Tiny Dancer's backstory

Dancing: That's all she loved to do, ever since she was a toddler. Because of this, her mother would caller her tiny dancer. She loved dancing, like her mom. They would dance together at times. They would sometimes dance to classical music and practice ballet together.

But one day, all that was all going to change.

When she was only 12 years of age, she got the terrible news.

She was in dance class, happily practicing with her classmates when she suddenly got a phone call.

"Hello?" she cheerfully chirped as she answered.

''Tina, this is your dad."

"Dad, I'm in ballet class, can you talk to me later?"

"There's something you need to know.." His voice broke as he spoke, Tina knew it had to be bad news.

"Dad, what's wrong?"

He took a deep breath.

"Honey, you're going to have to be strong."

"Dad you're worrying me, what's wrong?"

"Your mother has leukemia, she has cancer." He said, trying hard not to break down into tears.

"No." She shook her head, tears welling up. Her classmates looked at her worried.

"And she- she only has a few months to live."

She fell on her knees and let the tears stream down her eyes.

During the months her mother was still alive, she tried to spend every single moment happy with her. She wasn't going to take a single minute for granted.

"I love you my tiny dancer." Her mother had told her during her last minutes.

"I know you'll be the most amazing dancer there is."

She smiled at Tina, before her eyelids closed.

Tina waited for them to open again, but they never did.

Tina sobbed as she hugged her mother's lifeless body.

The person who has supported her, loved her, encouraged her passion was now gone.

Days later, the whole Benton family was at her mother's funeral.

She couldn't except the truth, she WOULDN'T except the truth.

She ran out of the funeral, her hair soaking from the heavy rain that was pouring down but she didn't care.

She heard her father call her name several times but she ignored his calls.

Days passed by, and Tina wasn't the same.

She didn't hang out with her friends anymore, she didn't to go to dance class.

Everyday was the same; She would go to school, and storm off to her room once she got home and not come out.

But nobody knew what she was up to, she was planning to create something: A wand.

No, not those fake ones that don't work.

A REAL one, one that can make anything you zap with it dance.

In the honor of her mom's memory, she would dedicate the wand's powers to what she and her mom loved: Dancing.

When she finally finished creating it, she cackled as she took the wand.

''Now let's see if this bad boy works."

Her eyes darted around the house until she spotted her teddy bear, the lifeless stuffed animal blankly staring back at her until she zapped it and it suddenly came to life and started to tap dance.

She let out an evil laugh and zapped other objects, she kept zapping stuff until everything was dancing in her room.

She walked out of her room and started to zap everything; TVs, sofas, tables, you name it.

"Tina! What on earth are you doing?!" Her dad shouted when the sofa he was about to sit on suddenly started dancing.

"I am zapping everything to make it dance!" She responded, before zapping something else. She then twirled outside and started zapping buildings, cars, and even people!

"Tina! You need to stop this, this is getting out of control!"

''No, you need to stop! Can't you see? I'm doing this for mom, oh she would be so proud." She said before twirling around and zapping the whole house.

"She would not be proud seeing you doing this, zapping everything and making it dance out of control! Fix this all right now, young lady!" Her dad demanded.

"You. Will. Dance!" She shouted before zapping her dad with the wand. She ran away to zap other things.

"Tina!" She heard her dad call out her name.

"I'm not Tina anymore dad, it's Tiny Dancer now!" She gave an evil laugh as she ran away.

Her family and friends haven't heard of her ever since, until years later.

They soon found out she became an odd villain.

For many years Tiny Dancer dedicated herself to making everything she could dance, she didn't realize that what she was doing was making her a villain, that's why she's seen less evil by the agents than the other odd villains.

She just wanted to spread that joy of dancing to the whole world, oblivious to the fact everything she was doing was all a crime.

Her father, now in his 60s sadly looked at posters of her daughter ( AKA, Tiny Dancer) displayed on the streets.

Odd Squad was looking for her.

He took off one of the posters that were on a tree.

"Why Tina?" He asked as he looked down at the poster.
