I can imagine she sleeps a lot after her heartbreak. She talks a lot with Irzala who talks about finding a way to get Erza's feelings out and she knows 2 people who do do that so Erza tries. Alirah gets in on this, Irzala knows an interest as well and they end up making a band. Allirah suggests at one point that maybe they should go public so then everyone would know what kinda person Bravio was. It was meant to be a joke but Erza does it. And thus, an all female band to rival Bellus' band was created.

Erza is the lead singer and learned the bass, Alirah goes to drums and background singing and Irzala does guitar. 

Memory's Ashes. 

The name was Erza's idea. And she explains the name to be 'The memories I wish I could turn to ashes. The things I wish I could forget so then maybe I would be happy with how my life turned out.' When it's asked why Memory is treated like a name. They just say that 'Memory is a name that just could be an iconic name to use for the people who want to forget'. (Weird I know XD)
