Rachael is the new form of Shelby. Yes I changed her name. I think that I haven't changed her in a year. Actually I've been using her less and less as I make new OCs.

Rachael was raised in an orphanage with unknown powers. At four she learned she could use telekinesis and from there her powers were rapidly developing. Eventually she was found by some fairies who brought her to fairyland (very creative name I know)
