Bio:

Cilia is a city among the sea similar to other water tribes. They mostly live in the colder waters around the arctic circle, or Antarctica.  They are known for their water manipulation capabilities, and have a long history.
They are divided into two nations, the north in the arctic circle, and the ones in the south.

Reed is the crowning prince in the south and one of the groups that are wanting a to slay the gargantuan's for good.
