Semblance: His Semblance was dubbed ' Born to be a Winner' by his fanbase, manager and by his parents, so he sort of went with it. This Semblance gives Achilles the ability to learn pretty much anything he wants to. If he picked up a physics book and was serious about learning it, then he would understand everything in the book. Or, if he trained for a period of time, and was dedicated to becoming strong, the training would become that much more effective. Thus far, he has shown no limitations to what he can learn. However, his Semblance can only learn teachable things. If he tried to learn something like love, or maturity, which have to come from within, he would fail. In addition, his Semblance can only learn things he truly wants to learn, which for Achilles is typically  combat

Weapon: Due to his Semblance, Bolin has learned a lot of different weapons, and he switches up which ones he uses during a fight, due to his managers telling him it's more marketable, and also his fighting style, which revolves around being unpredictable. However, his favorite weapon to use his Warhammer called 'Breaker.' It has earth Dust inside of it which adds to the attack power of it. It can also turn into a Gatling gun if he wishes for it to

Backstory: Pyrrha Niko's parents, a couple named Monroe and Ava Nikos were retired fighters. They had never managed to make it big, and while they had a fanbase and a following, it was never enough to live solely off of it. And when Monroe had a bad injury, and he was forced to retire, their dreams were dashed, at least for the time being. When they found out they were having a daughter together, they decided to use that chance to raise someone who would become a successful fighter.

After Pyrrha was born, they got some more attention, from their dedicated fans, and they began to get some media attention. Monroe then became less focused on raising a child, and more focused on the public attention and public relationships, knowing that if their daughter was to become famous one day, the press and media would have to love her. And so, after talking about it with Ava, they decided to adopt a child. Not out of love, but more of a ' Look how kind we are, raising a child who had been left.'

Pyrrha was four years old when Achilles had been adopted, and she could already tell what her parents were trying to do, both to him and to her. Their parents were incredibly loving and happy in public, but behind closed doors, they were very cold and perfectionists. Pyrrha decided she was the one who was going to protect Achilles from being like that, and protect him from being used as a publicity stunt. However, when the family realized what huge amounts of potential Achilles had, Pyrrha stopped having a choice in the matter.

His parents quickly learned that Achilles learned best through things he enjoyed, and sure they explained everything to him in terms of being a game. They made games to quiz him and help him learn, games to encourage him to work out so he would become stronger. When he was old enough to enter tournaments, they trained him using games. Achilles quickly became a child star, alongside his sister.

Pyrrha always disliked the fame, the lack of privacy she had, and the people who only tried to get close to her because of her fame. Her parents could tell she never liked the fame, but didn't care as long as she kept doing what they needed her to. But for Achilles, they had to make sure he continued to enjoy the fame, so he would keep working for it.

This lead to him being.....misled and sheltered. His parents didn't tell him things it's not normal if the press tries to take pictures of him showering, or that not everyone genuinely wants to be friends with him. They taught him it was a game of sorts, and so he loved the fame, and everything which had to do with it. The friends, the interviews, the fangirls and all of it.

For Achilles, even if the fame was amazing, he always felt like there was one thing missing in his life, which was love. Genuine love. He was naive, not stupid, and so he could tell their parents were only with each other for the public. And while he and Pyrrha loved each other so much, he wanted romantic love. Unfortunately, due to his childish mindset, naivety and the ways his fame has gone to his head, he's had trouble finding a long lasting relationship.

Other Powers: Achilles became the host of Ultraman Tiga during his fights. Tiga was an Ultraman who always sought the next fight, the next competition. When he was sent to Remnant to defend it, he needed to find a host, and so he went to find someone who also enjoyed competition, and he found and works with Achilles

Multi:

Multi is the default form of Tiga. This is used to start fights, figuring out what they'll need to do to win. It has  somewhat standard abilities, strength, flight, energy projection, but there's nothing special about it. What is special is that every time the form fights, it becomes stronger

Power:

Power is the epitome of the phrase ' When all you have is a hammer, everything starts to look like a nail.' It trades every energy based ability for raw, overwhelming power. It's the strongest form of Tiga, physically and Achilles uses this when he just needs to smash something out of the way

Sky:

Sky is the form of Tiga which focuses mostly on speed and evasion. He uses this form to dodge, or to rescue others from danger. It does have some attacks and techniques, but the main focus on speed sacrifices a lot of the raw power of it

Crush: Achilles is still single. He's 'in love with love' as some critics have called him. He's very flirtatious, to the point he hasn't even realized he's bisexual, being affectionate with men and women is just part of who he is. He flirts with his fangirls, and fanboys, and falls for people very quickly, often too quickly, which gets him hurt a lot. And due to his immaturity, he hasn't been able to hold onto a relationship for all that long, though Achilles never gives up on love.
