Semblance: Emotional Spectrum- Most humans experience seven main emotions throughout their life. Willpower, and the desire to succeed against difficult odds. Hope, the desire and faith that they'll pull through in a difficult situation. Fear, that something awful is going to happen. Anger, for any number of reasons. Greed, and wanting something which may or may not be theirs. Love, romantic, platonic, or familial and all of the forms which come with it, and the variety of emotions resulting from it. Compassion, sympathy for others and their circumstances, and the ability to emphasize with them. Based on which emotion is the strongest in Hal, he can tap into certain powers, though all of them drain him immensely

Willpower- Hal can force himself to get back into the fight. This can mean he can power through pain, fight off drugs or other mind altering substances, or even resist death, though his willpower has to be amazingly high for this to be the case

Hope- Hal can heal himself and others around him. He can replenish his aura and basically hype himself up that he can make it passed whatever obstacle is in his way.

Fear- Hal's survival instinct kicks into overdrive. While running away is generally not something he's okay with doing, using this power kicks up his evasion and speed to the max, allowing him to survive situations, less so through his own merit and more so through survival instinct

Anger- Hal becomes exponentially stronger. This power takes all the energy his aura had been using to defend him and converts it into extra strength. While leaving him vulnerable, the raw power increase is incredible and this is one of his deadliest powers

Greed- Hal gains the ability to steal things which aren't his, but only physical things. He can absorb energy into himself and project it back out, or if a weapon hits him, he can steal it and make it his own, but using this power leaves him exhausted

Love- Hal gains the ability to teleported to the loved ones of himself, or others loved ones to get them out of harms way, and he can communicate with the ones he loves, no matter the distance

Compassion- Hal gains the ability to understand people. While this may seem useless, it means he understands how they think, how they feel and how they're likely to act.

Weapon- Mebius Brace

At first glance, the Mebius Brace doesn't look like much, just a bracelet Hal wears on his wrist. However, it does have one ability of note. Depending on the emotion he feels the strongest at that given time, it will create an energy construct of a tool of weapon he can use to fight with him

Willpower: If the emotion Hal feels the strongest is willpower, the Brace will create a spear which has a blaster built in so he can fight at a long range

Hope: If the emotion Hal feels the strongest is hope, then the Brace creates a tool, which is a flag that inspires everyone around him

Fear: If the emotion Hal feels the strongest is fear, then the Brace creates a smoke bomb which allows Hal to escape the battle

Anger: If the emotion Hal feels the strongest is anger, then the Brace creates a power gauntlet he wears to amplify his strength and striking power

Greed: If the emotion Hal feels the strongest is greed, then the Brace will create a tool, a chain. Anything which he wraps the chain around becomes his

Love: If the emotion Hal feels the strongest is love, the Brace will create a tool, a locket which allows him to influence the emotions of those around him

Compassion: If the emotion Hal feels the strongest is compassion, the Brace creates a tool, a ring which lets him compel others to fight for his cause

Powers: Unfortunately, due to some events in Hal's life, the Brace and his Semblance remain unused for the most part, his passion and emotions slowly draining from him, other than the occasional burst of one emotion or another. But, he's far from helpless. In fact, Hal is the host of Ultraman Mebius, and has access to all the forms it comes with. As Mebius, he can still use the Mebium Brace, and the weapons and tools with it

Mebius:

The default form of Mebius has all the standard powers and abilities which come with an Ultraman, flight, energy projection, super strength and speed. Though it has nothing special to it, and a skilled huntsman could match it. Hal starts the fight in this form, to test the waters and what he's up against. Using this form fills Hal with Hope and Willpower, making it the form he uses along with those emotions

Burning:

Burning is a form which is meant for combat. All of the abilities of Mebius increase, with special focus given to strength and destructive energy projection. Hal uses this form if lives are on the line and he needs to end things quickly, or if he wants to beat down an enemy in front of him. Using this form tends to fill Hal with Anger, making those the powers he uses most often

Brave:

Brave is a form meant to empower others. The healing powers are increased, as well as the ability to motivate others to fight in combat alongside him. The abilities to bolster confidence extend to him as well, meaning he can boost his own powers. Using this form gives Hal feelings of Hope, Love and Compassion, and allows him stronger access to these powers

Survive:

Survive is a form which focuses on just that, surviving and fighting another day. Speed is high for this form, as is its ability to evade things, and the fight or flight is at the highest in this form. Hal uses this form if a fight has gone wrong and he needs to escape with his life, or quickly remove others from danger. Using this form fills Hal with Fear and Greed, giving him access to those powers at their strongest

Infinite:

Infinite is far and away the strongest form of Mebius. All of the abilities of the previous forms are given to this with no drawbacks. However, Hal can't access this form at will. All of his emotions have to be balanced and felt at their strongest. When he can manage to use this form, he continues to become stronger, due to the infinite potential of it and of human emotions

Backstory: Hal grew up in a neighborhood with the Arc family. His father was a fighter pilot for the Atlas Military, and his mother was a struggling writer, who did have some books published, but all of them were self published and never gained much attention. Despite that, the family never struggled for money since in some ways, they did come from wealth.

Hal's parents were away a lot due to their jobs. His mother would go on writing trips throughout the kingdoms, and his father was deployed time after time. Hal never minded though, as it meant he was babysat by the girl across the street, his crush, Sapphron Arc.

The two of them were inseparable, watching cartoons, superhero movies, reading comic books, playing with Power Rangers action figures, and generally just being nerds and being the best of friends with each other. The two of them even had a childish promise to marry each other, this being before Sapphron came out of the closet regarding her sexuality.

One day, his father was killed in action and her mother took her on life to follow her husband to the grave. Hal lived with the Arc family, and fit right in due to the time he had spent already knowing them. Hal knew he wanted to be a huntsman to make his family proud, and so he went to Beacon.

During this time, he and Sapphron wrote letters back and forth between each other, keeping in touch. She kept him updated about the village, and the Arc family, and he told her about his adventures at Beacon Academy. She was discovering her sexuality, and he was still helplessly in love with her.

On one of his adventures, he had become the host of Ultraman Mebius, since Mebius was sent to defend Remnant from any threat, and he chose Hal to be that host, which worked amazingly well due to how many emotions and powers Hal could have. Sapphron was the only person he told about it, due to their childish love of superheroes, and the comics they collected.

Mebius needed Hal to go on a mission to go through Remnant, tracking down dangerous Grimm and the Grimm worshippers, and he went on a journey which lasted years, at one point even taking him through a wormhole which isolated him from time. When he finally returned, all he wanted to do was marry his childhood friend, Sapphron. But, she had something to tell him.

She was getting married, and she had come out as a lesbian. Hal was heartbroken and didn't know how to deal with the situation, but he tried to do his best to be happy for her, finally getting married. He was invited to her wedding but didn't know if he was going to go. Before he could, the choice was made for him when a Kaiju attacked. Hal fought with it, and won, but after the fight, Sapphron and her wife had their first kiss as a married couple, when Hal realized how pointless it all could be.

Hal was going to retire as Ultraman and a huntsman, but he found that his desire to save and help people outweighed his desire to quit. He's gone through a series of unsuccessful relationships, due to holding onto his feelings for Sapphron and he writes a journal.
