Weapon: Her weapon is a shield called 'Defender.' The shield is modified to absorb and reflect attacks based on energy, including kinetic energy. The shield is also bladed on the rims, and is meant to always return to her when she whistles. She can also allow other people to add their voices to the shield's memory so it can go to them in time of need.

Semblance: Barrier- Samantha can project her energy out of her to form barriers. The exact limits of how strong they are seems to be unknown, as during times of distress such as when she fights for someone she cares about, the barriers are near impossible to shatter. She can form these barriers around herself or others. It's been pointed out that the barriers have many offensive uses, but she mainly uses them to defend herself and others.

Backstory:  Samantha grew up with her younger brother, and grew up in a family that struggled to make ends meet. Her parents had both given up on them essentially, forcing her to be the caretaker for her little brother. She ended up having to put her dream of being a huntress on hold, thinking that she wouldn't have time to in between taking care of her brother. However, when she fought off a Grimm horde with the help of her brother, Ozpin was impressed, and let the two of them into Beacon together.

Weapon: Prowl and Lockdown- Prowl is a pistol he uses with Fire Dust, and Lockdown is a sniper rifle that he modified to let him fight with. He uses the two of them in combination with each other, and has developed his own unique fighting style with them

Semblance: Human Torch- Jago can cover his body in flames, and project them at people. The exact temperature limit of his flames seems to be an unknown. His highest output recorded let him melt bullets when they got too close to him. He can't use it for too long without dehydrating himself.

Backstory: Jago grew up living with his sister Samantha. The two of them dealt with poverty and neglectful parents, and then he became a showboat to make up for the lack of attention he grew up with, learning to be a racer, and pulling stunts to get attention. Despite this, he still had the desire to become a huntsman, and jumped at the chance.

Weapon: Bluestreak- An automatic rifle that he's modified over time to be able to change firing speed, and caliber of bullet.

Semblance: Elasticity- Richard can stretch any part of his body for about 5 feet. He mostly uses this ability to tie up enemies. His ability to stretch himself also makes it difficult for blunt trauma and weapons to effect him, however he is just as vulnerable to slashing weapons.

Backstory: Richard was a genius who grew up in Atlas. His parents were abusive to him, and didn't respect him or his gifts. When he was old enough, he ran away from home, using his intelligence to make it all the way until he found Beacon Academy where he joined to use his smarts for the greater good.

Quote: " Strength can knock down someone here and there. But, get smart enough and you can avoid the fight all together."

Semblance: Golem- This Semblance allows him to cover his body with a rocklike substance which amplifies his strength and durability

Backstory: Takatora grew up in a bad part of town, often being bullied and jumped by gangs. One day he realized he needed to be stronger, and so he learned to fight and he unlocked his Semblance. For some time, he was a bully in return, until he realized he had become no better than his old tormentors, and so he came to Beacon for a second chance.

Quote: " People have been telling me I can't win my entire life fella. But, I'll never walk away from a fight when it's clobbering time."
