Background: 

Not much is known about Diego or what tribe he is from.

When Rei first met him, it was in the ruins that he calls home in the desert. Rei was initially distrustful of him due to her battle instincts. But Diego wasn't fazed and let her stay for a while before she left.

When he first heard of the name: "The Scorpion Girl" he knew instantly that it was her.

Was kind of obvious when they gave out some details anyways.

Eventually, he decides to leave his home and journey to Orario himself and began taking on the Dungeons himself.

But not before exploring the Five Great Shinobi Countries and accidentally getting involved in the Third Shinobi War.

His brutal, efficient battle prowess earned him the nickname: Chimera.

Because of his strange combination of animal features on him.

It was here that he would meet Minato (Female Minato, just to remind you. If you guys got a good female name for her, besides Mina, I'm all ears) Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki.

The two were obviously aroused by his brutal strength and wanted him.

Though Diego would be more feared because of his sheer disregard for adventure ranks and levels. He would simply challenge strong opponents despite not knowing what his actual rank is.

If they were strong than he was kicking their asses.

He won most of them, some he actually had retreat. But it just made him more excited for a rematch.

It was on one of these dungeon adventures that he stumbled upon Bell.

And saved him from being breeded by a minotaur because of his adorableness. Turns out minotaurs want a piece of his cute ass.

So after getting him cleaned up and escorting him out of the dungeon. He would eventually continue on his own for a while.

Until he and Rei met again.

The last one was directed at the lands known as Union and its allies.

Unlike the other realms: The Twisting Realms, Drakoina, Ovius and several others. 

Union was filled to the brim with corruption, greed, selfishness, discrimination, prejudices, racism, power hungry people, people who think they are entitled to everything and can do what they want.

Oh, and homophobia. It was worse with them than it ever was in their world. At least people had the decency to be polite about it. Union...not so much.

Rei nearly murdered the so called Red Dragon Emperor after he made a comment about how she couldn't be a woman with such a masculine body.

Issei shouted.
