BIO

Diego Cross was your normal average teen...well okay, he had no parents and no family members they could find. Living several decades before the present. But due to an accident he was left severely wounded.

He was taken to Space Colony Ark by Professor Gerald Robotnik both in an attempt to save him and in hopes of finding a cure for his granddaughter.

There to save his life, Professor Gerald had to use him as the test subject for Project Shadow.

The good news is that they managed to stabilize him by using hedgehog DNA they had in the labs.

The bad news is that he wasn't waking up due to missing genomes in his DNA sequence after fusing him with hedgehog DNA.

Of course, this would be solved by the arrival of the Black Comet and its leader.

Black Doom.

Leader of the hive like Black Arms race (that he actually created so they were technically his children) that lived in the Black Comet. Black Doom sought to enslave the human race because they were a great energy source for the Black Arms race.

But due to the comet weak velocity, it was impossible because it would not survive atmospheric entrance. That was when Professor Gerald made contact with Black Doom.

In exchange for Black Doom giving some of his blood to complete Project Shadow and awaken Diego. He would help gather the Seven Chaos Emeralds and use them for Black Doom return 50 years later as the Black Comet returns every 50 years.

Of course, at this point in time. Gerald did not realize Black Doom sinister intentions as the alien had millennia to perfect his disguise and intentions.

So, the agreement was struck, and Diego eyes opened once again to the world before him. Or too the lab in the Ark specifically.

Disoriented and confused, Diego asked what was going on as he looked at Professor Gerald.

"My dear boy. You have come back from death itself!"

Professor Gerald smiled as he explained everything.

Diego would spend his new life on the Ark as he took in the sights and his new appearance.

His left eye was now red, and he had red streaks in his hair. His skin seemed to have darken a little and his tan also seemed to have gotten darker despite not being out in the sun. A side effect of Black Doom blood perhaps.

Maria was more than happy to show him around. Happy that she had another friend with her due to her isolation up on the Ark.

'Shadow'

Was his nickname. Especially since he would follow people like a shadow.

While Diego was getting acquainted with the staff on the Ark, Professor Gerald would come to the startling truth that Black Doom intentions were malicious and sinister in nature after he had done some research into the Black Comet and noticed that several disasters involved the Comet being present.

Understanding what Black Doom intends to do should he ever land on Earth. Professor Gerald secretly worked in creating the Eclipse Cannon.

A weapon so powerful it could annihilate an entire planet if the Seven Chaos Emeralds were to be gathered and inserted into the Alter.

Of course, this was only meant to destroy the Black Comet. But not many knew that and due to worsening tense relations with the United Federations and the government, especially over Project Shadow.

Until it finally happened and G.U.N was dispatched to kill those involved with Project Shadow and return the inhabitants that were living on the Ark to Earth.

To the public, they were told that a biological hazard had killed the scientists to hide the truth.

Maria Robotnik was killed while ejecting Diego to Earth. Where sometime later, an insane Professor Gerald reprogrammed Diego to destroy the Earth as revenge for G.U.N killing his granddaughter.

What was the point in saving the Earth when they had willing killed a child? His granddaughter.

It isn't well known what happened after that, only that Diego was captured and sealed away, and Gerald was captured and eventually executed by the government.

50 years later, Dr. Eggman (Real name: Doctor Ivo Robotnik), Professor Gerald grandson, would stumble upon the secret files hidden in G.U.N. servers and would soon release the imprisoned human hedgehog from his prison.

Completely changed, both from witnessing Maria death and from the Professor reprogramming him. Diego personality changed completely, and he was a cold, anger filled young man with a burning desire to see the world burn.

He no longer went by Diego, the name of someone too weak to save those he cared for. He was now Shadow.

Shadow the Hedgehog.

The Ultimate Lifeform.

Using the Professor grandson for his own schemes. Shadow wreaked havoc on Eggman enemies. Sonic and the gang. Returning to Prison Island to obtain the Chaos Emeralds that were located there.

He fought Sonic and was forced to flee when Eggman told him that he needed to escape before the island blew up from the explosives they had planted.

With the Emeralds at stake of being lost due to Rouge being trapped. Shadow used Chaos Control on the Chaos Emerald he had only to be suddenly grabbed by a human child.

Teleporting the both of them to Rouge location, where Shadow tried to leave with just the Emeralds.

But the child, Chris Thorndyke, tried to plead with him and for some reason he suddenly saw Maria image overlapping Chris begging Shadow to help.

Startled, Shadow used Chaos Control and teleported all three of them to the Ark.

While Chris was enjoying the view of space. Something that not many got to see. Shadow was in memory lane after getting that unexpected vision of Maria. They didn't talk much but Shadow simply hmmed, nodded, grunted, and gave short answers to Chris questions.

This continued until Sonic and the others came to the Ark to rescue Chris, get back the Chaos and Master Emeralds and put a stop to them.

In the end, all 7 emeralds were placed into the slots and the Ark began plummeting to Earth as Professor Gerald had reprogrammed the Ark to do once all seven were in.

Shadow just told Chris, Amy and the others that stayed at the main room that it was pointless. Chris denied that and tried to convince Shadow to help them.

An argument broke out between the two as Shadow aggressively knocked Chris back over and over but the boy still persisted much to his friends worries.

Until finally, something awoken in Shadow mind beyond the programming and his own anger. The final moments he had with Maria who asked him to promise her to protect Earth.

"Sayanora...Shadow the Hedgehog..."

Her final words as she managed to eject his pod into space and towards Earth.

"..."

As Chris fell losing conscious from being beaten up so bad, Shadow caught him.

"...He was right about Maria."

Shadow said.

Before Diego smiled.

Now with the Ultimate Lifeform joining the fray, their chances for survival had shot up significantly.

Especially when dealing with the Biolizard. The prototype of the Ultimate Lifeform.

Incredible powerful despite its limitations, Diego utilized all his skills and powers and managed to take down the Biolizard as Knuckles chanted the incantation of Tikal. Succeeding in powering down the Chaos Emeralds.

Only for the Biolizard to use Chaos Control and fused with the Eclipse Cannon and kept the Ark still on a collision course to Earth. Becoming the Finalhazard.

Sonic and Diego used the Seven Chaos Emeralds to turn into their super forms. And after a brutal battle the two destroyed the Finalhazard and tried to stop the Ark itself from colliding with Earth.

With everyone words of encouragement, another memory awoken in Diego mind.

"Diego!"

He could see an image of Maria speaking to him.

"Those people are counting you Shadow."

Diego eyes were filled with fierce determination.

"I am Shadow!" He yelled as spun with his arms crossed before released to his sides. "Shadow the Hedgehog!"

His inhibitor rings were released from his wrist as his power was unleashed.

"Ready?"

He asked.

"You bet I am!"

Sonic said as he went full throttle as well.

Two large powerful large orbs of light soon filled the darkness of space as Diego and Sonic shouted.

Diego/Shadow: CHAOS!

Sonic: CONTROL!

Unleashing a powerful burst of Chaos Control the Ark was returned to its normal space. Halting its crash landing.

"I...did it..."

Diego whispered as he seemingly disappeared.

The only thing Sonic could find was one of his inhibitor rings which he gave to Chris for safekeeping.

Several months would pass and then a terrifying reality shook everyone.

Because of Chaos Control the two worlds: Earth and Mobius. Were attempting to merge together and become whole again!

They were once one and the same but a cataclysmic event separated the two apart. But with the introduction of one universe inhabitants to the other universe. The two realities were attempting to rejoin again.

If that happened time would stop irreversibly.

The only solution?

To send Sonic and the gang back.

Chris was understandably reluctant to let them go. After all, just because he was rich didn't mean that his parents actually had the time for him. They tried but were always busy.

Sonic and co. really were the closest he had to friends and had helped him open up more to Danny, Frances, and Helen. And because of Sonic and the others his parents were actually making an effort to spend more time with him.

He was scared that if they leave, his parents would revert back to their old selves and bury themselves in their work.

Was it selfish? Yes. But he didn't exactly have his parents there to teach him how to let go and that things were not always as they seem.

But it took Chris stopping Sonic from leaving and the two spending time away from everyone as Sonic carefree nature allowed him to be patient with Chris.

And in the end, he helped teach Chris some important lessons and that this wasn't goodbye. Just a promise that they will meet again.

Encouraged by this, Chris is ready to say his farewells and Sonic enters through the portal with a promise they will see each other again.

Now here is where things diverged.

In the original timeline, Eggman finds Shadow. But here?

"H-Huh?!"

Chris finds Diego/Shadow. Weakened, but somehow alive after all this time.

Chris manages to help a delirious Diego back to his parents who have been frantically looking for him ever since his disappearance.

Though unsure, they agreed to bring Diego back to the house where he recovered.

During this time, Chris gave him back his other Inhibitor Ring which gave him back his power and helped to undo the reprogramming that Professor Gerald had inputted into his mind.

Of course, G.U.N. and other government officials were weary of him. But considering the backlash they are facing due to the cover up of what really happened on Space Colony Ark all those years ago and senseless killings. They had no choice but to suck it up especially since Diego helped to stop what Professor Gerald started.

Diego was lost and confused in this new world.

Maria was dead, the Professor was dead. What was left for him to do?

Well...

"Shadow?"

Chris looked at him in concern.

He might as well protect Chris.

"I'm fine."

Diego gruffly said, a smirk on his face.

"Just interested in trying this board."

He said holding the skateboard in hand.

Chris just laughed as they went to the skate park.

There Diego dominated the park with his sick moves.

It was after some time that Diego broached the question to Chris.

"Where is that blue hedgehog?"

He had asked.

"I haven't seen him since I've woken up and I could of sworn that he would be there to annoy me."

"..."

Chris was silent. He had been dreading this question for some time now.

"Chris?"

Diego looked at him with concern.

"Did something happen to that blue hedgehog?"

Chris decided to just get it over with and told him everything.

Diego eyes were shadowed as he processed everything he was told.

Time would stop moving and no one would age or move forward?

The only way to stop was to send the alien organisms aka Sonic and friends?

The hell?

"That sounds like the biggest bs I have ever heard."

Diego honestly said, getting a startled look from Chris.

"The only way to stop it is to send them back?"

He frowned.

"Something up." Shadow growled, his eyes glowing. "I don't know about you, Chris. But for the answer to stopping something like this is to send them back to their own world? ...That sounds too simple and too easy of a solution."

(I didn't think much of it as a kid. But then I started getting into fanfics and some of them talked about that strange inconsistency. If that was true than it should have continued when Chris went to Sonic world. It is rather strange)

Chris was startled, especially since these results and conclusions had come from government scientists and researchers who had provided evidence to support their conclusions.

Why would they lie about it?

"Sorry."

Diego said as he saw the conflicted look on the younger male face.

"It might be because of how I am, but something doesn't feel right."

He didn't know just how right he was.

When they returned to Chris home, they noticed G.U.N. officials and soldiers were for some reason at the mansion and looked ready for a fight.

Thankfully, Diego and Chris were at a far away distance when they saw all the military personnel and quickly made a break for it before they realized.

Turns out that there was some kind of conspiracy to send Sonic and his friends back home. And the conspirators have been keeping an eye on Project Shadow. And the moment he expressed his doubts on the sincerity of their reports. They had to act quickly before the truth became exposed.

With now the conspirators enlisting the aid of mercenaries and GUN soldiers, the two were on the run. Though it wasn't that hard to escape with Diego speed.

Eventually they stopped in an area that still had large amount of Chaos Energy residue left. Enough for Diego to invoke Chaos Control and get them to safety.

So, with a shout.

"CHAOS CONTROL!"

Diego teleporting himself and Chris to safety.

...In another world.

Boy, was Sonic and the others surprised when Diego and Chris teleported in front of the Master Emerald.

Even more so that Shadow was alive, though he went by Diego again. Which he had to explain to the confused group.

After explaining everything that happened, Tails had built them a couple of houses for them to live in as they decide what they should do.

If it's true that the whole 'Time Stagnation' theory was a lie. Then someone had some explaining to do.

They would work to try to figure it out.

6 months later saw the arrival of a new threat.

The Metarex.

Strange robotic (Gundam like. Chris once said after seeing them. Or Medabot like. One of the two) beings that were on a quest to obtain the Chaos Emeralds and steal the Planet Egg (Objects that allowed planets to flourish with life).

Despite the combined efforts of both Shadow and Sonic, even they were no match for Dark Oak.

Leader of the Metarex.

They clashed over and over again but it seemed like their attacks weren't making a dent.

In a desperate attempt the two gathered the seven emeralds and invoke Chaos Control. Sending the emeralds into the deepest vast reaches of space, far away from the Metarex hands.

At the same time, Chris, Amy and Cream would find a young girl called Cosmo. After nursing her back to health, Cosmo tells them of the Metarex threat and had come to their planet to seek Sonic aid in stopping them.

Thankfully, Tails had been working on a spaceship that could travel through space in an effort to see what lies beyond their planet.

The only flaw was that it needed a powerful energy source and tails had originally intended to use the Chaos Emeralds for that.

Luckily Chris had an idea.

And so with Sonic, Tails, Chris, Diego, Amy, Cosmo, Cream and Cheese, and a reluctant Knuckles (who was unwillingly forced to come because they had emeraldnapped the Master Emerald and used it as the energy source), the group went into space.

Followed by Eggman and his silly, yet weirdly competent robots (I mean if you saw the show did you see how they kicked Black Narcissus robot ass after he made Sonic genuinely angry?) Bokkun, Bocoe and Decoe.

And followed by Rouge who was not missing out on this fun journey.

After many battles and clashes with the Metarex and Diego going off with Rouge after meeting the Resistance Fighters who were also fighting the Metarex and witnessing the death of one. And Eggman joining the Metarex.

Sonic and the others then had to deal with an enraged Diego who was more Shadow now as he tried to kill Cosmo for some reason.

This was proven further when he launched a low level Chaos Spear at Chris in order to knock him unconscious.

(Plus, he knew it wouldn't hurt him that much considering the kid been exposed to Chaos Energy more than what should be normal)

Then Sonic tried to intervene but Shadow wasn't having it and took him out. Knuckles managed to stall him while Tails and Cosmo tried to run. Shadow managed to get past him while Knuckles was now forced to confront Rouge.

Tails tried using the Sonic Power Cannon to send him flying deep into space when he tried using his homing attack.

Only for Shadow to use Chaos Control and reappear in front of them. The emerald breaking into dust revealing it was yet another fake that the Metarex had manufactured.

But soon, Shadow is forced to stop when the Metarex show up and Dark Oak calls Cosmo White Seed confusing the poor girl until she remembers the dreadful day her space colony was attacked.

She had been used as an unwitting spy. The Metarex had used her to stay one step ahead of them.

Then Dark Oak revealed another terrifying truth.

The Metarex and Cosmo were from the same plant species! The Seedrian!

They weren't robots though this was something they had slowly realized after Knuckles battle with the Metarex known as Yellow Zelkova.

With quick thinking Sonic and Diego activated Chaos Control and managed to teleport them to a dead planet whose Planet Egg was already long gone.

It was here that they learn of the tracking device implanted in Cosmo brain. And if removed carelessly, it would result in the permanent loss of her hearing and eyesight. Which is how the Metarex had used her as their eyes and ears.

Back on the dead planet Amy and Rouge stumbled upon an old recording revealing a startling truth.

That this world they were on...was the birthplace and home world of both the Metarex and Cosmo!

It was here they learned the dark truth. How the war on their planet drove the warrior Lucas, the plant like being who would become Dark Oak, to take drastic measures to save their people. How he discovered the Planet Egg and intended to use it to empower and maintain control over their transformations.

His wife Earthia, Cosmo mother, was horrified and tried to convince him not to go through with this and to think about what this would do everyone. Lucas shot back and called her a coward for choosing to take their people and leave their home world at the hands of their unknown enemy.

It is hinted that since Earthia is Cosmo mother, then Lucas is Cosmo father. Though considering we don't know how their reproduction habits are, how that happens when she leaves is probably best left unsolved.

Realizing that her husband could not be swayed, too many of their people lives have been lost. Earthia took the female members of their race while the male members chose to stay and fight.

With heavy guilt in her heart, Earthia made the painful choice to bomb the planet in an attempt to kill her power hungry husband and the last remaining beasts. Devastating what was left of their world.

But it wasn't over.

No, not by a long shot.

"You tried to destroy us, Earthia."

Dark Oak spoke.

"But the Metarex live on!"

He triumphantly said.

After everything was said and done and everyone convinced Cosmo not to leave. Bokkun suddenly arrives with an urgent message from Eggman.

Turns out the Good Doctor had been double crossing the Metarex the moment he joined. All to obtain the information and knowledge he needed to learn about them. And learned about a prophecy of the Seedrian race. But of course, the Metarex eventually caught on and Bokkun was sent to Sonic with the coordinates.

And from there, the battle to save the Universe began.

Initially, Black Narcissus and Pale Bayleaf confronted the gang while Dark Oak prepared for the final phases in his plan.

This would soon change as Diego started wreaking havoc and destroying Metarex grunts along with Team Chaotix.

Dark Oak now had to join the battlefield before Shadow and the others could get to the Chaos Emeralds.

Especially after Eggman and his robots broke free and returned with their spaceship: The Crimson Egg to join the fight.

Dark Oak, Black Narcissus, and Pale Bayleaf merged together to form Final Mova.

The battle was long and brutal as Final Mova proved to be a tough opponent to beat as it attacked the Blue Typhoon.

Knuckles quickly realized that the Metarex were now after the Master Emerald.

Trying to get that final source of power and possibly the last thing that could possibly stop them.

Thankfully, Shadow and Sonic were able to force them back and then the crew used the power of the Master Emerald as Knuckles his bond with the Master Emerald as its Guardian and final member of the Echidna tribe that had guarded the emeralds.

The blast shattered the Master Emerald but managed to kill Black Narcissus and Pale Bayleaf with Dark Oak as the last Metarex alive.

The battle waged on and even with Diego and Sonic turning into their super forms it was still a close call. Especially when Dark Oak went and merged himself with the Planet Aqurius where everything was being settled. Turning them into a seed which he then began compressing Final Mova's core with a gravitational field that would eventually destroy the entire universe.

All seemed lost as not even Sonic and Shadow could break through gravity field surrounding the seed.

It wasn't until Earthia voice echoed in Cosmo ears that she gained the courage to realize her destiny.

With a brave heart and strong will, Cosmo began her final transformation and to everyone awe, neutralized the gravitational field and immobilized Dark Oak.

With this, she encouraged them to finish Dark Oak off once and for all.

Even knowing what will happen once they do.

While everyone was in shock, Tails robotically activated the Sonic Power Cannon where both Sonic and Shadow started using their homing ability to charge up for a super powerful blast.

With his finger on the button, Tails pressed it.

...Or tried to.

Despite his best efforts Tails was unable and unwilling to press the button and kill his friend and love interest. The two having grown close throughout the journey.

Eggman tried to help him by pointing out that Cosmo was doing what she was always meant to do.

It was only until an apparition of Cosmo appeared in front of him, fully bloomed and ready to save her people.

With words of encouragement and teary goodbyes, Tails fired the shot.

And the ultimate power cannon was released into the core of the seed, and destroyed it.

The seeds of Cosmo people spread throughout the galaxy as Cosmo said one last final farewell to him.

Dark Oak now Lucas once more was in a state of contemplation as he realized that Earthia was right all along. As he thought about this, Earthia appeared once more and took his hand and the both left to reach the peace they had both desired.

Unfortunately, the build up of energy and pressure had reached it peak even after Dark Oak defeat and the Planet Egg was about to collapse. Sonic was about to unleash Chaos Control when Diego punched him in the gut.

The stunned hedgehog tried to get some words out but somewhat lost conscious as he fell.

Diego just chuckled as he removed his inhibitor rings.

"Sorry friend, but I'm taking over. After all, we wouldn't want you to hurt yourself now would we."

He said as he charged straight at the seed shouting:

"CHAOS CONTROL!!"

With every bit of his power, he averted total annihilation of the Universe though a permanent rift in the time space continuum was shown where both Diego and the Planet Egg were last seen.

Eggman deduced that Time itself was frozen in that specific area where Diego had used Chaos Control.

Now you would think that would be the end of him after pulling such a reckless stunt.

Nope!

Diego is the Ultimate Lifeform for a reason.

He survived and had managed to somehow returned to Earth. Though, slightly worried, he had faith that Chris and the others were alright.

And was proven right when Chris one day returned. And told him everything that had happened.

Relieved that everything went well the two headed back to Chris house where everyone was in shock when they saw their return.

They had explained to htem that htey had been gone for SIX years much to their surprise.

"But we were only there for six months!"

Chris had said.

"And if that's the case, then why are you guys still the same age as we left?"

He asked, pointing out that they hadn't changed at all.

"That's the weird thing, Chris."

Grandpa Chuck Thorndyke said.

"We were six years older until recently when it seemed like time went back six years!"

!?

"Could it be what happened during the battle with the Metarex?"

Diego frowned.

"Metarex?"

Mrs. Thorndyke asked in confusion as Diego and Chris sighed before explaining.

"That's...a lot."

Chuck admitted.

"Chris."

Mr. Thorndyke looked at his son.

"What happened that day?"

He asked.

"Why were G.U.N. and government officials looking for you?"

Here, they had to explain what had happened that day they didn't return.

"So, you're saying that there is a conspiracy inside the government to send Sonic and the others away?"

The maid and chef, Ella, asked in confusion.

"Whatever for?"

"Probably something foolish."

The butler, Mr. Tanaka, offered his two cents.

"Well in any case, we're just glad you two are safe."

Chuck said.

"For now, let's just rest. We have a long days ahead if we want to get to the bottom of this mystery."

And so they did, and eventually uncovered a conspiracy to send Sonic away because of the chaos he left behind with his battles with Eggman.

They believed that order and peace would be restored once Sonic was out of the picture.

Earth already had problems long before Sonic and friends were transported to their world and there would still be problems long after they were gone.

It was both a stupid and pointless endeavor.

You would think with the conspiracy uncovered and the two universes able to establish communications and open a portal between the two worlds that everything would be over, right?

...Well...

"CHAOS CONTROL!!"

The combined powers of Shadow and Sonic fueled by the energies of the Chaos Emeralds and the fully restored Master Emerald wounded up doing more than just connecting the two realities together.

*FLASH!!*

...Let's just say there is a reason why many realities merged into one.

And one of them being that Chaos Control is not something you should mess around with. Even for the experts.

Because due to, in part, Chaos Control, suddenly realities started warping and merging together to form one massive super Earth.

And with it, came a whole new set of other problems for the gang.

Especially a crazy weird girl that says one thing, but her actions say another.

Let's see how this will go shall we?

FACTS

The Sonic cast are humans with their respective animal features.

Diego has Shadow symbol on his right and left hands.

(Right hand symbol is Blue: representing Chaos Control and the positive energies of Chaos. Left hand symbol is red: Representing Chaos Blast and the negative energies of Chaos)

I.e. Sonic and Amy have hedgehog ears and whatever. Tails still has his tails and fox ears.

Eggman is still Eggman.

They don't appreciate it much when people call them Faunus.

Even Sonic gets annoyed at that and he's an easygoing guy!

After the Incident at the Ark with Finalhazard, when Chris found him, Diego had lost his memories. He only had bits and pieces of fragmented memories but still was able to recall some of the important figures in his life.

Maria Robotnik suffered from a rare and incurable disease known as Neuro-Immune Deficiency Syndrome which made Earth basically a death trap for her. Only the low gravity on the Ark made it possible for her to survive while her grandfather Professor Gerald tried to create a cure with Project Shadow.

Her age when she died is unknown, but Diego hinted that she was young and around the same age as Chris perhaps when she died.

Diego can access a form he calls Chaos Shadow when he releases his inhibitor rings and unleashes the full force of Chaos.

Diego and Sonic are the fastest people alive. A-Train has nothing on them and has tried constantly to juice himself up to prove he's the fastest.

Kind of had when you have other speedsters like the Flash.

Depending on his mood, Diego will sometimes revert back into being Shadow due to the reprogramming altering his personality.

Shadow kicked Homelander ass into 4 parallel dimensions.

Diego is protective of Chris Thorndyke and has come to see him as a little brother.

Chris is actually a descendent of the Robotnik bloodline via an unknown relative. Which is why Diego sees Maria in him.

He and Sonic have a frenemy rivalry.

Diego and Sonic are partially responsible for the Great Merge due to invoking Chaos Control many times which had caused a chain reaction.

And was finally set off when Diego and Sonic unleashed the strongest Chaos Control to open a door to each world.

The chain reaction would set off other reactions that would cause the Great Merge.

Diego is basically a bad boy due to fitting the stereotypes of one. But minus being an asshole. He's just cold and blunt.

He is well versed in the art of guns.

He is American after all.

He's also well versed in Martial Arts.

He has many Chaos abilities like Chaos Control, Chaos Blast, Chaos Spear, Chaos Lance, Chaos Burst, Chaos Boost, Chaos Regeneration and many more.

Sonic is able to use Chaos abilities unique to him.

He has a low opinion on Union, which can be said the same for Sonic and the others. Even Cream says they are horrible and she's a sweet girl!

When all 7 Chaos Emeralds are gathered, he and Sonic can go into their Super Forms.

Black Doom has also tried to invade this new earth, but Diego and the others were able to repel him. He sadly still lives.

But it was interesting to note that he nearly succeeded in taking over the Earth.

...Mainly because Union and its allies of idiots, like Vought, had arrogantly proclaimed that they could handle a 'pathetic alien' like Black Doom and the Black Arms race.

...They nearly cost the world its freedom as even the new inhabitants from other worlds almost lost because of them.

Turns out pissing off an ancient alien warlord who possesses many mystical powers and is able to go toe to toe with some of the strongest in the new reality. Doesn't mean your odds of survival are high.

Diego learned everything now of his past, Professor Gerald hopes and dreams and his ultimate purpose.

And that Black Doom is technically his father, but he rejects him as his father.

Knuckles will murder anyone in this new world who tries to get their filthy hands on the Master Emerald.

Rouge is not letting anyone get their hands on any of the Emeralds except for her.

Due to Chaos Control and the Great Merge. Tikal and Chaos are back and have taken up residence in the old ruins of Tikal home. Guarding the Master Emerald as well.

Diego has met Union and is disgusted by its blatant hypocrisy and greed.

Rias tried to force him into her peerage, but Diego taught her a lesson in pain.

And did the same when she cried to her siscon brother, and he brutally beat him and anyone else up and taught them a lesson.

He is appalled that Sirzechs and Grayfia actually have a son who was exposed to these kinds of influence.

He threatened to take Millicas away from them and raise him as his own if they didn't shape up.

Grayfia motherly instincts acted up and she tried to kill him for that threat.

But motherly instincts were nothing compared to the Ultimate Lifeform, and she found herself needing a hospital for severe wounds.

You would think Millicas would be scared of him after he beat up his parents. But the young devil was in awe and saw him as 'awesome!' and 'badass!'.

His grandparents tried to keep him away from the destroyer of peace. But Millicas ignored them.

Diego and the others nearly destroyed the Underworld after they saw the show 'Oppai Dragon/Breast Dragon Emperor'.

What the fucking hell?!

How any parent could think that was a good show about a protagonist who fights for breasts and uses it as power ups and who knows what else, could think it was good idea for their kids to watch was beyond any of them. Even if they were devils, they should have some shame at that being a kids show.

Even Eggman looked like he was going to be sick.

He's evil but man! They really are devils!

...Once Diego learned that it had spread to the other supernatural factions and was considered the number one show among them, even in Heaven and was now going to Earth societies, Shadow took over and he began a crusade of destruction.

Destroying everything that was related to abomination.

Azazel, Issei, Mineta, and other perverts cried tears of blood at the loss of their beloved porn - I mean show.

But Eggman proved why he is the smartest man alive and hacked into their computers and erased all footage.

Even creating a robot to do it for him when the Supernatural (or Stupidnatural in Eggman opinion) tried to continue production!

Sonic and the others didn't stop that particular robot from doing its mission.

They would rather watch paint dry then see that abomination.

Diego has a strange relationship with Bailey Taurus.

She's a flirt who is all over the place.

After Rias tried to force Bailey and Revy to join her peerage and Issei harem, Diego made good on his threat and adopted Millicas as his son.

Much to Sirzechs and Grayfia shock and anger but despite their powers and titles they failed to get their son back.

Especially when said son didn't like them no more. He said that they have changed and not in a good way.

Issei was betrayed, he thought he and Millicas were cool!

Millicas did admit that he admired Issei once upon a time, but Diego was cooler and badass.

Plus, he realized that Issei...is not the best person to look up to.

Bailey called dibs on being his new mom.

Millicas asked Diego if that meant he had more moms and dads now due to Bailey relationships and if they were going to give him a little sibling.

Diego actually choked on his drink while Bailey just laughed and said that she saw him as a brother.

...Brother...right.

How come Diego didn't believe that?

Oh, right. He knew why.

Because Bailey Taurus is one kinky as hell girl and probably has some sort of kink/fantasy/fetish that involved pseudo sibling relationship forbidden romance.

And if Bailey said otherwise...no one is going to believe her. Not even her lovers.

Diego takes Millicas to Space Colony Ark to see what Space looks like.

...And he takes some others as well.

For some reason, people get turn on when Diego has one knee on the ground, his hair is casting a shadow on his face as he has his cocky grin. Wiping off blood with his closed hand with his eyes fierce and battle hungry.

What's with these people and their kinks?

Diego and the Commander of G.U.N. have a somewhat tensed relationship due to the Commander knowing of Diego past having been on the Ark when he saw Professor Gerald make that deal with Black Doom.

He originally blamed him for what happened in the Ark when G.U.N. came and took over everything, but when Diego revealed that he did not have any memories of his time on the Ark. The Commander just dropped to his knees in defeat after Diego said that if what he said is true. Then he will accept his punishment after the matter with Black Doom was settled.

However, in the final battle against Black Doom, a recording from the late Professor Gerald Robotnik revealed everything.

He had realized later on the horrifying truth of what Black Doom was going to do to Earth and created the Eclipse Cannon whose sole purpose was to destroy the Black Comet so that Black Doom could not enslave the Earth.

Of course, the events that happened later on had changed everything due to rising tensions between the Ark and the government.

Even though Diego defeated Black Doom. The alien warlord was able to summon enough Chaos Energy to teleport himself and the Black Comet to safety. Wherever it is, Black Doom is hiding and regaining his strength once more.

After these events, while the Commander is weary of Diego, he no longer holds resentment and hate in his heart now that the truth had been revealed and everyone now knows what Professor Gerald had done in order to fix his mistakes.
