For his attire, Dazai wears a long jet black trench coat that reaches almost down to his ankles, the belt of which he leaves untied. Under it is a black vest over a white dress shirt. He wears a regular black neck tie. He also dons black dress pants, black shoes, and has bandages wrapped around his right eye, along with his neck and arms, and part of his torso.

Dazai has no tattoos or piercings. Though, the male does have more than his fair share of scars, a lot of them. He has countless self harm scars all over his arms, some other self inflicted ones on his chest. The rest are all battle scars, and there are some particularly gruesome ones.

Dazai's ability is known as No Longer Human. Through simple touch, Dazai is able to nullify the abilities of any person, and there are no exceptions to his ability. Even while restrained he can activate his ability and put it to use.

|Detailed Personality|
On the surface, Dazai is the darker, more sadistic leader of the Port Mafia. More eager to kill and torture victims to get what he desires, and has a sharp mind that quickly catches onto things. He is highly intelligent, though over the years of self harm and the loss of his ex-wife and daughter, his mind seems to have dulled, and he is less perceptive. Though, that doesn't mean he isn't still a figure to be feared and taken into consideration. His gift isn't what makes him truely fearsome, rather his ability to manipulate and decieve his victims, and his extreme skill when it comes to using weaponry and cutting down those in his ways. Dazai is a master at making plans and putting on an act, he could fool someone into thinking a dog was a cat if he really wanted to. The male isn't hesitant and is extremely stubborn to the point that it can frustrate others around him, and once his mind is made up it is very difficult to change. He has a terribly cruel side, and lets his anger get the best of him sometimes. Dazai is a dominant alpha male, and is very protective and possessive over whomever he claims as his own. However, Dazai can prove to also be one of the most gentle people around, but only for his dear lover and children. He can be very teasing and light hearted, and has made the concious decision to better himself for his family. He would do anything to please the woman he loves, and can prove to be very thoughtful and sweet. He will be vulnerable and give into emotion, but only around someone that he truely trusts.

Likes - Dazai loves to train and sharpen his abilities in terms of fighting. He enjoys his work leading the Mafia, and cares deeply for his lover, Reina, and their newborn twins.
Dislikes - Dazai has a disliking towards the majority of his subordinates, and is harder on them than most superiors. He hates feeling like he is weak or without value, and dislikes any lack of control.

Dazai was born into the Port Mafia, to a pure blooded family that had been in the Mafia for generations. He was the first born son of Arata and Naoki Osamu, and his last name has always carried a heavy weight. He soon had a younger sister, Mika, whom he deeply cared for and was very close to. The male was raised since birth with two ideals pushed onto him by his parents; to become an Executive and an authoritative figure in the Mafia, and to pass down the family name. Dazai was desperate to prove himself to his parents, and was very driven and highly intelligent. He began to go on his first missions when he was ten years old. At age twelve, his abilities first activated after a fight on mission, and he began to swiftly move up in credibility despite his young age. Dazai was thriving, but then his parents were killed in front of him and his sister when he was thirteen. He became even more driven to prove himself, and protected his sister with everything he had in him. However, his parent's death sparked a horrid self-harm streak that he couldn't shake. Mika soon found she was barren, and unable to carry on the family name, so it became Dazai's mission to do so one day. Dazai met his partner, Chuuya, at age fifteen, and not long after becoming an Executive at sixteen, Dazai and Chuuya became partners. At age seventeen, Dazai met a particular young woman named Asura, and the two began to bond and grow fond of one another as time went on. When he was eighteen, his sister Mika was murdered by an enemy organization, leaving him to grieve, having no other family, his self-harm only getting worse. Soon, he proposed to Asura. Not long after, the two went for a walk in the forest, and Asura was shot and killed, along with Dazai's unborn child. Dazai became a hollow shell and more vicious, and became co-leader of the Port Mafia at twenty-six years old. At age twenty-eight, Dazai and Chuuya took in a young woman named Meili, who he had a relationship with for a short time before they parted, as Meili decided she was meant to be with Chuuya rather than him. However, that didn't stop him from becoming very close to Meili in friendship. Not long after, the book came into the Port Mafia's posession, and Dazai was able to bring back Asura and his unborn child. He and Asura became married, and went on to have two children, Kaito and Minako. They tried to have more, but after Asura had three miscarriages, one after the other, they decided it would be best to stop there. Despite the strain on their marriage from time to time, they stayed together for eighteen long years. Things began to fall apart when a foe known as The Fox began to tear everyone in the Osamu family apart. When Dazai found that his son, Kaito, was a homosexual, he began to be abusive, forcing his son into a state of depression. Not long after, Asura was written out of existance when The Fox got ahold of the book, and The Fox soon got his daughter Minako killed only a little while later. Dazai became secluded and began to physically abuse Kaito out of anger, feeling like he had failed his family name and was completely numb. Kaito was pushed to the edge and was brought back from a suicide attempt, and left the Mafia. Dazai was left, without any of his family and completely alone. He continued his self harm and fell deeper into his sorrows, though he slowly began to become better, though not by much. Then, he had a chance encounter with Reina, Chuuya's youngest daughter, after she had aged to twenty. The two had a lust-filled night of passion, and their relationship was sealed, nothing could break them apart. Dazai began to quickly recover with Reina by his side, though they kept their relationship a secret for some time, as it wasn't exactly appropriate, as Reina was his partner's daughter, and he was 20 years her senior. That wasn't enough to stop them though, nothing could break their love for one another, even Chuuya and Meili finding out of their relationship couldn't break them. He cared for Reina after she was tortured with sexual abuse for months on end, and made a risky deal soon after to ensure that Reina would be healed and live, as she was pregnant. Reina gave birth to twins, Taiyo and Tsuna, a little boy and girl. Dazai has proved his willingness to change, and intends on soon marrying Reina to solidify their perfect relationship.
