel." Celestia could see the anger in his eyes. "Severus..." The door slammed open and Serena walked in.

"Oh Severus what happened how are you??" She waltzed towards Severus' side. Celestia rolled her eyes over the dramatics she presented. "I'm fine Serena, nothing for you to worry about." Serena put her hand on Severus' cheek. "How can I not worry about my fiancée?" Celestia's head turned towards them. She waited for Severus to correct her but he didn't.

"I think I should leave, thank you Mr. Snape and future Mrs. Snape." Celestia got up and walked towards the door. "Celestia wait!" Severus called after her. But she didn't wait she walked towards her room. Severus turned towards Serena, "You did it on purpose."
Serena pouted, "What are you talking about?"
Severus got up and walked towards the door. "If you even for once think, we are getting married because my grandmother wants us to then you are sorely mistaken." He walked out towards Celestia's room. He knocked on it. "Celestia please open your door." After a few minutes she did. "What do you want?"
"I want to talk to you, please." Celestia  walked inside and Severus followed in. "Why did you bring me here, to meet your fiancée?"
Severus sighed. "My grandmother wants me to get married to her."
"Well then you should!" she snapped back.
Severus scowled, "I don't want to get married to her. I...I'm" he sighed.
"What?"
Severus walked towards the window, "Nothing, I just don't want to get married to her, I don't have any feelings for her. Like I have for you." He walked closer to Celestia he took her hand in his. "I don't want anyone else, I want you. I want you to be mine. I can't see you with anyone else." He caressed her cheek with his thumb, he moved forward and was about to kiss her but Celestia pushed him, "Severus, you need to tell your grandmother this. About us. She hates me. I'm not going to be happy with knowing that she's unhappy. Same goes for my grandmother." Severus looked at her in confusion. "They can't decide for us, we need to do that on our own!" Celestia walked away from him. "Severus I care for my grandmother and she isn't happy about us and your's wants you married to Serena, this relationship is just...I... I'm going to need sometime to think about us."
"So you are choosing to run away?" Celestia sat on the bed. "Yes, I'm choosing to run away! NOW WILL YOU PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE!" Severus took one last look at her. "Fine take all the time you need." he then left slamming the door behind him. Celestia walked towards her closet and with a swish of her wand her clothes folded and packed in the suitcase. She took her bag and walked out of her room towards the exit. There she met a furious Mrs. Prince, "Where do you think you are going?" Celestia stopped and looked at her,"Well you can rejoice, I'm leaving, this mansion and your grandson. You think you really know what's best for him. But you are wrong. You lost your daughter because of your pride and you are going to lose your grandson because of it again..."
"HOW DARE YOU!"
Celestia raised her hand, "Let me finish, did you ever think that maybe you were given another opportunity when your grandson came here. But you are ruining it on your own. The ones I loved were taken away from me. I never ever got an opportunity to just once maybe tell them how much I love them or how much they meant to me. I can't even go and hug them, I can't cry on their shoulder anymore. I just can't not because I don't want to its because I don't have a choice. And look at you, you have someone who loves you your grandson he's right there. You can hug him you can talk to him. And yet you choose your pride! I don't have anyone but at least I'm not like you. Cause if I knew the one who I love is alive and is in my life I wouldn't be wasting my time over my pride like you! Your daughter, whatever decision, wrong decision she might have taken she loved you until the very end and so does your grandson. What kind of a fool makes her grandson call her Mrs. Prince? Don't make the mistake I did you have got another opportunity don't loose it, you have lost your daughter and soon you will loose Severus as well because of your foolishness." With that Celestial turned and walked towards the door but stopped she searched her bag and removed the tin of tea she had purchased for Mrs.Prince she placed the tin in her hand,"Oh I almost forgot, I got you this for Christmas you better drink that tea I spent a lot of money on it!" She turned and walked out of the house.

The door to Lucas' room opened.
"What do you want?" Serena walked towards him and slapped him, "You idiot, you almost hit Snape. I told you to separate them not be an idiot. If something would have happened to Severus I would have killed you." Lucas grabbed her, "Oh are you falling in LOVE with him, darling?"
Serena made a disgusted face, "Oh please that old bat, if it wasn't for Prince family money I wouldn't even be around him. And you idiot if you would have done something to him they would have caught you! And was it really necessary to use that unforgivable curse? Luckily no one will complain. I have made sure of it also I had to spend too much money on this one. I saw that girl leaving you might want to make sure she doesn't come back here."

Lucas grinned, "Don't you worry she's an old friend, I'm sure I will be able to get her away from Severus and anyway I would do anything for you love!!" He kissed her.

Celestia apparated to her home. She entered the house and walked up the stairs towards her room. She dropped her suitcase and then made her way to the kitchen.
"You're back!" Celestia turned towards the voice. "Grandma!" She rushed towards her and hugged her. Dorothy smiled. They stayed like that for a few minutes. Dorothy heard light sobs coming from Celestia, she pulled back. "What's the matter Celestia?"

"Nothing just glad to see you when did you arrive?"
"I came yesterday, I didn't like it there. I'm better off here. Where did you go and most importantly how are you Minerva had owled me about you I was worried when I went to Hogwarts I came to know you had gone on a trip with that...that"

Celestia looked at the floor. "Severus, his name is Severus and let's not talk about that."
Dorothy was surprised, "Did something happen? Tell me Celly."

"Severus is getting married also he says he doesn't want to but I know his grandmother she will never agree to it. So the only thing I thought of doing was to run away. Just like I always do. I just can't handle this thing called life anymore." She sat on the counter.
Dorothy ran her hand over Celestia's head, "Let me lighten your mood a little, I have got chocolate cake would you like a piece?"

"Do you even have to ask!!" Dorothy laughed and walked towards the refrigerator.
There was a knock on their door. Celestia walked towards the main door. She opened it, "Oh Headmistress! Please come in." Minerva smiled.
"Oh please call me Minerva. And is Severus here as well?" Celestia shook her head in negation. "Grandma is in the kitchen." Minerva walked towards the kitchen. Celestia turned and was about to close the door when someone grabbed her hand.
