There are six major cities as well as four islands 

The green city is Thorncoast it is in a tropical, rain forest environment.

The blue city is Summerfell it's warm and beachy and flat.

The red city is Kilpass it's also warm but more dry and arid then Summerfell.

The purple city is Olehand it is covered in dense forest and some meadows, it's also the center of trade between cities.

The pink city is Bleakpoint it's more mountainy and full of caves and rich with ores.

The orange city Gloomcrest, it's cold and bleak. Not much is known about the people here as there is little to no contact with the other cities from here and the area. 

The islands:

The largest island on the bottom left is Faircour Isle.

The next one up, also the smallest island is Neetona Key.

The second smallest up is Ranet Haven.

The second biggest in the top middle is Wineside Island
