POLICE REPORT - DOCUMENT PROPERTY OF NCPD

Body was identified as Phoenix Harley, born Phoebe Hatzi, a Doll who worked at the dollhouse Clouds. She was born on the 24th February 2060 (her ID states 19th January 2057 - this is a forgery and is not correct). Nobody could identify much information about her early life, just that she was presumed to be neglected. She began working at Clouds in 2075, age 15, using a fake identity to be given her job, and was close to her fellow Doll Evelyn Parker.

After the heist organised by Parker, its subsequent events, her eventual suicide and the closure of Clouds, Harley went missing. Friend of Parker Judy Álvarez filed a report: 6 days later when the search began, Harley's body was found in an alley near Lizzie's Bar, with a gun in her hand and wound to the head. Her death has been confirmed to be suicide.
