"SHE WANTS your powers. She needs them". "Why?" Wanda asked. "She has her own, she doesn't need mine". "But she desires them. They're like a drug to her. One she doesn't have, but wants more than anything in the world". "What is so important about them?" Pietro asked. "As I said before, Wanda is one of the most powerful magic holders in the universe. Probably the most powerful one".  "You also commented not a lot of people knew about her".

"I previously mentioned that many people know of her powers but not of her, yes. However, Agnes knows". "Is she the only one?". "At the moment". "Why?". "Wanda's powers are not at their totality. And it is in her destiny that she becomes a powerful being". "Are they locked?" Wanda asked. "Something about. But Agnes knows that your powers exceed that of the sorcerer supreme. And she wants it to herself".

"Why? I haven't done anything to her, have I?" Wanda asked confused. "I don't think I've ever met her. Why would she want my power?". "She considers you unworthy" He explained. "Is that why she created this world?" Pietro asked, worriedly eyeing Wanda. Stephen nodded. "She decided that to get your powers she would give you something that you wanted, so you wouldn't need them and eventually will not fight her when she takes them". "Pietro is not dead" Her accent slipped as she sent daggers to the wizard in front of her.

He sighed but decided to not fight against her. Eventually, she would believe him. He was certain of it. "So Agnes brought everyone back? Everyone's dead?" Pietro wanted the reassurance that what he was hearing was not a product of his imagination. "I'm afraid so". Pietro proceeded to question Stephen, not noticing how Wanda's eyes defocused from their surrounders.

SHE HAD TO protect the core. It was the only job she had, and so far the most important one. She had sent her brother away and Y/n was as far as she could get from Wanda. The three of them knew it was for the best because the brunette did not want the woman close to her. She didn't want her in the same street that she was. Because all of this was her fault.

She had been the one to convince Pietro that joining the killer robot was a good idea. Because what else did they have to lose? Right? And of course, he followed her. He always had and probably always will. And then Wanda followed because Pietro was the only one she had. If he thought they would be safe while doing that, even tho she didn't, she would follow him in a heartbeat.

But she was doing a good job. No Ultron had been able to get close to the core so far, and she was getting breaks in between the wave of robots. However, she didn't expect a sharp pain in her chest, that would distract her from her objective. And it wasn't the only one. She felt multiple stabs throughout her body. But none of them belonged to her.

She looked at her body confused before she finally realized that it wasn't her body the one that had been targeted. It wasn't her pain, and it wasn't her blood. 'I'm sorry, Sestra'. Wanda fell to her knees as a scream pierced through her throat. A wave of energy flew out of her body and every robot around her disappeared into the air.

She made her way to Ultron and ripped his heart out before she realized what she was doing. But it felt good. She knew the robot had developed feelings. She wasn't stupid, she knew the robot had fallen for her if robots could do that. But he was finished and she walked off the train. She didn't have much time, she was aware of that. And she didn't care.

However, someone else did. Y/n had come running for her and had thrown her arms around Wanda's waist. She found herself letting her head rest on Y/n shoulders, not because she wanted her or liked her. But because between the Avengers that hated her and the person that loved her brother, she preferred the latest.

Even tho she knew she would hate the idea of letting Y/n get close to her, and hate herself for allowing her. Y/n took her to the jet just in time. But she watched the fall of Sokovia Wanda couldn't take her eyes off her brother's body. He had not been in pain when he left. With the adrenaline running through his veins he had barely felt it, and his powers accelerated the bleeding.

He had left this world peacefully and had left Wanda alone to deal with the consequences. But she couldn't hate him for it. She couldn't hate him for doing what he did, nor for breaking their promise and leaving her alone. She loved him too much for that. She had moved her hand to close his eyes, and that's everything she remembered. Everything else after that was a big blur and a lot of emotions that in the end didn't mean anything. Because when Pietro left he had taken her soul with him.

SHE HAD promised she wouldn't do it. She had promised she was gonna stay. That she wasn't gonna leave like Pietro had.  And Wanda made the mistake of believing her. How could she do that? She knew Y/n, she had always lied to her. So how could she believe such a lie, like she was not gonna be alone?

She still could remember like it was yesterday the moment Y/n had confessed everything to her and had made the promise to always be there. She was looking across the battlefield. Her eyes and Y/n's were locked into each other. But she was not begging her not to do it. She was challenging her.

She wanted to know if she was really gonna do it. If she really dared to. Y/n's eyes had not left hers, and Wanda started to make her way to her. Thanos' army didn't seem to see her, they allowed her to walk between them like she was a ghost. And Y/n had let Carol and Tony hold the titan instead of snapping her fingers and finishing everything.

She wanted to personally talk to Wanda before she did it. She wanted to explain that there was a reason why she was doing it, and not letting Tony or someone else does it. She wanted to explain but she didn't have the time to do so. The pain in her eyes gave away to Wanda, who quickly screamed at her not to do it. To not snap her fingers. She even pushed herself to the sky to reach her faster.

But they were running out of time. It was now or never.

Y/n followed Wanda through the sky and mouthed an apology before she snapped. And Wanda landed close to her when she did. The explosion of light didn't allow her to see Y/n, but she knew she had done it. And that's everything she could remember before everything went black.
